Ch-24

Henry sped up his car. He didn't even care about the traffic signals. The traffic police started chasing him! But he didn't even care about them. His mind was processing only one thing! That is "Lil One was in serious condition! I should go!"

He can afford to have traffic rules breaking! But he cannot afford to have regrets about his sister! He knew he was offending his grandfather by taking a turn! But he didn't care! This time it's his sister's life and death matter!

Henry sped up, ignoring the chasing police! When he stopped in front of the hospital, they stopped him. Henry felt irritated when he got blocked, but he couldn't stop them now. He has to deal with them! He quickly paid the fine and sent them away! After nearly fifteen minutes, the police left. Clenching his hand, he made his way to her ward.

But he knew Garcia's men were watching him still! Such a surprise that they still didn't make a move on Esther! He went to the ward and waited outside! The doctor came out and said about her condition.

"It's just that some words or something excited her! Maybe when you came earlier, she might have got excited by your words! There might be something that triggered her! She wanted to wake up and try to express her feelings! It's just that her inner fear is trapped! So, because of over-excitement, she tried to wake up but failed! She was having a battle with herself! Maybe if she got triggered enough, she might wake up soon! Also, if she triggered heavily, the losses may be fatal! So, talk to her in a daily routine but don't make it hard for her! This time we arrived on time! If we were anytime longer, she would have been in danger! So, don't make it hard for her and let her take her time!" With that, the doctor left the ward.

Henry blamed himself for being too emotional earlier if he was a little sensible his sister wouldn't have been in this state! He was such a stupid man! No wonder his grandfather always calls him useless and unstable! He should learn to control himself. As the saying goes, "Your true nature will come out during crucial times!" This is true! Henry learned this thing today!

Henry stayed in the hospital till night and left after confirming that she was fine completely!

Henry knew he would get an earful from his grandfather now! His grandfather was presently living in their palace instead of the Old Palace. So, it's inevitable to not be able to cross paths with him!

He sighed in his heart and quickly drove away.

On Garcia's side...….

[which was two days earlier]

The daily newspapers filled with the articles of Garcia's mistreatment towards Esther and their leeching and greedy ways. The articles wrote about how Esther was treated in Garcia's home! There were even pieces of evidence attached to it. Many internet sites are filled with Garcia's mistreatment along with pieces of evidence. There was an article about Little Reggie!

Even the Old King was shocked when he read that article. He didn't ask those paparazzi to write about the kid. After all, Reggie was just a kid, and he doesn't know a single thing! He immediately gave orders to his men to investigate the person who released an article about the kid. All he got was someone was using this situation against Garcia from the country Atlantis. The Old King furrowed his brows when he heard this thing.

Atlantis is one of the oldest countries in the world. Even the real Benjamin family came from Atlantis[2]! The involvement of Atlantis means there was a hand of the Vyaghranakha! [1]

The golden tiger's claw is a weapon with five blades. In the olden days, they used this weapon in wars. Not all kings and queens can possess this. This weapon has three blades pointing upwards and two pointing downwards. It's an extremely difficult weapon to handle. One has to be so careful while using it. If they are not, they might hurt themselves and the worst is they might kill themselves with the lack of practice or knowledge on using it! If a king or queen is using that weapon in the war means he/she is treated as the god/goddess of wars!

[2] Atlantis - I took this name from the movie Atlantis. There is no specific connection between this story and the movie. It's just that I liked the name very much! And Sometimes I am too forget full. I even forget the names of my characters! When I resumed this book, I forgot the character's names. So, I have to re-read my book again and get into the tempo before resuming. So, if I used something I liked from the thing I watched from then it would be easy for me!
