The game against Iceland got canceled due to weather which sucked, but oh well what can you do.

Before the NWSL season starts Lindsey and I want to get a bunch of wedding planning done with the wedding party so we invited everyone in the wedding party to stay at our house for a week.

I took Ash to the side before we started planning because I needed to ask her something.

"Hey Ash can I ask you something?"

"Of course."

"So Lindsey and I decided to both be escorted down the aisle and I was wondering if you would walk me down the aisle."

"Cairo I would be honored to walk you down the aisle." Ash says and hugs me.

We are the first two into the media room so Ash and I start moving around furniture so everyone can be seen. Within ten minutes Lindseys family, Mal, Emily, Rose, Tobin, Christen, Ali, Ash, Alex, Lindsey and I are all in the media room and start planning.

"What did you ask Ash babe?" Lindsey asks me and everyone else listened in.

"Well since we decided to both be escorted down the aisle I asked Ash to walk me down the aisle and she agreed."

"Thats awesome." Christen says and the others nod in agreement.

"Alright...let's get started." Ali says. She appointed herself wedding organizer for this week. "So any ideas on venues?"

"I don't really care where we get married. As long as it's Lindsey's dream wedding and she meets me at the alter I'm happy." I say and all the women coo and Lindsey kisses me.

"I don't really know any place around here." Lindsey says

"What about the Taglyan Complex?" I say and everyone looks it up. I know of this place from a charity event.

"It's perfect" Lindsey says.

"Great. What about colors?" Ali asks.

"Red, white, and black" Lindsey says.

"Perfect." I says.

"Are you writing your own vows?" Ali asks and Lindsey and I nod.

"What about last names?" Alex asks.

"If it is okay with Lindsey and her family I would like to take her last name." I say.

"Really?" Lindsey says. I nod and she kisses my cheek.

"We would be more than okay with that Cairo." Mark, Lindsey's dad, says.

"Okay so who all is in the wedding party?" Linda, Lindsey's mom, asks.

"Well since we decide on a small wedding party there will only be Ali, Alex and Christen standing with Cairo and Mal, Rose, and Emily standing with me." Lindsey says.

"Who are the maid of honors?"

"We didn't want to choose so we both decided not to have one." I say

"Okay then since everyone is here we need to schedule fittings." Ali says.

She is keeping us really organized. I love her for helping

"I have an idea for that."

"Okay." Lindsey says.

"Since Both Lindsey and I are wearing wedding dresses for the wedding. I was wondering if it'd be okay with everyone for her and I to maybe wear a different more, I guess, comfortable formal attire for the reception?"

"Like what?"

"So you and I agreed on us both wearing wedding dresses right?" Lindsey nods. "Well after the wedding we can go put on more comfortable formal clothes before heading to the reception. Like you could wear a dress that is comfortable for you and I can wear something more comfortable for me."

"I love that idea." Lindsey says and smiles at me and I smile back at her.

"Okay well we can do that on our own time."

"Great. You two also need to do cake testing." Ali says

"Okay we can look into that. We need to make sure the caterer has vegan options as well." I say.

"Now for the guest list."

"We can do that on our own."

"Do you know where you two are going on your honeymoon?" Emily asks.

"I told Cairo that she could choose." Lindsey says and everyone looks at me.

"I have a couple ideas, but I'm keeping it as a surprise."

Out of nowhere the doorbell rings. Forgot I ordered pizza for this. Everyone looks at me. "I ordered pizza for us to eat."

"Great cause all this wedding stuff is making me hungry." Mark says and everyone nods their head.

"I'll get it." I say then hold my hand out to Lindsey. "Can you come with me?"

"Of course." She says and takes my hand. Subconsciously our hands intertwine and we walk to the door. Once we open the door I pay the delivery girl and bring the pizzas to the kitchen

"Hey Babe there is something I want to run by you." I say to Lindsey who is getting out plates.

"What is it?" She stops and focuses on me.

FUCK her eyes are gorgeous.

"What would you think about Tobin officiating the wedding?"

"Wow...I love that idea."

"Great I'll go get her so we can ask." I say then peck Lindseys lips and go walk to the media room. "Hey Tobin can I speak with you for a minute?" I ask once I get to the media room.

"Sure." She says and she follows me out of the room and we head back to the kitchen where I go and stand with Lindsey. "So what's up?"

"We have something we want to ask you." Lindsey says.

"Okay?"

"We want to ask you if you would officiate our wedding?" I say.

"Really?" She asks in a very stunned manner and we nod our heads. Tobin then comes over and hugs us. "I would be more than honored to." We both smile and hug her back.

After the hug we bring the pizza and drinks into the media room still smiling like idiots.

"Why are you three so smiley?" Christen asks after Tobin kisses her.

"Tobin is going to officiate our wedding." I say and everyone looks at her then at us.

"That's amazing." Alex says.

"So how about this one?" I ask.

Since all of my bridesmaids are here we are trying on dresses. Lindsey and her bridesmaids are in a different area of the store with the door locked so neither of us can see each other.

"What do you think?" Alex asks.

"I'll go try on another dress." I say.

I go try on one more dress then come out of the changing room.

"Damn." Ash says.

"I should be mad at that, but not when you look that good." Ali says.

"I think this is the one." I say after looking in the mirror.

I take the dress of and hand it to the lady who's helping us then my bridesmaids go try on their dresses.

"Tobin I mean this is the most respectable way possible, but damn Christen." I say when she comes out of the dressing room in her dress.

"What?" Christen says.

"You look good in black."

"Hey Cairo?" Ash says.

"Yes my favorite married Orlando Pride goalkeeper." I say.

Ash and Ali got married a month before we left for Iceland and the ceremony was very beautiful.

"Ha funny, but where would you like to go for your bachelorette party?"

"Well I don't want you guys to pay for a lot so how about we go to my house in the Bahamas."

"You have a house in the Bahamas?" Ali asks and stares at me.

"Yep. I usually spend a month there in the off season."

"I'm down for that plan." Christen says and everyone else nods.

Guess we found where my Bachelorette party is going to be held.
