《My Immortals(A One Direction Fanfiction) COMPLETED》Chapter 36

Snow had begun to fall outside. Everybody was on edge and we had all gathered in the small crlearing that was surrounded by the dead forest around us. We had a total of fifty two vampires on our side. The vampires who had joined our side were Jim Carey, Five Seconds of Summer. Tyra Banks, Kelly Clarkson, Macklemore, the whole Victorious cast, Anne Hathaway, Little Mix, Ed Sheeran, Johnny Depp, Lady Gaga, Leona Lewis, Michael Bubl'e(can't figure out how to type that...), Sylvester Stalone, Robert Downey Jr., Christian Bale, Henry Cavil, Cold Play, Dan Howell, Phil Lester, and their friend Dani(@Danikajlol). We had a pretty good team going on, dare I say so. Everyone had been distributed small vials of my blood and I had bled on numerous weapons. I was just waiting for one of them to be like,"Screw defanging!" And to just consume the whole vial, but I hadn't seen it happen yet.
I stood beside Harry, ready to bleed all over someone if needed. Once the war started, Harry would immediately take me to the grave yard and put me in the old church there. I wasn't too thrilled about spending the war there, but Harry insisted upon it, along with our whole army. I was outnumbered, to say the least...
I clutched his hand nervously as he stared down at me. I knew what he was looking at and I marveled how only him, Niall, and I could see it. My hair had begun to turn purple, so had my nails, and my eyes were swirling with purple like a vampire's golden eyes did with blood. I was scared, worried if I'd be cursed to be purple forever.
He kissed my forehead before he turned back to attention, high alert for any warning that the enemy was here. I stood beside him, tensed, scared of what might happen. How many people would die for me here today? How many vampires would be slaughtered when they only sought after my blood? I felt a hand on my back and noticed Niall's hand, he was using his power to calm me.
Speaking of powers, I never did find out which vampires had which powers. I glanced around at the group, but they were all on high alert and it gave away nothing.
I was wondering about which power I would have when I saw vampires begin to tense as they stared through the swirling snow. Figures emerged through the storm, capes billowing behind them. Harry pulled me up against him, preparing to get me out of there.
"Ladies and gentlemen!" A voice called above the howling winds of the storm.
I looked over the crowd and saw that it was Tom who spoke.
"We have come here for the Blood Rose! She is a puny human who isn't worth a second thought! Why bother protecting such a worthless creature? She exists for our pleasure, for nothing more. Don't bother protecting your food, just devour her like you're meant to!"
"We aren't all monsters like you!" A voice called back. A figure strode forward. It was Macklemore.

"I'm not a monster. I'm just the same creature you are." Tom replied with a sneer."Why bother fighting your instincts? Take a deep breath! Why do you fight the urge to drain her?"
"Because it's wrong! She's not just food, she has a mind of her own!"
"It is food and food only!"
"Parker, you were human once, too! We all were!"
"Yes, but it's not human! It's designed to be our food. It was designed to appeal to us! It's no normal human!"
Well that's kind of offensive! I am a she, not an it. It's official, I cannot stand Tom Parker. Tom... Wasn't Voldemort's first name Tom? Tom Marvelo Riddle? See? Nothing good comes from people named Tom.
"Give me the Blood Rose!"
"You want her? You gotta go through us!" Justin shouted from the crowd.
"No problem!" Tom exclaimed with a grin. He drew his sword and pointed it forward before he smirked at Macklemore."Vampires like you are an embarrassment! Too weak to even drink! You'll be the first to die, Pansy!"
"What'd you just call me?" Macklemore asked.
"Pansy."
"Did you seriously just call me a flower?"
"Dude, did you misunderstand me or something? I said you were going to die!"
"Yeah, and then you called me a pansy!"
"You're missing the point!"
"What point?" Macklemore paused before he smiled at Tom,"Awww, you think I'm pretty!"
"What? No! Why would you think that?"
"Well, pansies are pretty and-"
"Oh, for the love of God, man!" He turned around and faced his army."Charge!"
Vampires ran to meet vampires as Harry pulled me into his arms. Big Time Rush collided with Five Seconds of Summer, Robert Pattinson with Johnny Depp, Kristen Stuart with Tyra Banks, Nikki Minaj with Kelly Clarkson. I heard screams as people were getting defanged and some dismantled. Harry began to run with me, jumping over people fighting, dodging flying limbs and teeth. Ed Sheeran was battling Flo Rida. Right as we passed them, Ed managed to defang Flo, who screamed in agony. I watched as Ed put a drop of my blood in Flo's mouth while he moaned in pain on the ground.
We finally made it to the cemetery, where Harry put me down and led me to the church.
"Harry, please!" I didn't want him to go, I didn't want to risk losing him.
"Gwen, I can't risk losing you or the lads. I have to fight amongst them. I love you." He whispered as he kissed my forehead.
"I love you too." I whispered, and with that, he left.
I stood in the church as snow blew in through the broken window. I pulled my cloak tighter around my body as I shivered. I listened desperately for the fight, but only heard distant, indistinct screams. How would I know if Harry was okay? How would I know if he was injured or not? Could I stand here, idle, while he risked his life for me? No.

