Wang Lei knocked on Xin Ying's door and walked inside. Xin Ying stood up from his bed, putting away the book and presently surprised looked at Wang Lei. Wang Lei walked towards her while closing the door behind

'Wang Lei, what are you doing here?' Xin Ying asked surprised as she greeted him. Wang Lei greeted back in a serious manner as he glared at her. He seems to be angry.

'Tell me about your previous lover?' Wang Lei asked straight out and Xin Ying was taken back from his questions.

'Why you are asking that? I have nothing to do with him anymore.' Xin Ying said in her defence. She felt he was angry with her because of her previous lover but she wonders why now? When she told him about that Huang Dewei he said nothing whereas Wang Lei sighed and then walked and sat down on the bed in a defeated manner

'Just do me a favour and tell me about him, Xin Ying. I beg you.' Wang Lei requested and Xin Ying was extremely confused and baffled by his request but his condition was not looking good so she started talking

'He is a kind soft hearted man. He is a gentleman but prideful. He loves justice and hated when people look down on him because of his poor status...He can come off as a little naive with his views about the world but he has heart of gold...Even when someone flirted with him, he does not realise at all that's how innocent he is I remember when I flirted with him he did not realise it either. But I find it cute and heartwarming...' Xin Yin said as he laugh remembering their days together and Wang Lei really felt like she was describing Huang Dewei. She stopped talking and laughing as she looked up at him. She felt she was telling him too much. The thing about flirting, he had no need to know about it.

'Please keep going.' Wang Lei ordered her in his soft tone so she continued

'He is good at fighting..., especially sword fighting. It is his speciality. He looks very elegant and beautiful when he does a sword fight....I have never seen a man with his moves...he looks beautiful and breathtaking...and he doesn't know but he can't hold his alcohol. He is a bad drinker. ' Xin Ying said as she changed the topic away from flirting while remembering their sweet old days and Wang Lei felt his heart was sinking. She really was describing Huang Dewei

'How he was as a lover?' Wang Lei asked and that was a surprising question for Xin Ying a little embarrassing as well. Why he was asking about their romance. What he was planning? He really makes me feel like a human...and the funny thing he has a mole as a birthmark next to his belly button and he hated it.' Xin Ying said as she laugh Wang Lei looked towards her and she realised maybe she gave too much information.

'You have slept with him?' Wang Lei asked and Xin Ying blushed and looked away as she answered him yes. Wang Lei clenched his fist and stood back up. Xin Ying also stood up as Wang Lei was about to walk out of his room when he heard

'Why you ask all this? I hope you won't be doing something stupid.' Xin Ying said and Wang Lei stopped then looked back toward her

'Don't worry...I won't be doing anything stupid.' Wang Lei said and walked off while Xin Ying was worried for Huang Dewei. She thought he was jealous and might kill him without having knowledge about what was going on between them. Wang Lei fuming with anger went back to his room and saw him sleeping peacefully on his bed. He walked towards him and sat down as he stared at him and then with his shaky hand, he slowly pulled up his robe a little bit and saw the birthmark Xin Ying was talking about and it really was here. She really was talking about Huang Dewei. That was the proof.

Wang Lei quickly moved away and he started pacing around the room but his anger was not calming down. So when Huang Dewei said he has a lover he loves, he was not lying either. He has to have a strong feeling for Xin Ying if he came with the risk of making her run away with him even though he knew she was the Emperess of the Wang Dynasty and the Emperor's wife. When he decided to be his personal bodyguard, he knew he was here to betray him while Wang Lei trusted him. What if she had not rejected him, would he have gone with her by now? 'Wake up Huang Dewei.' He screamed while shaking him badly and Huang Dewei's eyes flew open as he confused and fearfully looked around and then met Wang Lei's eyes. He relaxed as he rubbed his eyes.

'Choose between me and her?' Wang Lei asked dead serious while Huang Dewei was bewildered by his sudden question.

'What?' Huang Dewei said in a confused tone

'I said, choose between me and her? Who would you choose me and Xin Ying?' Wang Lei screamed asked as his heart was restless.

'Do I have to?' Huang Dewei asked innocently

'Yes.' Wang Lei replied determined to know the answer while Huang Dewei thought. His silence was killing Wang Lei.

'What if I will choose you.' Huang Dewei asked as his mind of still a little hazy but he somehow wanted to play around with Wang Lei. He was drunk but still in the mood of playing around.

