The day of the wedding came and the bows had been done.

"Give it to him before we get surrounded by multiple guests that I don't want to socialize with." Mianmian hissed at Jin Zixuan who nodded and went to find Jin Zixun.

"Young Madam Jin, I would like to give my congratulations." Mianmian gave the best smile she could muster up as she looked towards Sect Leader Yao.

"Why thank you Sect Leader Yao." Mianmian said before thinking 'Zixuan you better hurry up I tell you, I don't want to talk with these old goats.'

Jin Zixuan walked around until he found his cousin "Zixun." he called out and Jin Zixun turned around.

"Cousin! Hurry up and give it to me! I need to show that bastard a lesson!" Jin Zixun quickly raged out.

"I will give it to you but first make sure not to break it. We still need to return it to Sect Leader Wei." Jin Zixuan said.

He really doesn't trust his cousin NOT to break the compass so he'll just stay beside him.

Jin Zixuan sighed before explaining what Jin Zixun should do and gave him the compass.

"Great, now where is that bastard?"

Was the first thing Jin Zixun said as he grabbed the compass that started pointing towards the guests.

"Congratulations on your wedding." Wei Wuxian said.

Mianmian nodded her head before a genuine smile came in view "Thank you, Sect Leader Wei might as well send his invitations for his wedding."

Wei Wuxian flushed red "We don't talk about that yet, Lotus Pier is still rebuilding, I have a few clans and towns to take care of and the burial mounds project before I can even think of marriage."

You can see the dark circles under his eyes.

Mianmian chuckled "Anyway what is taking my so-called-husband so long!? There are a few more gusts waiting in line to greet me!" She said annoyed.

"This place has a lot of people, you wouldn't know when the compass will stop pointing." Nie Huaisang said.

Lan Wangji was just looking at Su Minshan, even in this timeline he was able to found his own sect and copy Gusu Lan.

"Who are you looking at?" Wei Wuxian asked.

"Su Minshan, he made his own clan and everything is a boring copy of the Lan Clan, his clan is even under Gusu territory." Lan Wangji said and the three turned to look "Well the robes does look similar, he's also holding a guqin, thankfully he isn't wearing a forehead ribbon." Nie Huaisang said.

"And that person was a part of your clan?" Mianmian asked and Lan Wangji nodded.

"I thought GusuLan would only accept good-looking disciples, Su Minshan has a face even below average." Mianmian commented.

"Good thing he got kick-" Wei Wuxian was cut off when Jin Zixun (with Jin Zixuan trailing behind) had stopped in front of Su Minshan.

Jin Zixuan quickly took the compass from his cousin and kept it safe within his robes.

"What are you pointing at?" Su Minshan said annoyed.

He hated this man's whole guts so why is he bothering him.

Now the whole attention went towards the scene.

Su Minshan turned red as he stuttered out "What do you mean by curse!? Why would I curse you of all people!?"

Su Minshan held his arms across his chest "WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME DISROBE IN FRONT OF MANY PEOPLE!? ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED!?"

Jin Zixun couldn't hold it in anymore and started attacking the Moling Su sect Leader.

"HEY!" Su Minshan started fighting back to prevent the other to see beneath his robes.

Soon enough both Jin and Moling Su sect disciples came in and separated the two.

"Now, now, why don't we calm down and have this matter investigated?" Jin Guangyao said.

Jin Zixun then glared at Jin Guangyao "OH YOU DONT GET A SAY YOU BASTARD! THE COMPASS HAD POINTED AT THAT BRAT MEANING HE CURSED ME! COUSIN HAD THAT WEI WUXIAN MAKE THAT CURSE COMPASS!"

Jin Guangyao's eyes had widened slightly "Zixuan did what...?"

Jin Zixuan took out the compass and walked towards Wei Wuxian "I had Sect Leader Wei secretly make something to track down curses, and so far his inventions had been trust worthy, not once had it failed since he started at such a young age."

Su Minshan looked at Jin Guangyao.

