《Hooks Raven{Peter Pan}》Chapter 32

*Ravens POV*
"Pan?"
"Yes Raven."
"Why are you holding a toothbrush?" I asked, looking up at Peter, a few minutes after I had woken up.
"Well, someone insisted on sleeping on my arm last night so I was unable to finish brushing my teeth." He replied, removing his arm from beneath me.
"Tinker Bell. How could you? Don't you know that Pan needs to brush his teeth?" I asked turning to the fairy who looked up at me.
"Yes, because Tink gets mad when I wake her up to brush my teeth." Peter said, walking towards the bathroom.
"Wait, Pannington! You have to wait for a minute!" I said running past him and locking myself into the bathroom.
"Raven, what's wrong? Why do I have to wait?" Pan asked on the other side of the door.
I waited for a minute before opening the door.
"What was all that about?" He asked.
"I needed a tissue." I said, holding up the pieces I had grabbed.
"Okay, now that you have your tissue, I need to brush my teeth." Pan said, ruffling my hair and walking into the bathroom.
"I suppose I should get dressed." I said to myself. I was just finishing up when Pan walked out of the bathroom, fully dressed.
"What are we actually doing today?" I asked him as he started to brush his hair.
"Well, I don't really know but I'm sure that the others will think of something." He replied, uncertainly.
"Well, as long as it's not something stupid like picking up pieces of paper or something." I said, standing up and walking behind Peter.
"No, it won't be that. It'll be something like, picking up leaves." He chuckled.
"Oh, yay. I can't wait! Picking up leaves is my favourite!" I said. He looked at me oddly.

"Really?"
"No."
"Oh."
"Really Pansworthy, do you really think that I would like picking up leaves. Everyone knows I like picking up Christmas decorations." I said.
"Christmas decorations?"
"Yup,only eighty five days left." I said walking towards the door.
"I forgot that you practically count down the days until Christmas since New years Eve. Must have slipped my mind." He replied, following me out.
"No, actually I've already started to count down the days until next Christmas. There's only four hundred and fifty days." I replied.
We flew down to the tables where everyone was seated, eating their breakfast. Dad walked over as soon as he saw us and I shoved my ring out of sight as I usually did.
"Good morning Raven. Peter, I'm going to guess that Raven was talking to you about her Christmas countdown." Dafa said placing his good hand on Peters shoulder.
"As a matter of fact, we were. How did you know?" He asked.
"You have that look on your face as you try to figure out how she can possibly count that fast. It's happened to everyone, don't worry." Dad replied.
"Anyway, what's the plan for the day?" I asked, sitting down next to Fiona.
"Well...I'll tell you now." I waited for a moment while she tried to think of an answer.
"I don't have a clue, anyone else have any exciting plans?" She finally said.
"Well, I have to start repairing a couple of trees houses on the east side of camp. Most of the lost boys will be helping." Peter said. He stood up with most of the others and started flying towards the tree houses.
"Okay, we have about six people left. So guy's, what are we doing today?" I said, looking at the others.

"I don't know Raven. I need to patch up a dress if anyone wants to come." Wendy said standing up. Lauren and Cara went off with her.
I looked at Fiona and Kiara.
"So guy's, what are we going to do today?" I asked.
"We could go and visit Jenny. She's still in the hospital." Kiara suggested. I nodded.
"Sure. Let's go." I said, grabbing their hands and pulling them towards the hospital building. It was a similar hut to the others except that it had two or three floors and it was much bigger than most of the others.
We made our way in and we're greeted by one of the pirates who had come here not long after my wedding with Andrew.
"Good afternoon Miss Raven. What can I do for you today?" He asked.
"We're looking for Jenny. She was brought here yesterday." I said.
"Of course. Follow me please." He said. He started to walk down the hallway with us following behind.
We walked up two flights of stairs and along another corridor and stopped outside room 34.
"Miss Jenny, you have visitors." The doctor said. He stepped aside and let us walk in.
"Jennifer!" I said, jumping into the room.
"Raven!" She said, a little less enthusiastically.
"How are you feeling?" Fiona asked, as we walked over to the bed.
"I feel a lot better than I did yesterday in my mermaid form." Jenny replied.
"That's good. So...please explain to me how this half- mermaid thing works." Fiona said sitting in the chair beside the bed.
"Well, I think this is how it all works. My mother is a full mermaid except that she was born with legs instead of a tale. Apparently that happens sometimes. Any way, my mother is able to transform into a mermaid and so she spent most of her life in the water until she met my father. And then I was born and I was half mermaid." Jenny told us.
"I'm sure that that will one day make sense, but for now, I'll just nod and smile." Fiona said, looking slightly dazed at the mountain of information.
"I'm get it. Any who, is there a scar on your leg now or something?" I asked.
"There's a scar that comes from my hip down to my ankle. Look," Jenny replied, lifting the covers to reveal a huge gash that ran down her right leg.
"That is so cool." I said.
"I know. Jasper practically died when he saw it. You know how over protective he is." Jenny said, putting the covers back in place.
"Oh, honey, we know." Fiona said. I nodded in agreement.
"Anyway, we'd better let you rest. We'll come back tomorrow, promise." I said, giving Jenny a light hug.
While the other two said their goodbyes, I started to go back towards the door. On my way out, I passed Wendy coming in.
"Hey Wendy. What are you doing here? Visiting time is nearly over." I asked her.
"Oh, I just haven't been feeling the best lately. Edward suggested that I come here. He'll be along in a minute." She said, walking over to one of the doctors.
"I hope you get well soon." I called over my shoulder.
"Thank you Raven." She called back, before I walked out of the door and made my way through the den to find Pannington.

Captain Critiques: A Grumpy Pirate Review Book
(CURRENTLY OPEN)When it comes to reviews, I'm probably as harsh as the hellhole most story ideas crawl out of. I'm blunt, sarcasic, to the point and I know what I like in a story. As you can probably guess, you don't wanna take my advice if your like an overprotective mother about your story. Who am I kidding, EVERYONE is like that about their stories. But, if you could find the courage to pry the story out of your cold, crabby hands so I can give my brutally honest opinion then be my guest. Just don't try and start a fight once I provide it. You DON'T wanna fight a pirate. .................................. I reserve the right to decline stories as this will be taking up quite a bit of my time and if I say no, I mean NO. If your blurb is unreadable I will decline it. If it includes the genres mentioned in my 'Hell No' section then I will send it back where it came from.Do NOT critique the Captain.
