"It's a hundred degrees out so be wary of the heat." Dawn says as everyone does their last minute preparations.

Today's our first game of the victory tour and we are playing England in Orlando and in a couple of days we'll play them again in Salt Lake City. England is hosting the 2021 European Championships so they have to play friendlies for the next year or so since they don't have to qualify.

Jill is giving Ash the start since this is her hometown.

A couple minutes later myself and the rest of the subs head to the bench and wait for the game to start.

The first 70 minutes of the game are very entertains with both team peppering the goal, but the score remains 0-0.

In the 71st minute as I'm watching the game I notice my twin not moving like she's supposed to. Suddenly Kelley collapses so I grab my water bottle and a towel and bolt of the bench.

"STOP." The fourth official yells.

"FUCK OFF." I shout back and continue running towards my twin.

As I sprint towards my twin I douse my towel in water to try and create a cold towel. When I get to my twin I kneel by her head and lay the towel over Kelley's face then spray water all over her body.

"Come on Kels." I say when I see her eyes are closed. "You gotta wake up."

The whole US medical staff arrive and hand out towels to the players.

"Make a wall." Dawn commands.

The 10 US players do as commanded and make a wall with the towels, effectively blocking any camera of getting a good look at Kelley while also creating shade over her.

"Astrid help me get her out of her kit." Someone says.

I do as told and get Kelley out of her kit so she's just in her sports bra and training shorts, at least I think that's what they're called.

"Astrid the paramedics are coming you gotta move." Dawn says then she looks at me. "She'll be okay."

I sigh, but move out of the way. I then catch sight of the ref so I briskly walk over to her.

"This is your fucking fault." I say and tower over the ref. "It's a hundred fucking degrees out and you aren't going to give them a damn hydration break. What kinda fuck shit is that?"

"Astrid." Someone says and tries to pull me away.

"She could've died." I seethe then push the ref over and get right in her face. "And it would've been all your fault."

The other field refs arrive along with Tobin, Ali, and Alex who push me away from the ref. The main referee approaches me and shows me a red card.

"Fuck off you dumb bitch." I say.

Tobin points behind me so I look that way and see the paramedics wheeling Kelley into the tunnel. I sprint towards the tunnel, but I'm stopped by the fourth official who starts shouting at me.

Right before I blow up at the ref Jill separates us and pulls me away.

"Astrid..." Jill says, but I cut her off.

"I don't fucking care that I got a red card and probably a few match suspension." I angrily say. "That was my sister and I can do, would do, and will do everything in my power to make sure Kelley, you, Christen, or anybody on this team is safe. I could give a damn about playing again. All of you are like family to me and I'll be damned if I let anything happen to any of you."

"I know Astrid." Jill says with a small smile. "But you need to calm down. Kelley needs you right now. Grab you two's things and I'll see you at the hospital."

I nod then sprint into the locker room and grab mine and Kelley's stuff then I race to the ambulance.

"Family only Ma'am." An EMT says.

"She's my twin." I say and turn around to show her my jersey.

"Alright."

The EMT lady moves out of the way so I get into the ambulance and put our stuff on the bench seat then sit next to Kelley's head and take her hand in mine.

"Come on Kelloggs." I whisper. "Wake up."

"Ma'am?" The EMT says as we leave the stadium.

"Yes?"

"Can I ask you some questions about your sister?"

"Of course."

"Is she allergic to anything?"

"Uh she's allergic to cats, but nothing else." I say.

"Any medical conditions we need to be aware of?"

"Not that I know of." I say as we pull up to the hospital.

The drive stops by the entrance of the ER then a few seconds later the doors open and Kelley is taken out of the ambulance. After Kelley is out of the ambulance I grab our stuff then get out of the ambulance and follow my twin into the ER.

When we get into the ER my twin is lifted off the gurney and placed into a tub of ice. One of the ER doctors checks my twins temperature then eventually I follow Kelley and a couple nurses into a private room. Once in the private room I go sit in one of the chairs and let the doctors and nurse's do their thing.

The nurses cut off Kelley's sports bra and training shorts leaving her completely nude.

While Kelley is being examined one of the doctors keeps staring at her chest which pisses me off so once his hands are free of instruments I walk over to him and drag him out of the room.

"I NEED A DOCTOR WHO ISN'T GOING TO OGLE MY NUDE SISTER WHILE SHE'S PASSED OUT." I announce to the whole ER.

A couple of the nurses shake their head so I'm guessing this isn't the first time he's done this.

"Go wait in my office." Some woman says to the male doctor.

The doctor immediately scurries away and disappears from sight.

"I'm so sorry about that." The doctor says then she motions to Kelley's room. "Let's go check on your sister."

I follow the doctor to Kelley's room and while the doctor goes over to Kelley I go sit down and untie my cleats then wait for the doctors to finish examining Kelley.

"Ms. O'Hara there is a shower in there if you would like to use it." The lady doctor says. "Your sister is safe with us I promise."

"Okay." I mumble and take my kit bag into the bathroom.

I turn the shower on then I strip out of my kit, which is surprisingly sweaty. I then take quick cold shower before I change into my street clothes and go back into the room with my twin. When I come out of the bathroom the doctor starts talking to me, but I don't really pay attention because i'm looking at my twin, who's awake, but kinda out of it.

"She'll be okay, but we're gonna keep her here overnight for observation." The doctor says causing me to focus again.

"Okay." I say.

"I'll be back to check on her after they move her up to her room." The doctor says then she leaves.

Once the door shuts I approach my twin.

"Hey Kelloggs." I softly say.

"Astrid?" Kelley groggily says.

"I'm here Kels." I say and take her hand in mine. "I'm here."

"What happened?"

"You passed out due to the heat."

"Oh...am I okay."

"Yeah. Everything is great. They just wanna keep you overnight for observation." I say.

"Okay." Kelley mumbles and a few seconds later she falls asleep.

A minute or so later there's a knock on the door.

"Come in." I say then 3 people in scrubs come into the room

"We're here to take Ms. O'Hara up to her room." One of them says.

I nod and grab the two kit bags then follow the three people into an elevator which takes us up to the 8th floor. Once on the 8th floor, my twin is wheeled into room 832 and then she's gets reconnected back to her heart monitor and some other stuffed. While that's going on I put our stuff on the far side of the room then I get out my phone and text Jill and my family, who came to the game, Kelly's room number. I also reply to Kelley's fiancée and tell her what I know.

"There are some people here to see you." One of the nurses says.

"Okay thank you." I say then the nurse leaves.

I make sure Kelley is comfortable then I leave the room and walk down to the 8th floor waiting room.

"ASTRID." I hear before I'm pulled into a bone crushing hug.

"She's okay Erin." I say and hug my eldest sister. "She's okay."

"What's happening?" Mom asks as Jill, Dawn, Jerry, and Dad approach.

"She had heat exhaustion and passed out from it. When we got here they placed her in a tub of ice to lower her temperature and then they started cold fluids through an IV. Kelley's resting at the moment and they are going to keep her overnight for observation."

"So she's okay?" Mom asks.

"She'll make a full recovery.
