《Sunrise ~ An Eremika Story》Chapter 3

A week had passed, and Mikasa was impressing people left and right. She was swift and graceful on the ODM gear, and was receiving many compliments.
Armin was busy with Eren most of the time, so if they were given breaks she would spend the time working out. The girls found it bizarre, but the boys practically praised her for it. Everyone except Eren, of course. He'd usually scoff or roll his eyes when he passed by the strength training room, but she didn't pay much attention to it.
...
She fluttered her eyelashes open, only to see the sun hadn't even risen yet. She sat up from her bed, and twirled a piece of hair that fell in front of her face.
"Mikasa!" a voice whispered.
She turned her attention to the bed next to her, where Sasha was giving her a small smile. She was slipping her shoes on, and trying to stay quiet in order to keep the other girls asleep.
She tilted her head in confusion as to where Sasha was going at this hour. "I'm gonna watch the sunrise, wanna come?" Sasha whispered. Mikasa thought for a moment, but was ultimately intrigued, so she agreed.
They walked out, and Sasha led her towards the back of the cabin. There were wooden stumps that ran up the post, creating a small latter towards the roof. Sasha turned to Mikasa and smiled, "Follow me." she insisted, as she crept up the latter. Mikasa followed her, and met the sunrise peeking over Wall Rose when she reached the top.
"Wow..." she breathed. Sasha squealed in excitement, "Do you see it Mikasa?" an amazed smile was now painted across her face. Mikasa was speechless, it was beautiful.
If I followed the sunrise, out of the wall, would I get a better view?

She shook her head at the ridiculous thought, as if she could leave the wall. They stood there for a few more minutes, until the circular sun was fully visible.
Sasha sniffed the air, and gasped as she turned to meet Mikasa's eyes. "Oatmeal!" she exclaimed, somehow sniffing out the faint scent of cinnamon in the air. "Cmon Mikasa! First come first serve!" she sang, taking Mikasa's hand.
'Do I... Have another friend?' she wondered.
Sasha finished her food quickly, and Mikasa could tell she was still hungry. Mikasa didn't have much of an appetite, so she gave up the rest of her breakfast. "You're the best!" Sasha exclaimed, licking her lips.
People started piling in moments after, and soon enough the rest of the cadets were in the cafeteria. Armin sat down with Eren across from Sasha and Mikasa, but Eren didn't say a word.
"Cadets!" a voice boomed from the doorway. They all looked up to meet Keith Sadies, the commanders, glare. "No more ODM bullshit! You're sparring today, choose your partner, and meet me out front in !" he ordered, before slamming the door behind him.
"He's scary-" Sasha began, before Eren slammed his hands down on the table. Everyone's attention was turned to him, and he met Mikasa's eyes with a smirk.
"Ready to fight?" he asked, completely confident in his skills. Mikasa raised an eyebrow, "Are you?" "Hell yeah."
...
Everyone was now loitering the field, awaiting the commanders instructions.
"The rules are simple. If you're down on the ground for more than three seconds, you lose. You will keep sparring until time's up or until someone gets knocked unconscious." the commander explained.
Everyone began getting into their positions, with their fists up. Mikasa observed the people around her, and noticed that most lacked fighting experience. Eren cleared his throat which diverted Mikasa's gaze towards him.

"I'm not going easy on you just because you're a girl." Eren boasted.
"Begin!" The captain shouted.
Eren jabbed a fist forward and... he was on the floor. 'Why can't I move...' he thought to himself.
"2...3. First one goes to me." Mikasa said, standing up from atop of him.
Eren looked up at her in shock, but regained his determined mindset. "Lucky shot, you won't be able to do that again." Eren insisted.
But she did. Over... and over... Eren had not touched her once, let alone bring her down to the floor.

The Doormat Villainess – Adrianne
A villainess is a character who has always been diametrically opposed to the heroine of a romance drama. What makes a person a good villainess? The fact that she's unabashedly beautiful and charismatic, yet also rotten inside? The fact that she's incredibly loathsome, greedy, and selfish? That she's reasonably strong enough to be a hurdle, yet ultimately powerless in the face of a determined heroine? That despite all these character flaws, a Villainess's greatest virtue is unwilling to give up until the last of their breath, in pursuit of her personal desire? If those are the hallmark of a successful Villainess. Then, I might be the wrong person to play that role. Also on Scribblehub (Profile)

Cosmic Plague
In this world, everyone is cursed with a single fate: Become the most powerful. But those who do become powerful, they hate it. Power is misery and death is the solace. လလလ Nazar, a weapon of mass destruction created by the ancient God of Destruction revolted against his creator a long time ago. While he did defeat his creator, the power he was given is still within him. He is cursed with infinite power, standing at the top of the celestial hierarchy. He has more power and wealth than he needs. But even then, he craves one thing; death. He wants to die. Power is misery and death is the solace, but he cannot achieve his only goal. He cannot die. Perhaps that will change when one day, an ancient cosmic Goddess rises from her grave? Perhaps she will finally kill him? Or will she fall short before his awesome yet terrible power? Only time will tell. This is a high cosmic story about the hypocritical life of the protagonist and how it affects everyone (and everything) around him. Naturally, it features very overpowered characters with a lot of high stakes battles roaming across the cosmos. Warning: Swearing, some suggestive sexual gestures/words, gore. Feedback is highly welcomed. (The story was originally named, God's Return, but I wanted to change it.)