'Then I will forgive you.' Wang Lei replied sincerely

'And what if I choose her then?'Huang Dewei asked as they were looking at each other

'I will kill you.' Wang Lei replied dead seriously and his response does not scare Huanf Dewei at all but he smirk. Wang Lei was confused as he saw him moving forward towards his ear and he whispered

'Even you know you can't kill me, Wang Lei...Even you know I am your weakness.' Huang Dewei whispered in a confident tone and moved away while Wang Lei looked at him and realised he was just playing with him and he was enjoying toying with his emotions.

'Forget it.' Wang Lei said as he disappointed sighed and was about to move away when Huang Dewei got hold of his hand and confessed.

'I will choose you...I will choose you over anyone in this world.' Huang Dewei said genuinely and Wang Lei stares at him but somehow he felt his heart calming down.

'What if today she says she wanted to run off with you then?' Wang Lei asked which was an odd question but it was bothering him.

'She is too late. I want her husband now.' Huang Dewei said as he lovingly played with Wang Lei's hair while smiling and Wang Lei was surprised by his answer but he was contented with his response.

'But what should I do, you both wife and husband had rejected me. I probably need to find someone else's arms to sleep in.' Huang Dewei said as he faked sadly pouted and Wang Lei looked at him and smile as he pulled him in his arms. They fell down on the bed as he tighten his embrace around him.

'Nobody else's arms are available for you to sleep in.' Wang Lei said as he closed his eyes and he felt Huang Dewei playing with his collar.

'You are wrong. I never knew but I think loads of people want me.' Huang Dewei cutely confessed and Wang Lei's smile deepen

'Did you just realise that many people want you?' Wang Lei asked and Huang Dewei nodded his head as he put his head over his chest and heart his rapidly beating heart

'I never knew but I think I am pretty.' Huang Dewei confessed in a whisper as he looked up towards Wang Lei who was smiling. Huang Dewei felt he was really drunk to see Wang Lei smiling.

'You are breathtaking Huang Dewei.' Wang Lei confessed

'And sexy.' Huang Dewei said in response and Wang Lei just nodded his head in agreement.

'I have a confession to make?'

'What confession?'

'I saw your wedding picture with Xin Ying and I want to have one picture with you too.' Huang Dewei confessed and Wang Lei nodded his head as he thought

'When and where did you see our wedding picture?'

'In Xin Ying's room.' Huang Dewei replied and Wang Lei surprised looked at him

'You went into her room?'

'Yeah, so? I am in your room as well.'

'Do you think it's the same?' Wang Lei asked and Huang Dewei just nodded his head which make Wang Lei irritated and frustrated again with him.

'No, it's not the same.' Wang replied coldly and Huang Dewei sat up on the bed. Wang Lei also sat up and followed him as he heard him.

'Calm down, I did not touch your wife.' Huang Dewei confessed because he thought Wang Lei did not like that he went to his wife's room which was understandable. Wang Lei glared at him and his response make him even angrier as he grabbed him from his chin and spoke up.

'I don't want my wife touching you. Can't you see what matters more to me?' Wang Lei confessed and Huang Dewei was shocked as his eyes widened and puzzled he scratched his head. Wang Lei find him innocent as he sighed to calm himself down. He laid back down as he pulled him back in his arms.

'I get really jealous for you, Huang Dewei, so please stop making me jealous and stop playing with my heart as well. I really can't take it.' Wang Lei confessed and Huang Dewei was surprised by his response but then he felt it was all dreaming. The impact of alcohol was a lot as he kept making him dizzy and felt like everything was just a dream. He felt like he kept forgetting the details of the night and all confessions he made and all the words he heard from Wang Lei.

'What about the picture?' Huang Dewei asked getting back to his request and Wang Lei sighed.

'I will get it for you.' Wang Lei said and Huang Dewei felt happy as he smile then closed his eyes as he fell back into a deep sleep. Due to alcohol, it did not take him long to fall back into sleep. Wang Lei struggled for a while with all the thinking because he heard too much today and everything seemed unreal to him.

Most likely Huang Dewei won't even remember what he said and confessed to Wang Lei, but despite all the confessions he felt like his trust was still there for Huang Dewei and his feeling were still definitely there. Why he came maybe does not matter as much if he stayed for him. Wang Lei's thoughts and between all his worrisome, tiring and exhausting thoughts, he finally fell into sleep with a peaceful mind since he could feel him in his arms and holding him in his arms was felt like his greatest achievement ever. The fact Huang Dewei was sleeping in his arms, he felt like he had not lost him and he was still here...and he was still his.
