Matts P.O.V
I glanced up to watch Crystal as she fucked up my cigarette then walked off. Dam I fucked up big time, why do I always snap at the wrong people?? I went to call her name but stopped myself when I realized that she probably wouldn't even turn around. I let out a frustrated sign and sat down against the wall, pulling out another cigarette and lighting it, inhaling for a second or two and then breathing out the smoke.
Once I had gotten about halfway through my cigarette, I saw someone exit the bus out of the corner of my eye. I turned my head to that it was Crystal again, but instead of coming back over to me like I had hoped, she just walked off toward the direction of the town without out so much as a glance at me. She had changed from my shirt into one of her own, a black Lamb Of God tank top with cuts down the side.
She continued on her way and I stood up, stumping out the rest of my cigarette and heading back into the bus. I did have Soundcheck soon after all.
I entered the bus to see the bus in the same mess as before I walked out, with no one making an attempt to tidy it, but instead just walking around getting ready for the day.
"Come on dude, get ready for Soundcheck, we'll clean up the bus some time later," Padge said to me as he walked up next to me and pulled out a water from the fridge.
I simply nodded and went to freshen up, passing Jay on the way.
"Hey man, I'm sorry we bugged you earlier, but you didn't have to then go off and snap at Crystal, she's pissed you know," He started before I cut him off.
"Look just drop it, please? I know I fucked up and now I have to wait until she turns up before I can apologise. If she even let's me, that is."
Jay just nodded and patted me on the back of my shoulder before walking off to let me get changed. He seemed to give off a rather protective vibe as he said that. Oh well, I pushed it aside as I continued getting ready.
******
We had just finished Soundcheck with no sign of Crystal turning up. Where the hell did she go? Surely she'd text or call one of us?
"You'd maybe think she'd let us know where she is or whatever?" I thought out loud.
"Naa, maybe if she had her phone, but she left it in her bunk when she walked out," Moose explained, causing me to let out a sigh. Great thing to do Crystal, well fucking done.
I was still wrapped up in my thoughts when we were walking back onto the bus. What was she doing that would take this long. As my thoughts wondered, I couldn't help but ask myself about the possibility of her now with another man, fucking around trying to forget about the way I snapped at her. Just the thought of it made me feel sick to the stomach, and it was difficult to push aside all thoughts of it.
"Hey Matt, dude, are you Ok? You look kinda worried... And pale."
I turned my head to see that it was Padge who'd asked me the question. I couldn't answer him though as I looked in his eyes and let the thoughts get on top of me completely. I shook my head and rushed on ahead of the boys, running up the stairs and into the bathroom before I was sick in the sink.

"Matt? Matt, you alright?" I heard a voice call from behind me.
Once I finally stopped throwing up, I turned and looked and Padge standing there with a worried look on his face. I rinsed my mouth and splashed some cool water on my face, then stumbled past him into the back lounge, with him following me and sitting down next to me on the bed.
"Wanna tell me what that was all about then?" He asked quietly, grabbing my attention towards him.
"I... I dunno man, I just... I saw Crystal walk out the bus earlier, she didn't give me one single look. I guess I just got worried about where she was or is because Moose told me she didn't have her phone. Then my mind just wondered to the worst case scenarios as for why she hasn't come back yet and I kept thinking 'what if she's in some random guys bed, trying to forget my outburst I had at her?' Like, the thought makes me feel sick. I care about her Padge, I really do and now she probably is doing something stupid because of me."
There was a moment of silence before Padge spoke up with a reply.
"Ok, listen here. She isn't doing anything with any other guy. She isn't trying to forget about you by doing something stupid. She's probably just gone into the town for a few hours or gone for a walk to explore the area a bit more. She'll be back soon, I promise."
I nodded slowly, trying to believe him as he continued.
"And I know you care about her Matt. It's obvious in the ways you talk to her and look at her when she's doing anything... And if I can say this without getting a bollocking, I think you were always in love with Crystal, not Kimberly."
My body tensed at the mention Kims name. Then I realized that maybe Padge was right. Through all of the arguing and fighting between me and Kimberly, I was still there with a ring around my finger trying to convince myself that we would soon be alright. But now she's gone, my mind was able to clearly see how much I had fallen for Crystal through the times that I'd known her, even whilst I was with Kimberly.
I looked up at Padge and nodded a little. He gave me a small smile and pulled me into a bro hug.
"Guys, we're gonna get food before the show instead tonight, what did you guys want?" We heard Jay interrupt. We looked over and told him we didn't mind, then followed him out to the main bit of the bus.
"Whenever people get interrupted whilst in that room, it's always for food," Moose observed, causing me to smile a bit. He was right though, it was strange.
Crystals P.O.V
Time was getting on as I walked around town, holding a couple of shopping bags and a Strawberry and banana smoothie. I debated whether or not I wanted to head back to the bus yet, the guys would soon be getting to the venue for the concert.
"Crystal? That is you right?" I heard a voice from behind me. I turned to see a guy standing a few meet away from me, with a snapback and sunglasses on.
"Uh, yup that's me," I confirmed with a smile.
"Ah awesome, I'm a huge fan I was second guessing myself there for a second,"He laughed as he stepped a bit closer. I smiled in return and we stood talking for a few minutes, mainly about me being on tour with Bullet.

"So uh, is it cool to get a quick picture with you? My son would freak once I tell him I met you!" I nodded in agreement and he got his phone out, turning it to the front camera so he could take the photo. I casually slung my arm around his shoulder, a habit I had when taking fan photos, and he put his arm around my waist, accidentally nudging my bag whilst we took the picture.
