BELLA'S POV:

The battle was over. I couldn't believe it. Alice walked towards me and we made our way back to Alice's house. We walked at a normal human pace through the forest, partly because Emmett was slow due to his injury, but partly because we were all so happy because we had defeated The Volturi and none of us were dead. Alice and I walked hand in hand, leaning on each other and staring into each others eyes. Thank you for saving me Alice said, I love you so much! It's ok i replyed, plus, i don't know if you felt it, but just after i saved you, i felt this weird pull and it felt like the world had just lost all of its gravity.

Alice explained all about finding your mate. This just means that we were meant to be. I never felt it before so i knew i had never found the one, but then i met you. I beamed at her and kissed her again, loving her so much i thought i would break.

EWWWWWW.... cut it out shouted Emmett, teasing us playfully, i think i'm going to throw up. I stared at him and made him rise in the air, he laughed and said he was sorry so i put him back down. It was just when we were arriving back when i realised that i had never got a chance to use my other power properly. When i said this thought out loud they all told me that it didn't matter and that my other power, being a shield had protected them so well that none of them had gotten seriously injured.

I smiled and walked in with my new family, happy to be with my mate and to be able to live with her forever...
