Right now we're all heading out to a nearby bar for dinner tonight.

I can't help but keep thinking about last night. The blonde haired girl named Blake is constantly on my mind.

I want to know more about her, I want to know her. But it's hard to tell if any of us will ever see them again.

"I'm starving." Dylan says and I can't help but shake my head at my friend.

The five of us walk into the bar and out of habit I run my hands on my khaki shorts. I then stuff them inside my pockets before looking around the bar.

"There's an open table." Colton says and we all begin to move towards it. We all take our seats and a waitress comes over to take our drink order. We all order a beer and she asks for our IDs. We show her our fakes and she immediately goes to get our drinks.

"You definitely saved us this weekend with your fakes." Cara says to Thomas.

"I guess it's good to know a guy." He says and we all laugh.

"Would you look who it is.." we all look up at the familiar voice and Megan along with her group of friends are standing beside our table.

My eyes quickly meet Blake's and I notice she's already looking at me.

"Would you ladies like to join us?" Cara asks as her and Megan share this intense eye contact.

Megan and Cara continue to have this little stare off until Thomas clears his throat making the two pull out of whatever little trance they were in.

"We would but.." Megan starts but Cara cuts her off.

"Come on, we insist. We can make room for you ladies." Cara says as she stands up. We all follow suit and grab some nearby chairs from another table. The girls all sit down in the chairs we pulled over and I release a shaky breath as Blake takes a seat next to me.

"We should probably properly introduce ourselves." The girl sitting between Colton and Thomas says.

"I'm Aspen." She says to us all.

"Jordana." The girl sitting between Thomas and Dylan says.

"Alexis." The girl sitting between Dylan and Cara says.

"Megan." The girl is sitting right next to Cara and on the other side of her is Blake.

"Blake." She softly says and I can't help but stare at her.

"Well I'm Cara as you all already know."

"Colton."

"Dylan."

"Thomas."

All eyes are on me now and I lick my lips before meeting all of their awaiting gazes. But the blonde next to me, her gaze is the heaviest as I feel hot under her stare.

"I'm Y/N."

"So where are you guys from?" Megan asks as she gets comfortable in her seat.

"We go to Raleigh High School, we're all going to be seniors this year." Thomas says and just as he answers the waitress arrives with our beers.

She asks the girls if they'd like something to drink and they order themselves alcoholic drinks. She asks for their IDs which they provide. Our waitress soon disappears to get their drinks.

"We all attend Raleigh Charter High School." Aspen says and it makes sense. I noticed almost all of them walk in with designer handbags along with the clothes they wear.

"And we're seniors this year too." Jordana adds and the waitress returns with their drinks.

We all then place our food orders. And just as she walks away I spot another familiar face walking through the bar door.

She quickly approaches our table and I roll my eyes knowing what's to come.

"Why aren't you answering my texts?" My twin sister Alison nearly growls at Colton. Her group of friends are right behind her and all of them eye our table.

"Because I'm hanging out with my friends." He says and she rolls her eyes before looking at Aspen who is sitting right next to him.

"More like you found some other girl to get attention from." Alison bites back and I stand up from my seat as I grab my sister by her shoulder softly. She turns to look at me and I can see the anger burning within her eyes.

"Ali you're making a scene." I softly say and she pulls away from me and shakes her head before giving Colton a death glare. I watch her and her friends walk out of the bar and I shake my head while taking my seat next to Blake.

"Sorry Colt." I say to my friend who shakes his head.

"Who was that?" Megan asks as she looks back making sure my sister and her friends are gone.

"That would be my twin sister." I say causing all eyes to land on me.

"She's a bit dramatic." I say causing everyone to laugh.

"Is she your girlfriend?" Jordana asks and Colton shakes his head no.

"We hung out a couple of times. But that was it." He says and I know exactly what he means. I love my sister, but she can be a bit much.

"So you're a twin." Blake says, causing me to lift my head and meet her awaiting eyes.

"I am." I softly say and she gives me a small smile making me smile myself.

"So is everyone single at this table?" Dylan asks and Cara laughs.

"Real smooth." Cara says and the girls all laugh.

"Yes." Blake says and I feel my heart speed up once again. I can't help but stare at her side profile. She's so fucking beautiful.

"Well we all are too." Dylan says as he tries to be smooth and stretch his arms behind his head while leaning back. But the guy tips his chair over causing us to all laugh.

Alexis helps him up and I can't stop laughing.

"Nice one bro." Thomas says and I try to calm myself down by picking up my beer and taking a drink.

"So are you guys here to spend your last week of summer too?" Colton asks and they all nod their heads yes.

"What do you guys have planned tomorrow?" Cara asks as she looks at Megan. The girl looks at Cara with a raised eyebrow. Way to be bold Cara.

