《Hooks Raven{Peter Pan}》Epilogue

* Ravens POV*

The weeks flew past and before I knew it, it was the middle of November.

I was sitting down at the bottom of a tree one day, doing some knitting, when I saw someone approach me.

Looking up I saw Peter walking over, smiling down at me.

"Since when do you knit?" He asked.

"Since I turned seven." I replied, counting my stitches.

"Is there anything else I ought to know about you?" He asked, sitting down next to me.

"I also sew, play the violin, sing, dance and I can speak multiple languages." I said. "But I'm not very good at the violin."

"Of course you're not. You'd be to impatient to play it for more than a few minutes." He smirked. "So what languages do you speak?"

"English, obviously, German, French, a bit of Spanish and Italian, Portuguese and Greek." I replied.

"Greek? Who just casually knows how to speak Greek?" He asked.

"Me, I do." I replied.

"Well besides you."

"My dad."

He just laughed and started to tickle me under my chin. I squirmed slightly, giggling away.

"Oh Raven. You forgot to mention how incredibly ticklish you are." He said over my laughter.

"Raven, can I talk to you for a minute?" I looked up and saw Wendy standing there. Wendy had been incredibly distant recently, to pretty much everyone except Edward. She had also been a bit sick for the last few days.

"Of course, Wendy." I said, standing up and straightening out my dress.

"I'll just stay here then." Peter said.

"Good boy." I replied, linking my arm through Wendy's. With a small wave over my shoulder, I walked away from my fiancée with Wendy.

We walked through the forest without saying a word until I finally spoke up.

"What is it Wendy? What do you need to talk about?" I asked, breaking the uncomfortable silence. Wendy sat down on an old dead long and looked up at me.

"Well, you know the way me and Edward are to be married?" She started. I just nodded.

"Well, I know it's a bit soon, but we were thinking about having the wedding a few days after Christmas. Like maybe New Years Eve or something." She said quickly.

"Oh, well it is a bit soon, but why did you need to tell me?" I replied.

"Well, it's just that your birthday is around that time and, well, you are turning eighteen. I just didn't want to steal your special day." She said.

"Don't be silly. If you want to have your wedding day on New years, you don't need my permission. I'll be eighteen for the rest of my life. You only get married once." I told her.

"Oh, thank you Raven. This means a lot." Wendy said.

"Okay, now it's my turn to ask the question. I only have one, I promise." I said.

"Alright." She replied.

"Why have you been so distant recently? You barely talk to anyone anymore except for Edward and you always seem to be sick. Is something wrong?" I asked. Wendy suddenly became nervous again.

"No, of course not. What are you talking about?" She said quickly.

"Are you sure? You know you can tell me anything. I'm just here to help." I said to her.

"It's nothing, really."

"Wendy, I've known you for a long time, and I'm your sister. I know when something is wrong. Please tell me so that I can help you." I said, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder.

"Okay, something has happened but, if I tell you, you have to promise not to tell anyone. Not even Peter. We wanted this to happen after the wedding." Wendy said.

"I promise, I won't tell a soul." I replied. Wendy got up and started to pace up and down. I could see how nervous she was as she wiped her hands down her dress.

"I don't know the best way to say this." She said honestly.

"Come on, Wendy. Just blurt it out. It's fine. I won't judge." I tried to reassure her.

"It's not that easy, Raven. I can't just casually say this in a conversation." She said, stopping her pacing and wiping her face with her hands. That's when I noticed something about her. I hadn't seen it before, it's just when she stands at such an angle. There was a tiny, little bump on her usually flat chest. You could hardly notice it all, but when she caught me looking she placed her hands over it.

That's when it all started to add up.

The small bump, the awful sickness, the distance from her family. I looked up at Wendy, my mouth wide open in shock.

"Wait one second. Do mean to tell me that you're, well...." I stumbled, pointing at her stomach. She nodded and took a deep breath.

"Yes, Raven. I'm pregnant." She sighed.

"You should have said something sooner." I said.

"I know, but I'm unmarried answer pregnant with my first child. It's just not right."

"It doesn't matter. You'll be getting married soon. You had nothing to worry about. I don't judge." I promised.

"But everyone else will."

"Yeah, but I'm not everyone else." I sighed. "Does Edward at least know?"

"Yes. He actually found out first, I'm pretty sure. You can't tell anyone, Raven. Mother will absolutely freak out and John or Michael will fly off to the mainland and tell everyone they know."

"I promised not to tell and I'm not one to go blurting this kind of thing out. You can trust me."
