𝙷𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚗 𝚃𝚇 ; Club Harmoni

Walking out of the club, Samiron checked the time on his phone and cussed under his breath. Overseeing renovations had took longer than he expected and Zariah's 1st birthday party slipped his mind so now he was late.

He patted the pockets of his Amiri jeans for his keys. When he realized he left them in his offuce, he rolled his eyes and walked back into the club, nodding at the security who were changing shifts.

"Boss, Miles called and said he can't make it. Should I call a replacement?" The bartender asked Samiron as he walked passed him.

"Don't give a fuck what or who you call, as long as I have 20 bouncers tonight not nineteen." Samiron shouted, walking into his office. He shuffled through the drawers of his glass desk before finally fishing out his Hellcat keys. He locked up the office and walked back towards the front, staring down at his phone.

Samiron looked up when one of the strippers came into view. "Boss, I need to speak to you about a raise." She batted her mink lashes.

Samiron jerked his head back at the mention of a raise. In all of the months that the club has been open, none of the employees had even said the word "raise" and that's because he pays them more than enough, which is why people are eager to get a job there. On top of the money each stripper makes a night, Samiron gives them an extra few thousand dollars in their paychecks because he knows some of the strippers need the money.

"Raise? Fuck you needa raise for?" He pinched his eyebrows together, staring at the half-naked stripper in front of him. Alana was a gorgeous brownskin girl with a perfect shape and long legs. She had a honey blonde, butt-length wig installed. She wore a pink rhinestone one-piece that resembled a bodycon dress, except it barely covered her ass and had cut outs all over, leaving most of her skin exposed.

Alana flinched from the bass in his voice. Samiron made her nervous, but she couldn't say his deep voice didn't turn her on too. He was fine as hell. All the strippers knew it and so did the bottle girls. Sometimes after their shifts, the strippers that Alana was cool with would talk about the things they'd do to Samiron if he ever gave them the chance— but he would never and they knew that. But that didn't stop them from winking at him or biting their lips on the rare occasions that they were in front of him.

"I was just suggesting it because I could use the extra money," Alana took a step closer him, "We can come to a compromise." She looked up at him, hooking both arms behind her back to make her chest poke out.

Samiron stared down at the girl with disinterest written all over his face. It was clear what she was trying to do, and he wasn't dumb enough to fall for it. Sure Alana might be pretty to some. But he already came home to the finest woman in his sheets every night and he didn't want anyone else.

Mari had everything he ever wanted. Perfect body, intriguing personality, gorgeous smile, and she knew how to dress and carry herself. He wasn't checking for anyone else. Especially not the bobble heads that worked for him that would try to test their luck on rare occasions like this because they never saw him. Rell was the one who dealt with the strippers.

Samiron stayed clear of them out of respect for his girlfriend since everyone and their mom knows him and Mari are locked in. It wouldn't look good on his end to be interacting with strippers with his girl at home. More so since Mari was known around Texas for her bustling studio and Samiron's name was already up there from running the streets and now being a successful club owner.

"Who gives you yo check every week?" Samiron asked Alana who was still admiring him.

"Rell."

"So why the fuck are you talkin' to me about this shit?" He retorted.

Alana stood there silently still trying to seduce him with her face and eyes but she was failing miserably. When Samiron got the memo that she wasn't gonna respond, he huffed and rolled his eyes, walking past her and out the front door.

Alana let out an irritated breath and headed back to the dressing rooms where the rest of the strippers who weren't working tonight were.

"You talk to him?" Another stripper, Diamond, asked as she sat at the vanity and dug through the makeup bag on her lap.

Alana rolled her eyes, "Yea, he wasn't interested." She told her friend.

Alana had already told Diamond that she was gonna try to talk to Samiron. Similar to Alana, Diamond also thought that Samiron was fine as fuck and she would gladly get on her knees if he ever asked her. But unlike Lana, Diamond knew Samiron wasn't interested so she didn't try to be in his face.

"Told you." Diamond mumbled but Alana heard her.

"He has a whole girl. Why would he be trying to talk to either of y'all?" Misha, another stripper, butted in. She was known amongst the girls for being problematic as hell. But she always spoke her mind.

"I wasn't the one trying to talk to him." Diamond defended herself while slightly throwing her friend under the bus. "I get my lashes done at his girl's studio and I see her all the time.."

Misha chuckled, "I get my hair done there. She's fine as fuck. I see why he's obsessed with her. Which is why ion understand why you're still trying to get with him." She pointed at Alana.

