She didn't want to dissapoint them after all the good things they had done to her. She had now become perpetual in faking smiles.
She had been doing her best in avoiding him. She couldn't believe that once fell in love with a monster like him. How much ever she avoided him she could always feel his heated gaze on her. She could feel his gaze following her everywhere she go. Once he had tried to talk to her but before he could say a word her sister-in-law called for her. She took the chance escaping from him. She knew there was no use in avoiding him because soon he will be her husband. The person with whom she is destined to spent the rest of her life with. The merry thought itself made her want to break down crying.
On the other hand Duryodhana felt like the time was slowing down as the date for his wedding neared. His happiness knew no bound as the wedding date neared. After the marriage she will be completly his. The merry thought of her becoming his would bring a wide smile on his lips. He couldn't imagine his life without her in it. But to his dimay she was busy ignoring him. From the time he arrived in Amernath his eyes always followed her. She looked so beautiful like goddness that a part of him wanted to take her away from the eyes of all the men present there and lock her up in his chamber. If he said that he is not hurt by her ignorance then it would be a big lie. He wanted everything thing between them to be normal like before the time she got to know about the crime he had done. He knew he will have to work hard to make her to fall in love with him and what is suprising is he is willing to do it.
He despiratly wanted to speak to her. He wanted to apologise to her for they way he manhandled her. Her teary eyes haunted his sleep since the day day she left from hastinapur. He regret doing it. Once he tried to talk to her but unfortunalty her sister-in-law called her not giving him a chance to speak. He didn't want to be the reason of her sadness. He wanted the reason to be the reason for her smiles. He will do everything in his power to make her fall for him even if that means changing for her.

The whole hall was decorated with various flowers. The whole chamber was filled with the sounds of laughter. Alaknandha was sitting in the middle of beautifully decorated hall. She was wearing a beautiful while and yellow lehenga. She was wearing ornaments made of pearl. She was looking like a goddness who had arrived from heaven.
It was Alaknandha's haldi function. All women around her were smiling and talking happily while she sat there with faking a smile at everyone.
It was Jayandhika who first came and applied the termeric paste on Juhi's face.

"Have a blessed married life." Jayandhika said while innerly she wished for a disastrous life.
Then it was Brinda who applied the termeric blessing Nandha a happy and beautiful family life. She was followed by Athulya who half heartedly wished for a happy life. After her, Aadrika applied the turmeric on her face wishing her all the happiness in the world. Soon enough all the ladies started applying the haldi on her hands, legs and face.
A true smile appeared on Nandha's face for first time that day as she watched Aadrika dacing around the hall and to her amusement even Athulya was dancing along with her.

"Are you really fine with the wedding or are you doing it because Mata is forcing you to do?" Aadrika asked out of blue making Nandha look at her.
"What no jiji, Mata is not forcing me to get married she even told me if I don't want she would talk to pitashree regarding it. I am really happy with this wedding. What made you think that Mata is forcing me?" Nandha asked looking at Aadrika with a raised eyebrow.
"Your eyes and your smile Nandha. Your eyes show so much pain and sadness Nandha. While your smile it is not a true one it feels more like a forced one. I have been seeing you since your birth Nandha I can understand your face smile and true smile. I know you more than you know yourself." Aadrika said smiling sadly.
"Jiji it's not because of the marriage. I am sad because after marriage I will have to leave you all and go far away after my marriage." Nandha cried.
Aadrika immediately pulled Nandha into an hug. Nandha completely broke down hugging her sister. She knew what she said was just the half truth but she didn't want her jiji to worry about it.
"You silly I thought you were unhappy with the wedding. You made me worried. You are not leaving us forever Nandha. You and your husband can come and visit us anytime. No one is stopping you. Now don't cry. Tomorrow is your wedding so you must go and rest now." Aadrika said shaking her head. Nandha gave her a small smile.
"Can I sleep with you today jiji?"
"Sure why not." Aadrika said leading Nandha into her Chamber.
After so many days Nandha slept peacefully beside Aadrika. She didn't wake up in the middle of the night afraid of any nightmare that haunts her.

