"Hello Great Dragon, I am Rebecca Lily Potter-Pendragon. It is an honour to meet you." I hiss in Parseltongue.

Dragons can understand and talk in Parseltongue, I learnt that when I was in the land of the dead while Harry was still alive before we got reincarnated.

"I am Harry James Potter-Pendragon. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Harry hisses.

"Hello, little hatchlings. It is great to see the Pendragon line rise again. I am Annalise. What brings you to me?" Annalise growls.

"We would like to ask a favour of you. I, Harry, and our guardian Sevy need a tour of the island. I was wondering if you would let us ride you?" I ask.

"It has been centuries since anyone has asked this of me, the previous Pendragon lord loved to ride upon the dragons of Pendragon. I will accept your request as I did his." Annalise replies.

"Thank you so much!" I squeal.

"Thank you, great dragon." Harry says seriously.

"You're welcome, Little hatchlings." Annalise says with care.

"We will find you later when our guardian Sevy has finished moving in." I tell Annalise.

"Very well then." Annalise replies.

"See you later." I shout as I run away to explore the forest, Harry following me.

Time skips to when Sevy has moved in...

"YOU DID WHAT WITHOUT ME!!! DO YOU REALIZE HOW DANGEROUS THAT WAS?!!" Sevy freaks out.

We had just told him about going to see the dragon.

"It wasn't that dangerous; we are Pendragons the dragons on the island won't attack us. Annalise was really friendly and agreed to let us all ride her to tour the island." I explained.

"You may be Pendragons but there hasn't been any for a while, that dragon could have assumed you an intruder and attacked. You need to be more careful, please. I don't want to lose either of you, after I just found you." Sevy pleaded.

"Damn Sevy, talk about emotional blackmail. Fine we will be more careful from now on." I promise him, deciding not to tell him about all the potentially dangerous magical creatures we saw in the forest when exploring.

"So, time to ride a dragon!" I exclaimed.

We walked out of the castle and over to where Annalise had been earlier, she is still there with another Chinese Fireball dragon with her.

"Hey Annalise!" I shout in parseltongue.

"Hello, little hatchling. This is my mate Hadren, he is going to carry your guardian." Annalise greets us.

"Ok." I said, then turned to Sevy. "You will be going on Hadren which is that dragon," I point. "While Harry and I will be going on Annalise."

"Very well, lets get on with it then." Sevy grumbled, not too fond of flying.

A few hours later...

We had been flying for a couple of hours and had found the perfect location for our central city. Which will be called Drakon. It is near the centre of the island and has a massive forest nearby with a river running through it which will be perfect for the werewolves. There is also a large lake near the forest that the river runs into which should be a fun location for a trip for the locals. There is a big meadow of flowers another good location for a trip, especially for couples. Then there is a massive flat space for the city to be built on. It was just the perfect location.

On our arrival back I immediately thanked the dragons and ran to mine and Harry's tower to write a letter to Griphook about the location we found. Sevy had done a spell, so we had the co-ordinates to give to Griphook.

I quickly wrote the letter and wrote down the co-ordinates, so Griphook could give them to the team of goblin builders. I grabbed my plans for the city's structure.

(Photos below. The first photo is of the city centre, leading onto residential areas. The idea is for the city to be in blocks of squares. The second photo is of the centre of the city centre, which is a town square with a dragon fountain in the middle, flowers in elevated flower beds, and it will have benches to sit on.)

These plans are what the goblin builders will be working off, only they will be expanding the plans adding more residential areas, then every now and then they will add a large park with a children's play area. As well as adding in corner shops, or shops attached to a house, depending on whether the resident wants a shop separate from the City centre. All the werewolves will be in one area close to the forest for quick access on full moons. Then all witches and wizards in one area, vampires in another, a section of the city will be for goblins where they can live, set up businesses, and shops. Etc. All species will have their own areas, but that doesn't mean they can't visit other areas and interact with people from them. Everyone would be accepted and able to live in Draconia. They will be encouraged to make friends with all sorts of people and species. I imagine over time who's living where will mix as people make relationships and friendships, and that was fine. Drakon would also have places like swimming pools, schools, nurseries, orphanages, churches/altars, arcades, fun fairs, theme parks, cinemas, bowling alleys, mini golf, and gyms built. It will be a mix of muggle and the wizarding worlds. We would start with the town centre and then expand.

Hopefully the builders could start in the following week. The work would be done quickly with magic, and then we could start moving people in.

Speaking of people moving in, they needed to get in contact with Remus, it would be much safer for him on Draconia. Plus, he was family, he should be with them. I would have to ask if Harry had wrote to him, after all Remus was his godfather.

I left my room to find Harry, who I found in his room.

"Harry, have you wrote to Remus yet?" I asked.

"Merlin!" Harry swore, as he hurried to his writing desk. "That's what I was forgetting."

I move over to Harry's writing desk to help him write the letter.

Dear Mooney,

This is your cubs writing to you, Harry, and Rebecca Potter. We are writing from Draconia, Previously known as Pendragon Island. We have recently been emancipated due to unfortunate circumstances that we would prefer to discuss in person, and it has come to our attention that you are one of Harry's godfathers and the only godparent currently available. Rebecca and I are still very much children and will need someone to help guide and teach us, Although we have one of Rebecca's godparents Severus with us, we would still like you to be with us as you are basically family.

We are aware of your furry problem and there is a forest next to Pendragon castle, where we live, that you can use to transform in. We can put up wards to stop you from getting out of the forest once transformed if you are worried about hurting us, so that is no excuse not to come.

We have much to discuss as a lot has happened in the past six years.

We hope this letter finds you quickly, and eagerly await your reply.

"There that should be good, lets send it." I stated happily.

"How? We don't have our owls yet." Harry murmured.

"Hmmm. Ah I know. To Sevy!" I declared.
