《STAY | Rosilla Oneshots》I hate you

— What the hell are you doing here? — Annalise asked when Rosie appeared in captain's office smiling as usual.
— It's good to see you too, Villa — he said ironically — so, what do we have today, Captain?
Hornstock started talking about the case and, as he did, he realized that something was different between the two of them. He knew that it was their normal, they were always fighting but also they had an incredible chemistry, and the fact that they had such good work together as friends and as partners always made Ira wonder why those two weren't together as a couple. But this day was different. Something else was happening, but he didn't care. He wanted the best ones taking care of the case, and no one could be better than Rosilla's team.
— Okay, I get it, but why do I have to work with him? — The detective pointed her finger at him.
— 'Cause I want to. Now leave my office and do your job, please.
The dynamic duo left the room and Annalise was walking quickly through the delegacy, ignoring Rosie laughing behind her.
When they were alone, he grabbed her arm and pulled her to a room and locked the door. Annalise could feel his breath, their heart racing. They were so close.
— Do you think we convinced them? — she looked him in his eyes. The tension between them was so loud.
— We were perfect. — then he kissed her.
Their tongues dancing together frantically like they were running out of time. They've been dating for weeks, exploring all their feelings. Annalise was finally feeling like she was safe and complete, and Rosie like he was healed and truly happy.
They were getting to know each other intimately, learning more about each other and finding themselves deeply in love. Everything was perfect.

— Wait, I need to breathe — she pushed him, separating their mouths, but their bodies still in touch. They laughed.
— I'm sorry, but I missed you. It's so hard to see you being a badass and not be able to kiss you and hug you everytime.
— I know, I feel the same. But just a little more time. You know they'll freak out when they know about us. I just want a little of privacity and enjoy our little secret — she smiled at him.
— It looks like we're teenagers having sex hiding from their parents — he whispered in her ear, making her feel more tense.
— But isn't that the good part? — she said before kissing him again.
This time the kiss was quick but full of passion. They were so lost in themselves.
— We have to go now, if you want me tonight you have to do a really good job today. — She smiled and left him alone in the room.
He loves the way she makes him feel.
The day was long and exhausting, all of the team worked hard to get the right guy and all they wanted was to go home and sleep.
It was 1 a.m. when Annalise came home. The woman was surprised when she noticed that he was waiting for her on the sofa. Rosie was tired too, but still he waited for her.
— Still awake? Something happened? — she asked, hugging him from behind, kissing his cheek.
— I was waiting for you. I bought some food. — he turned his head to look at her, kissing her gently.
— Beaumont Rosewood Jr I love you so much, I'm starving — she didn't even think about what she said, but when she realized she got frozen.

They've never said those words to each other. And now, she was the first one to say.
Rosie smiled like a child on Christmas when he noticed. Her face was turning red.
— Annalise Villa, you just said you love me?
The woman was about to leave the embrace and ignore him but he put his hands in her waist and pulled her onto the couch. Now she was sitting on his lap, trying to hide the shyness.
Of course she loved him. She knew she loved him a long time ago, but never said it out loud. She thought that he might not feel the same way. But now he knows, and he will obviously take advantage of that situation someday.
— Forget what I said — she wasn't looking at him, pretending to be mad.
He laughed at how cute she was.
— You know what? I hate you — she tried to get up but he held her.
His hand grabbed her chin, making her look at him.
— Uhm, you hate me, yeah? — he said between short kisses — you know I love you too, Annalise.... I always had… And I always will.
She couldn't help but smile while they were kissing. After all, he felt the same way. It was mutual.
He lay on her on the couch but she interrupted the kiss.
— Okay, yes, I love you and I'm really enjoying what we're doing but I'm really hungry and if you see me mad because of food you'll never want to see me again. — she kissed him one more time and came out from under him, leaving him alone again. — You can have me later. — she winked at him and headed for the kitchen.
— Annalise?
— Yes?
— I love you — he needed to say one more time. The feeling was so good.
— Yeah, I know, babe. I love you too.