Once it was done, I offered a hug then we said bye, going off in our separate directions. As I walked off, I decided it was probably best to make my way back to the bus now, seeing as the concert would start soon.
I got back to find the bus empty, meaning the boys were probably already over in the venue. As much as I would have loved to have just stayed on the bus and chill for a night, I decided I should probably go and watch they guys play their set. At least they'd then know I was Ok seeing as I hadn't had my phone all day. Placing my bags down on the sofa, I pulled out the new black shorts I had bought and went to retrieve the black shirt that Matt had bought me yesterday.
After I was changed, I retouched my makeup and ran a brush through my hair, then put it up in a sloppy ponytail and headed out towards the venue, locking the bus door behind me.
I walked across the parking lot behind the building and headed up the concrete steps along the side of the venue to the small side door and walked on in, hearing the muffled sound of one of the support bands playing. I followed the small corridors until I reached Bullets dressing room and owned the door to see everyone except Matt in thee main room.
"Ayy, finally she joins us!" Jay announced, making the others turn their attention to me.
"Yeah, hi. Sorry I wasn't around all day, I went out shopping," I explained. Padge came up to give me a hug which I returned, wrapping my arms around his neck for the brief moment.
"That's Ok, just remember to take your phone next time," He said.
"I promise I will, and where's Matt?" I asked, looking between the three boys.
Instead of telling me though, Moose decided to do things his own way again.
"MATT GET YOUR SEXY ASS OUT HERE!"
I winced a little at the sudden outburst from Moose and laughed as he smiled over at me, saying 'you're welcome', before I heard a door open and Matt walk out with a neutral expression on his face. Once he saw me though, his eyes lit up and he ran straight into me, making me stumble a little at the force he had hugged me with. I hugged him back as he kept mumbling sorry over and over again.
"Why are you saying sorry?" I asked, smiling a little at how he was acting. At this point, the other guys left the room to give us some space and we separated from the hug, with Matt keeping his arms firmly around my waist.
"I'm sorry for snapping at you this morning. I was so worried while you were gone, I kept thinking about all these horrible things, I was so scared that you went off with another guy to forget about me snapping at you. If you ask Padge he'd even tell you it made me throw up just thinking about it so much." I looked at Matt as he was talking my lips parted slightly. He really did care this much for me? I smiled a little as he continued to ramble on.
"I don't want to loose you, ever. Me and Padge were sitting in the back room after I threw up and the things he was saying made me realize that it was always you, even when I was trying to save mine and Kims marriage, it was still always you. I want nothing more than to call you mine, I would do anything. What I'm trying to say is I love you, I love you so much and-"
After hearing him say he loved me, I grabbed the back of his neck, pulling him in for a kiss. He seemed taken back at first, but without hesitation he kissed back, tightening the grip he had on my waist. I kissed him with all the force I could and ran my fingers up to his hair while he pressed me against him.
A few moments passed and we heard the door open, making us jump and break the kiss.
"We only left you for a few minutes, don't get to frisky now because we're on in about 10 minutes," Padge said as I blushed, causing Matt to chuckle nervously a bit and wrap his arm around my waist, holding me close.
"Alright, we better get going then."
I nodded at Matts statement and we followed Padge out to the side of the stage, where we could hear and see the crowd chanting for the band to come on. As the intro music was played, the boys ran out one by one, with Matt giving me a quick kiss before running out to face the screaming crowd, with Saints and Sinners being the first song they played.
The boys played their set brilliantly, and once the hour and a half was up, they said goodbye to the crowds and ran off to greet me with sweaty, sticky hugs.
"Eww, no hugging until after the showers!" I giggled as Jay ran up and jumped onto my back, sending us both tumbling to the floor. I led there, laughing as Jay continued to give me a hug, when I caught a glimpse of Matt looking at Jay in a negative manner. I kept the smile on my face but proceeded to push Jay off so I could get back onto my feet.
Once I had stood up, I skipped over to Matt and threw my arms around him. He instantly perked up at my presence and returned the hug, burying his face in my neck where he began to gently kiss, trailing his lips up my neck and finally reaching my lips, lingering there for a second before we were seen.
"Woo, at least try to save that for later," Moose teased, winking at us both as I blushed, trying to forget about the violent shivers that Matt had given me.
After about 15 minutes of the boys sitting down and drinking bottles of water to cool off, we headed back to the dressing room to get ready to leave, then back onto the bus, saying goodnight to the other bands and then going to get ready to sleep.
"So, I was thinking... My bunk seems rather empty with just me sleeping in it."
I looked behind me to see Matt walking up to me in the bunk area, placing his hands lightly on my hips once he reached me.
"Yes, I'll share your bunk with you," I sighed, already knowing where the conversation was going.
"Yay, thank you beautiful!"
I got butterflies as he said that. Not many people tell me I'm beautiful in that sense nowadays. I stood up on my tip toes and gave him another hug which he returned, and once again my eyes fell on Jay, looking at me with some sort of emotion that I couldn't figure out. What is all this about all of a sudden?
Shaking the question from my head, I let go of Matt and went to get some pajamas to change into. Once I was changed, I grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and headed into the bunks, climbing into Matts one once I saw he was already in it. He looked up at me and smiled gently, making him look way too adorable. I climbed under the covers and Matt took off his shirt and jeans then joined me under the cover, pulling me into his warm chest and kissing the top of my head.
"Goodnight angel, I love you," He whispered, causing my heart to skip a beat again. This man was something else.
"I love you too."
As I said it back, I felt his heart rate pick up a tiny bit, making me smile against his skin as he hugged me even tighter. How did I get so lucky?