"Love is what makes us living, but it's also our end." Reth's voice echoed in my mind. I think I finally understood. If I were to die, love would be what killed me, but it would also make me living. I wouldn't be human if I didn't love, and if I didn't love, then I wouldn't fight. Because I fight, if I die, I will die for love. I will die for Harry.
I drew my dagger and ran from the church. I had to help them. I ran through the woods, listening to the screams, before I saw a flash through the trees.
"Gwen? What are you doing out here?" Louis yelled at me. He grabbed me quickly and ran me back to the church.
"Please, stay here. We don't want to lose you. For Harry's sake, stay here." Louis told me before he turned and blurred off into the woods.
I waited for a bit and began to hear the screams die down. The war was almost over. All of the sudden, I heard Harry's scream echo off the trees. He was screaming my name.
I didn't think, I ran from the church. Harry. He needed my help, he needed me. I continued running through the woods.
"Gwen!" Harry screamed, he sounded close. I began to call out for him as I ran through the woods. I saw a figure up ahead, standing in the clearing, an area that was a bit brighter than the shady forest. I broke into the clearing and saw the figure clearly.
"Gwen!" Screamed Harry's voice.
"Gwen!" Harry's voice echoed through the clearing as I stood there, frozen.
"Gwen! Help me!" Harry's voice screamed as the figure strode towards me. All I had to do was look into the figure's eyes and know that they weren't Harry. I finally unfroze and turned around. I began to run through the woods, back towards the cemetery. I stumbled through the dark woods as the snow stung my skin. Branches cut my face, my arms, anything that was unclothed. I felt my blood trickling down my skin. I tripped on rocks and roots, but I kept running. I kept running from the person behind me. They could catch me if they wanted to... But they like the chase.
They like the chase...
I was just giving them what they want. I skid to a stop, right on the edge of the grave yard. If I went down, then I wasn't going to let them have what they want. I drew my dagger and ran it through the blood pouring from the cuts. I got into my stance and kept alert, scanning the forest, waiting for the attacker.
I heard a branch snap and I turned towards the noise.
"Gwen!" Harry's voice screamed. I turned and watched a figure stride from the recesses of the woods.
"Come on, Gwenny, give me a hug!" Tom said with Harry's voice.
"I'm not scared of you." I whispered as I faced him.
"Oh, Gwenny, you really should be," He murmured with a smile as he reached out to touch my face. I scoffed and swatted his hand away.
"Lenny, you should act more behaved."
"Don't call me Lenny!" I snarled. Only the twins could call me that.
"Why? Because your twins called you that?"He coughed a bit before he spoke again."Lenny! Save us! Lenny!" He screamed with Hunter's voice.
"Stop it!" I screamed as I lunged at him with my dagger. He dodged it and I cut his cheek, right along his cheek bone. He swept his fingers along the cut before he smiled at me.
"Oh, my sweet, little Gwendy..." He reached out towards me again, his eyes flickering.
I lunged at him again, but he was ready this time. He grabbed my wrist and squeezed it with inhuman strength. I felt my bones break under his grasp and I screamed out in pain. The dagger clattered against the ground as Tom loosened his hand on my broken wrist. Tears streamed down my face as he drew me up to him, his grasp on my fore arm this time.
"Shh, shh, I'm sorry." He whispered to me with a smile as his full vampire eyes took over.
He reached up and swept his finger along an open cut on my cheek as I winced.
He brought his finger up to his mouth and licked off the blood before his vampiric eyes flickered up to me.
"You are quite... Delicious." He said with a smile, and his fangs poked out. I whimpered as he leaned towards me and pushed my hair back.
"Now, don't scream, it'll all be over before you know it... Sweet dreams, Gwendolyn." And with that, he leaned forward and sank his fangs into my neck. It hurt, more than anyone who'd ever fed from me. I felt Tom crush me up against him as he dug his fangs farther into my neck.
I screamed out in pain and clawed at him, but he just latched onto my broken wrist and I screamed out in agony. This was different. There was so much pain that it seemed impossible to get the high.
I felt Tom place his hand over my mouth, silencing my screams as his other hand had my broken hand wrenched behind my back. I became super dizzy as Tom released my wrist and instead, supported me as I slumped against him, too weak to stand by myself.
He moved his hand from my mouth to hold me up and I screamed again and began to hit him. That's when I felt immense pressure on my lower back before I heard a loud snap and my arms fell down at my sides. I couldn't move anymore. I finally blacked out, taking one last look at the world.
A/N Epicness! Get ready for our last hazzah! You know, not Hazza, Harry's nickname, but hazzah, like renaissance people said.
Anyways! Intenseness! We are so close to the end and I plan to make a sequel! You know the drill, I don't need to repeat myself! See ya guys later!

Where Giants Fall
A fantasy LitRPG about traversing through worlds and slaying giants with nothing but a wooden suit and an army of treants. Nicholas Atkins didn't expect to wake up naked in the glowing woods. What he did expect was waking up to a hangover after last night's party- fortunately, that wasn't the case. Unfortunately though, he had worse problems to take care of than a headache. At first he blamed it on the alcohol; from what he recalled in Biology, glowing flowers didn't exactly exist in the realm of reality. However he was as sober as he could be, so next he blamed the drugs, but there was a problem- he didn't have the money to do drugs in the first place. When the fairies came, things became even weirder. Talks of climbing towers, magic tricks, and dinner were all on the table. Of course, dinner was the priority, but so was getting back home. However slowly, Nico realized that he might actually want to stay in this fantasy world. After all, he's had enough listening to Professor Paul's lecture on calculus- the swords and sorceries were just an added bonus. Still, staying in this new world has its own costs- and money is but one thing on that long, long list. Updated everyday except Saturday GMT+8 (Specific time varies by around 30 minutes). Mon at 9:00 AM Tue at 12:00 PM Wed at 3:00 PM Thu at 6:00 PM Fri at 9:00 PM Sun at 12:00 AM