"Well we planned on going to the beach during the day. And we are supposed to be hosting a party at our place that night." She says and I watch the two once again have this intense stare off.

"You guys are more than welcome to come." Alexis says and I nod my head in thanks as the guys say it.

"You don't talk much do you?" Blake asks and I turn to look at her. Just as I'm about to answer Dylan does for me.

"Oh she talks. She just can't seem to talk around pretty girls." He says and I look at him with creased eyebrows and shake my head.

"Is that so, so you think I'm pretty?" Blake asks as she leans into her hand as she stares at me with her hypnotizing eyes.

"No, I think you're beautiful." I softly say and the guys whistle. Blake's cheeks turn a shade of red as she ducks her head. When she raises it back up our eyes meet and I can't help but give her a genuine smile.

"That was smooth." She softly says and I shrug my shoulders before grabbing my beer for another drink.

"I'm just being honest." I say and her friends look at the two of us with smiles of their own.

"Well that was really sweet of you." She says and I nod my head at the blonde.

"What are your guys' plans after this?" Thomas asks as the waitress along with a couple others bring out our food. They begin to sit our plates down in front of us and I can't help but lick my lips at the sight of my huge burger with a side of fries.

"That looks so good." Blake says and I look up at her. I see what she ordered and her plate honestly looks sad. She ordered a salad, a damn salad.

"Do you want to try it?" I ask and the blonde shakes her head no bashfully but I know she really wants to try it.

"Here." I say as I lift it up in my hands. I start to move it towards her and her eyes widen.

"Y/N.." the way my name rolls off her tongue makes me want to melt but I continue moving the burger towards her.

"Try it." I say as I finally get close to her face. She looks at me before finally taking a bite into it. She moans and my eyes nearly bulge out of my head.

"We don't have anything planned." I hear Aspen say, but my eyes remain glued on the blonde next to me. As I watch her lick her lips causing something within me to stir.

"You guys should come over to our place. We're gonna drink by the fire." I hear Thomas say as I move the burger back to my plate.

"That's so good." Blake says after she finishes chewing and swallowing her bite.

"Damn, Y/N doesn't share her food with anyone." Cara says from across the table and I look at my friend who is smirking.

I shake my head as I duck it back down and I begin to eat my food. But not before cutting my burger in half and giving part of it to Blake. She tries to refuse but I don't take no for an answer.

Everyone engages in small talk and I can't help but get lost staring at Blake.

"Is there something on my face?" She asks embarrassed as she grabs the napkin off the table. She wipes at her face and I shake my head with a smile.

"I'm sorry, I just can't get over how beautiful you are." I softly say as I duck my head, afraid to meet her eyes.

"Thank you." She softly says and I feel her warm hand touch my arm softly. I raise my head and our eyes meet once again.

"You guys ready to go?" Cara asks as she stands and everyone does. We all throw some cash on the table for our food and make our way out of the bar. I hang back and Blake walks next to me.

"How did you guys get here?" I hear Cara ask as she walks in front of me with Megan at her side.

"We took an Uber." Megan says as she walks next to her.

"You guys can ride with us if you want?" I say and Blake's eyes meet mine as she lifts her head up.

"Okay." She softly says with a small smile and I can't help but return it.

Luckily we all were arguing about who was driving so two of us drove tonight. Cara and I made our way towards my old Chevelle that I rebuilt with my dad.

"Nice car." Blake softly says as she marvels at my baby.

"Thanks, my Dad and I rebuilt it together." I softly say as I run my hand against the roof. Cara and Megan climb into the backseat and Blake takes the passenger seat next to me.

The car ride is quiet besides the radio playing softly as we drive back to the beach house. When we pull in I notice the guys already beat us back.

We all get out of the car and head inside.

"This is nice." Megan says as we walk through the house.

"Who's is it?" She asks as we all enter the kitchen and grab drinks.

"I mowed this ladies lawn for the summer and she said I could have her beach house for a week." Dylan says and I try not to laugh as Cara rolls her eyes.

"More like you fucked her and this was your payment." Cara says, causing the girls mouths to drop as they stare at Dylan.

"It wasn't like that.."

We all laugh as we head outside to the beach where our fire pit is waiting. I set my beer down as I grab everything I need to start the fire up. I get it lit in just a few minutes and I move to grab my beer.

When I turn I see Blake holding it for me and I give her a smile as I say a small thanks.

Everyone begins to talk amongst themselves while Blake and I sit quietly off to the side. I'm having a debate in my head and I decide to just grow a pair.

"Do you want to take a walk with me?" I ask the gorgeous blonde sitting next to me. Her eyes meet mine as a breathtaking smile forms on her lips.

"Sure."
