"y/n I know whatever we gonna say will make you feel disappoint, but this is for the sake of our business and your safety" my dad says as he takes my hand in his, whereas my mom and brother, namjoon sits in front of me.

It's been half an hour since I am sitting here in front of my family as they want to talk about something very essential to me.

Dad looks at me with concern, "dad mom" I softly calls them out, "you can tell me anything right? then, Please tell me, I'm not getting good vibes" I speak.

Dad sighs "we have fixed your marriage" and that's when my hand falls down from my dad's hand. I'm running out of words as I still can not believe what I heard just some couple of seconds ago. I never expected my dad to say something like that, at least not today.

"we know you gonna hate us after this but, The business shares of the company of my best friend is falling down and your life is also in danger because of my business rivalry. last week only you were almost attacked" he sighs "and by this marriage, I can save both, you as well as his business by investing my shares in his company" he explains and pats my head with his hand.

"we don't have any other choice left, you have to marry his son. I know he is strong and responsible enough to save you from any power in this world" my mom speak after a long silence.

Without uttering a single word I just looks at her. She caress my cheeks "we have seen his son, he is really very nice y/n. A perfect gentleman and the only heir of Jeon's family, trust me y/n you will be happy with him and besides that, we cannot see our daughter's life in danger as well as our best friend's company going bankrupt" I just looks at all of them with no expressions on my face.

"you have one week to think about it after that you'll be known as Jeon Y/n or Jeon Y/n Jungkook" my mom says and stands up from the couch as her phone rings. My dad looks at me "just think about it wisely y/n... what if that company was ours? what if we were facing loss? Also think, what you would do if your daughter life is in danger and the person you know very well can save her by marriage?" he ask and leaves a big question in my head.

these questions keeps ringing like a bell in my mind till, Namjoon speaks "I was also against this marriage but, for your security and keeping ourselves in that situation made me accept the deal, Jeon's counts in one of the wealthiest family with high respect and dignity around the world, and I think Jungkook will be best for you" he says and looks at me as I'm not saying anything.

"why are you not speaking anything y/n? I hope you don't have any boyfriend or something like that In your life" he ask more likely to be doubting, dad also nods his head in agreement "yeah do you have?" dad asks.

I blink my eyes couple of time before shaking my head as no, but today I wish I should have made one "no I don't" I assures, "good" my dad praise with a smile.

"okay okay so, Mr & Mrs. Jeon planned a dinner for Y/n and Jungkook tomorrow's night" my mom enters and announce with the big smile on her face, I stands up from the couch.

"Isn't it too fast I-I mean... we don't even have seen each other... and dinner?" I ask, my mom shakes her head as no "you're going to be his wife after a week... nothing is in hurry" she assures and was about to leave but turns around "jungkook will come here to pick you up at 7 tomorrow" she adds before leaving.

Both my mom dad left me here in the in living room alone with my brother "y/n--" before he could say anything I just run upstairs to my room. I lock the door behind me and throw myself on my bed.

Nothing is coming in my mind except the sudden marriage which my family fixed, without even caring to take my consent- they did what they want without caring about me, just for the sake of their best friend's company and my safety, But thinking about their situation I'm feeling bad for them and also for myself because If I marries him, their business will be totally safe and secure as well as me too but.. what about my life?

Even I don't know what my life will be. What if he doesn't care about me? what if he hates me? what if he doesn't love me and I fell In love with him? thousands of questions are running in my mind with the speed of light and, all I can answer is I don't know because In my life I do not want to marry twice or get divorce, I want one partner for the rest of my life.

My heartbeat is increasing each passing by second but I don't know what do to. I don't have any choice left other than accepting whatever's gonna come in my life, maybe the dream to get marry to the person who will love me to the moon and back will never come true.

Every girl have a dream to get marry with person whom she love, and he love her too but looking at my life I don't think my any dream gonna come true.

my mind was messing up completely and utterly consumed by the thoughts of my surprised marriage with the person whom I doesn't even knows.

I sighs and takes my phone out, calling my best friend as right now I need someone with whom I can share my problem with. After some bells she finally pick up the call.

"hey emma"

"hey y/n what happen?" she asks,

"let's go to cafe I want to tell you something really very important" I replies,

"cafe? now? what's the matter y/n?" she asks with a concern, I sighed,

"let's meet up, I'll tell you everything there" I said, she went quiet for a second,

"okay I'll be there" she agrees.