"But there will always be a first to failure don't you think?" Jin Guangyao smiled and tilted his head.

"And why are you defending Su Minshan? Are you part of this?" Nie Mingjue then said and Jin Guangyao snapped his head towards him.

"Chifengzun, let us not assume shall we?" He smiled stiffly.

"Fine then, Su Minshan if you have nothing to hide." Lan Wangji started "Strip off your upper robes, you're a man are you not? It's not like you're a woman, you're allowed to show your chest." he smirked and his beloved continued for him.

"Or are you simply hiding something?" Wei Wuxian challenged.

"I have been observing, Su Minshan and Lianfangzun had been looking and communicating through your eyes." Wei Wuxian said "Is there anything we need to know?" Wei Wuxian raised a brow.

"I believe you have been mistaken Sect Leader Wei-" Jin Guangyao started but Wei Wuxian looked towards Jin Zixuan "Sect Heir Jin, may I ask a public question?"

Jin Zixuan nodded.

"Yesterday, Lianfangzun had asked me if I had seen or had contact with a resentful object."

Multiple gasps were heard and Lan Wangji wanted to punch Jin Guangyao.

"And...Lianfangzun told me the Jin Sect had been looking for a resentful object to seal." Jin Zixuan and most of the Jin disciples and even Jin Zixun looked confused.

"My question is, Is the Jin Sect looking for a certain Resentful object that the cultivation world is unaware about?" Wei Wuxian asked and Madam Jin stood up.

"Let us settle this matter then, Sect Leader Su, if the compass is indeed lying, you wouldn't mind showing us proof." Lan Xichen decided to speak.

Su Minshan took out a talisman and...nothing happened.

Mianmian was sipping her tea, obviously enjoying the drama while her husband is blinking, clearly processing the whole situation.

Jin Guangshan left the scene because he had other 'important' things to do.

Madam Jin stayed to see how this problem would progress, she doesn't care for her husband anyway.

"If anything, I guess you both deserved to get cursed as you both are arrogant." Nie Mingjue rolled his eyes.

No one spoke.

"Su Minshan" Jin Zixuan decided to speak "Remove the curse from my cousin or you will face trial."

Su Minshan scoffed "I WOULD RATHER FACE TRIAL!" He yelled out stubbornly.

"Fine then, since I don't trust any of my guards as we still have someone in my Sect as a suspicion-" no one needed to think who he was talking about as they already knew who "I would be more than happy IF Sect Leader Wei's disciples will look after Su Minshan in the dungeons." Jin Guangyao's eyes widened.

"This Sect Leader will be more than glad, First Shidi, Second Shidi, please follow, Lan Zhan, I would feel safer if you would accompany me as well." Wei Wuxian said as he looked at his fiancé, who was currently restraining Su Minshan.

"I would gladly move the mountains if you asked."

Wei Wuxian huffed "Sect Heir Jin, We shall take our leave then." and so they left the room.

"The trial will be 2 days from now." Jin Zixuan said as he needed to fulfill his husbandly duties and hopefully his wife is currently satisfied with the drama she wanted.

When Wei Wuxian entered the dungeons with his team he pointed towards one of it "Throw him in there."

And Lan Wangji did and Wei Wuxian quickly made a barrier around it that only he could remove.

"YOU LET ME OUT THIS INSTANT!" Su Minshan said and Lan Wangji had silenced him.

"I trust you both to watch over our friend here for the time being?" Wei Wuxian said and the two nodded.

"It would be impossible for him to escape, so don't worry if you accidentally fall asleep, the barrier I made covers every corner of this cell." Wei Wuxian said laughing at the end.

The two disciples nodded and smile "Please get some sleep Wei-Shixiong." first Shidi said and Wei Wuxian smiled "I will, both of you should take turns alright?" The two nodded and Wei Wuxian turned towards Lan Wangji.

"Shall we?"

Wei Wuxian smiled and took Lan Wangji's arm "We shall."
