"Ahhh, why does my head hurt?", Mikasa massaged her temple, taking in her surroundings. She was in a crisp looking room with gentle colours. Her hospital bed was quite comfortable to, "wait hospital bed?........ EREN!". Mikasa lunged out of her bed fully focused on finding Eren. She got was just about to reach the door handle when she tripped over a rouge foot and face planted into the door.

"Oh Mikasa your awake, door taste good?"

"Armin..... get lost."

"Well it's nice to see you haven't lost your sense of humor along with you balance."

"I only lost my balance because of your stupid foot."

"Well well this is awful, you lost your eye sight too."

Mikasa turned to Armin and gave him a glare she had only ever used once before, at a party they were playing truth or dare and Bertholdt had dared Eren to kiss another girl...a.....girl....which.....wasn't.......her! Too this day Bertholdt minimizes the eye contact he has with Mikasa. Much to her amusement.

"Choose you next words wisely Armin" Armin froze solid, his only action was a loud gulp.

"Ok first things first you have to stay in bed. Your in no fit state at the moment Mikasa you have several broken ribs a fracturedcheekbone and a broken jaw. You can't eat solid food for at least 9 weeks."

"That bad huh?"

"Well thats the worst, we took care of the internal bleeding. I suspect your bones are bruised as well. Honestly I'm surprised you made it out of the bed and to the door... you really are made of something else Mika."

"I've got a high pain threshold, anything else?"

"Three things, 1. You will have to stay in the hospital untill you're discharged 2. Your supposed to be on bed rest so you can't move around too much 3. If of the hospital staff asks, I wasn't here. I'm not supposed to be sleeping on my university work placement but... I couldn't help it. This brain is amazing but it need more than a healthy supply of oxygen to operate."

"Don't worry you secret is safe with me."

The minutes went bye as they sat there in silence. The door swung open to reveal Annie, Sasha, Connie, Marco, Bertholdt and Reiner bought up the rear.

Sasha threw herself onto Mikasa and compressed her in a hug as the others watched on in mild amusement.

"Sasha let go of my patient!"

"Yes oh Armin your worship, the savior of the ill and afflicted. Conquer of the common cold and vanquisher of boo boos." Sasha and Connie snickered.

Annie had an amused look on her face and walked over to Armin and seductively touched him.

"Ohh don't tease Armin too much, he's a real doctor," Annie moved closer to Armons ear and spoke into his it loud enough for people to hear. "Your the best "patient" a nurse could ask for, right babe." Annie wickedly smiled as Armin blushed intensley, he turned even redder when Annie decided to grope his arse infront of their friends. It was safe to say that Annie was far superior than Armin at embarrassing their significant over.

Reiner spoke up, "any way Mikasa we're all glad your fine but we want to ask what happened last night."

"Yeah you guys should know..

.. I guess but you have to ask my questions first. Where are Eren and J..jj..ean?"

Everyone looked away from Mikasa not wanting to answer, everyone expect Reiner, who held her gaze for five seconds. QReiner swallowed and answered her with a stern voice and look, "They're both in medically induced comas."

"Th...th...hanks Reiner. Now I guess I'll answer your question......"