I end the call and takes a deep breath before going to my closet and changing my clothes to some other clothes.. Picking up my phone and purse I comes downstairs, Namjoon is siting on the couch looking at files related to business and all. soon, his attention turns towards me, he looks at me confuse.

"are you going somewhere?" he asks, I nods my head "yeah, I'm going to meet emma" I informs and heads outside the house "wait" he interrupt, I stops on my track without turning around.

"nothing" he said I sigh and left the house.

[ IN THE CAFE ]

"now tell me what happen y/n?" emma asks, I takes the sip of my cold coffee and sighs "my family fixed my marriage" I inform, she widen her eyes and choke on her coffee. Even she is speechless "marri- WAIT? WHEN? WHY?" she asks, I looks around as many of the people are looking at us "shh.. sit down first and speak low" I said, she sits down and looks at me for the explanation.

"as you know jeon family is the closest family my father and mom have and right now they're facing loss so my dad wants to invest his shares with that company and..." I paused "and what y/n?" she asks, "and do you remember that college incident when a guy almost kidnapped me?" I ask, she nods "yes, I remember".

"so, my family thinks, he is capable enough to protect me and by making both of us marry, he can protect both- me as well as their business" I explains, she nods and takes the sip of her cold coffee. "I would have suggest you to run away but because of your father's business and his rivals, we can not even do that, he'll find us in any way possible. so.." she thinks for a while;

"we only have two options, either you agree for marriage or, run away from here" I scoff, "seriously do you think it's easy? Even if I run away and hide under the sea then also my dad especially my brother, will be able to find me" I reply. she nods.

we both went silent for about 2-3 minutes, no words come out from our mouths until she finally speaks "I think you should accept the marriage" I looks at her with raising my eyebrows, "there's no option left and, also your safety is important y/n. think wisely, I'm always ready to run away but still.. decision is yours" she asks and, I nods "you're right".

she sighs "have you seen him? or know him?" she asks, I shakes my head as no "no I just heard about him from my dad that he just returned back from abroad, completing his master degree in business" I informs, she nods "you don't even have seen him?" she asks, I shakes my head again as still I haven't see him because I was also abroad for my studies, I never met him or his family just heard about them.

"tomorrow his family has planned a dinner for both of us" I said "that's good at least you'll get to know about him" she said, I nods and takes the sip of coffee "yeah" I assure, "It's fine Y/n everything will be alright, call me whenever needed and maybe try to love?" she says, I looks at her "yes, but It's hard" I replies.

"btw what's his name?" she asks, I chuckled "Jeon Jungkook" I replies, she nods "nice name he's having" she praises, "hope that man too" I adds. we both laughs and left the cafe after paying the bill.

"let's eat some ice-cream It'll help you to refresh your mood" she said, I nodded in agreement. We both buy ice creams and start walking while eating, talking and laughing. Suddenly, my phone starts to ring, I struggle to take my phone out from my pocket as with the ice cream in my one hand while walking.

"Ohh shit" I cursed under my breath as I bumped into a man, I looks up at him and just feels like my whole world stopped, his eyes, nose, lips, his face everything was perfect as hell. He is wearing a white shirt under his black tuxedo with black trouser, his shoulders are broad, his face is ethereal. but I'm feeling like scared of him due to the dark aura he is giving me.

"what the heck!!" I blinks my eyes few time before coming back to reality as he said those words while looking at the ice cream which I accidentally smashed on his expensive tuxedo. I looks behind him as around 10-15 men were standing behind him, he gives me vibes like a business man as Namjoon also looks formal while working just like he is looking formal right now.

emma hit her arms to me, "I-I'm sorry Mr" I apologize and bowed to him few time, I stand still and tucks my hairs behind my ear and looks at him, he is already looking at me. "do you know who is he?" His man asks, I shakes my head as no. that man in black suit, looking like his assistant was about to say something but he showed his hand to back away.

"do you know what you have done?" he asks while gritting his teeth, I gulps looking into his eyes as theyt deadly cold. he bends down to my level "I-I'm so sor-sorry, It happened by-by mistake" I said while pulling my head away as he was dangerously looking into my eyes.

"yo--" before he could say or speak further.. Emma holds my hand and start running away from there. We can hear voices calling us, but we never turned around and just run and run as fast as we could.

we both stop somewhere after running. god knows from how long we were running. "we were almost dead today" emma said while panting heavily, I nods while catching my breath "btw who was that guy..... he was really the perfect definition of handsome, smart and gentleman" she said, I rolled my eyes and shrug. we both looked at each other and burst out laughing hard.
