Zid thi yeh tumhe ke
hum bhi kuch kahe.
Humein ghila tha ke
tum chup rahe
Yeh majbooriyaan aur yeh faasle
nahi chahe phir bhi badhte gaye...
~Rendezvous2me
I couldn't gather myself and how will I?
I saw my husband after two years where I cried over him and about nabhan well I can't say that he let a single tear drop off his eyes.
He looked like he owns the world atleast he does mine. His eyes held every emotions in them.
I could feel his heart beat over my palm. But why is it beating at a different level?
He indeed looked like man who will kill anyone be it his wife. Face had some scars not the deep one but can be seen from near.
One just above the left eyebrow, one over nose, three over right cheek and a deepest one which looked not so fresh but was not old from the left side of lips to the chin.
"There must be more" I blurt out staring in his eyes which turned darker.
"What?" Oh my poor heart, I took a sharp breath and took a step back knowing that if we both stand this way than things won't be sane.
I chewed my inner cheek, patting me foot waiting for him say something. Why was he here?
When he didn't said a word I walked out of the cafe to my office. Taking few breaths I sat on my desk to start my work. But it was not easy when he walked in.
"I want to have some words" I heard his demanding voice.
"I don't sell words" Was only my reply
"Are you free tomorrow?" I rolled my eyes
"I don't have time" He stepped forward on hearing my reply
"Can you take some out for ayesha bhabhi than?" On this I looked up to see him standing there awkwardly.

"What about her?" I hope she is fine
"She is pregnant with her first child so we are gonna have a dawat." Something in me danced with happiness. Ayesha and pregnant she must be looking so cute. Allah!
"Wh-"I conposed myself and was about ask but he replied as if heard my mind.
"Everyone is coming but bhabhi told me to invite you personally." I sighed glancing him.
"Done?"
"Wha-" He wasn't expecting this I could say his ego was hurt.
"Done or not?" I raised my voice which I guess hurt his ego for he walked out muttering something.
I sighed massaging my forehead this is really not what i wanted.
"I should really be calm if the whole family is gonna be there." I pep talked myself for a strange reason I felt nervous and happy at his presence here.
"Now I need to wrap tomorrow's work too way to have my night." I threw him out of my mind and started the work
Having more cups of coffee and cookies I did my work till dawn some time on desk some time standing near the window or sometimes on floor.
And when I was done, no one was happy more than me for completing and review and managing all the work which will help me be free for next three days with some minor works which can be handled by faarid.
I stood from the floor and offered salah of fajr and cleaned the whole mess I created with papers and cups kept in every corner of office.
Changing into something good I wore my abhaya to leave for home. I will get an earfull from mommy today with tayijaan. Allah madad!
I walked out with the tray to keep them in cafe than Walke in elevator to go to lobby on reaching I see him seated in there in all his glory speaking to someone.

I hope I don't end up slapping him square on face. I tried to avoid him and walk but damn his lips and voice which took my name like he was born to take my name.
His voice can really halt my world.I turned to him who stood walking to me. For a weird reason my heartbeat increase and hands turned cold and sweaty.
"I-actually..... My car broke down."
"Should I push it from back?"
"Why are you being rude amaya?"
"Just say it!"I rolled my eyes.
"Can you give me a ride to home." Now I can't have him in my car.
"You can take mine, I will hail a cab and go." I threw my car keys to him.
"No! Actually-" I catched the keys saying he surely have something else to say
"Please stop beating the bushes."
"I am going where you are going so can we drive in one car?"
"I will drive." I walked catching the keys he threw back with my husband following me behind with a ghost of smirk.
We both settled in car I set off the car and we both honoured the route with our presences.
I played music which have only 90s song. I love to listen old songs.
I took a turn while drumming fingers on steering wheel while my husband was busy stealing glance.
In half an hour we reached and gates open to us both drive in to the area where cars are parked.
We both got down and walked in shocking everyone most of all was faris and faarid.
"Aslamualaikum!"I tried to save my life but two voices stopped me.
"Come here!" The stern voice told that today I will be death.
"Mommy-" I stood with a smile glancing everyone who were seated for a show.
"It was raining"
"you were alone"
"you didn't call us"
"you didn't slept the whole night"
"you had atleast ten cups of coffee"
"have nothing but papers around you."
The mothers had thier complains in a line
I chuckle nervously glancing everyone but stopped on him who was trying best not to laugh.
"Aaj dawat haina toh free-"
"Kabhi nahi sudhrogi tum....."
"Mommy sirf barish ki wajah se nahi aayi aur its not like I was alone." Everyone turned to her even fathers.
"Six to seven jinn, a watchman aur mera bhai bhi toh tha na." Faarid spoke up not letting amaya say anything.
"Aap waha kya karahe the janab?" Tayajaan asked nabhan cleared his throat.
"I was there for my business." He said with a straight face.
"What was your business?" Faris asked
"None of your business " Comes the reply from nabhaan
Seeing the chance I slowly run to room not liking to breath same air as him.
Slumping on my bed I shut my eyes. Heart was bleeding, breathe was getting uneven and mind was numb.
He was really growing more handsome. He got more broad and masculine, I can say that he had built his body more perfectly.
Sighing I stood to take a shower and have a nice sleep for atleast six hours as I have no work.
Taking a shower I wore a loose salwar kameez and let my hair damp to sleep.
"Maya have something before sleeping" Before I could sleep mommy walked in.
"I will." I told with tiredness hitting me now.
"Allah iss ladki ka kuch hojaye."
She smiled before dreamland engulfed her.
To be continue........