Fates Parallel (A Xianxia/Wuxia Inspired Cultivation Story)
Volume 1 of Fates Parallel is on Amazon's Kindle Unlimited! Check it out here! Also available on Audible! Volume 2 of Fates Parallel is on Amazon's Kindle Unlimited! Check it out here! Also available on Audible! After centuries of endless wars, the three greatest nations of the continent have come together in peace. As a symbol of their cooperation, they have worked together to establish the Grand Academy of Spiritual, Martial, and Arcane Arts, a place where the best and brightest of each nation can gather on neutral ground and share knowledge, techniques, and cultures. Can the peace truly last, or is the academy just another proxy for the constant conflicts the three nations face? None of that matters to Lee Jia, a homeless young girl who's biggest concern is surviving the winter. But when she accidentally stumbles into the academy in search of a new place to stay, her destiny is changed forever. Determined to carve out a new place for herself and make the most of her good fortune, Lee Jia dives head first into the world of magic and martial arts. Fates Parallel is my first serious attempt at writing a story, and a personal love letter to Eastern fantasy and xianxia stories. It's heavily inspired by East Asian culture, folklore, and mythology, with what is likely going to be a decidedly Western artistic license. I try to write every day, with a goal of about 45,000 words per month (~1500 per day). Chapter lengths are around 3000 words on average, releasing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Cover art drawn by the incredibly talented Tsuu (TsurotArtistry).

Single Mother Cultivator: Determination to deny her naïve son a terrible destiny
Lucia Martinez had to fight for every little victory in her life, especially when she was responsible for raising a teenage son by herself. But when the teen gets summoned to another world by a dysfunctional martial sect as their would-be savior, she’ll have to fight harder than ever just to get him back. Brought along to a world of Eastern fantasy, Lucia finds herself face to face with obscure magical creatures, various rich cultures, and a familiar yet unique chi-based magic system that every faction has their own way of looking at. Single Mother Cultivator is as the title suggests, a Cultivation novel. Unlike other Cultivation stories, this one focuses on multiple Asian mythologies rather than just Chinese myth, and isn’t just a generic power fantasy. It explores the very nature of strength itself, and how it could and should be used. The foundational power system is the same for both major factions, with differences in their philosophies on how to pursue it. New chapters on Mon-Wed-Fri

My Life As A Superhero Slash Supervillain
James Jude Jamison is experiencing something a bit odd. He was sitting quietly at his computer desk, playing some kind of RPG, he couldn't which one, although the fate of the universe rests on him remembering which (Oh well, it had to end sometime). So, anyway, suddenly, out of nowhere, he got a bit of a headachne, his nose started to bleed, he then proceeded to make a mess in the family room at the computer room. His mom shouted at him, then he died. Then he woke up. He was reborn. Only he had a UI screen suddenly at the edge of his vision. What the hell. He was meant to have some cool powers, like lazers that shot out of his nipples, maybe some mad dancing skills. He would finally be able to speak to girls without laughing in their faces. Sigh. So this is his story, of how he couldn't decide which career prospect appealed to him more. So he decides to give both being a hero and a villain a go. What could go wrong? *** Edit: 2017.06.18 - 03:08 am EST - JJ seems to have buggered off somewhere without telling me where he went. So I am going to have to piece together this story back from the start with the fragments that he gave me. I will leave the original chapters up, but I will be renaming them so they are obvious if new readers don't want to read them. I am currently trying to write chapter one anew. It will feature new reasons of why JJ starts with the villainous lifestyle first, and the reasons of why he is granted the power he was given. If JJ does come back, I will inform you thusly. Then it will be decision of writing from where he left off or telling him to go choke on his own c**k. If I do decide to take the story up, then it will be a decision of to split the stories in two, and if to keep my version alive and concurrent. Thanks.

UNSPOKEN
Unspoken is a book filled with poems and songs I've made throughout my life. Each chapter will be either a song or poem. They are similar to what many of you have experienced in life... featuring love, heartbreak, loneliness, etc. These are all the emotions I was never able to let out so I chose to write them out on paper.