"Misha shut the fuck up, respectfully. I know he has a girl but it didn't hurt to try." Lana shrugged, earning a stank look from Misha.

"You hoes are sad! Y'all think ion hear y'all guessing how long his dick is when y'all be in here gossiping after your shifts? Sad as fuck." Misha shook her head.

"Okay cause you're doing too much now. Stop actin' like you're better than anyone." Diamond cut in, turning around to look at Misha. "There's nothing wrong with thinking someone is fine."

"Right! If Mir came in here right now and asked you to go home with him you'd be the first one packing your bags, Misha." Lana rolled her eyes.

"Girl bye, that's YOU. Ole desperate ass." She scoffed.

Misha chuckled, "How are you mad 'cause i'm calling you out on your disrespect? Didn't you used to work at Walmart before you became a stripper? Did you try to fuck yo boss for a raise there too or is it just because you think Mir is fine?" She said, earning a few laughs from the other girls in the room.

"Yo you do too fucking much." Diamond cut in.

"Nah you hoes are just sad and embarrassing as hell. Trynna fuck a man who you know has a girlfriend and a son that he shows off every chance he gets. Home-wrecking asses." Misha told them off, shading a few other strippers in the room as well.

Meanwhile Samiron was on his way to Duck and Tasia's house. He was a good two hours late at this point so he FaceTimed Mari because he didn't want her to worry. The phone rang twice before she answered.

"Listen, I understand being on colored-folk's time, but this is just sad." Mari said as soon as the call connected. Samiron looked at the camera and it looked like she was laying down on the couch and music could be heard playing in the distance. Even just seeing her face made Samiron grin. Mari and Kasani had been staying at her parents house for the past few days and Samiron was busy with work.

Samiron laughed and glanced down at the phone that was in his lap, "I got caught up at the club with renovations and shit. Then some random ass stripper was trynna be in my face."

"Mhmmm.." She dragged sarcastically, eyeing him in the camera. "I see why those strippers be all over you. Handsome ass." She joked.

He laughed, "Nobody payin' attention to they asses anyway! Ole girl looked dumb as fuck with that dress on too. All those cuts on it and shit. Looks like she fed it to a dog before putting it on."

"Now you know you're wrong!" Mari bussed out laughing.

"I don't give a fuck. She wasted my time with all that dumbass shit she was sayin'." He shrugged.

"Da!" Samiron heard Kasani yell in the distance, instantly bringing a smile to his face.

Sani ran over to his mom who was still laying on the couch and attempted to crawl on her to reach her phone. But he ended up kneeing her in the arm.

"Ow Sani!"

"Oops!" Sani said and put his foot back down on the floor when he noticed he hurt his mom. He leaned down and kissed the arm that he accidentally kneeled on.

"Aw it's okay baby. Mama not hurt." Mari chuckled, making Samiron laugh over the phone.

Mari lifted her son off the floor and put him next to her on the couch. She laid back down with Sani tucked under her arm and held the phone out so Samiron could see both of them in the camera.

"Dada!" Sani smiled.

"Wassup, baby boy." Samiron chuckled. Sani just babbled on, acting like he was having a full-on conversation with his dad while Mari sat there and listened.

"Okay, you're done sir." Mari finally said, moving the phone out of Sani's face. Samiron chuckled when he heard Sani start to whine.

"Dada is coming here, baby." Mari tried reasoning with him but he started crying anyway. "Look what you did Samiron! See you when you get here, bye." She fake-scolded the phone and hung up.

Samiron laughed to himself and put his phone back into the cup holder while he made his way to Duck and Tasia's house. He got to the house ten minutes later and the driveway was lined with cars. He parked across the street and walked up the lawn of the two story house that was decorated with pink and gold balloons.

The door was already open so he walked inside to see some family members crowding the first floor of house. The inside was also decorated with gold, clear and pink balloons. Pink lights hung from the ceiling along with some streamers. Food and dessert platters were set up on a long table that was held up by some letters that spelled out "First Birthday". Duck and Tasia really went all out for Zariah's first.

Samiron's eyes immediately landed on Mari who was sitting in the living room talking to Destini and Camille. Sani was no where in sight so he figured he was probably in the backyard with the rest of the kids.

Samiron greeted a few people he recognized before making his way straight to Mari who wasn't accompanied by Cami and Des anymore. She was looking down at her phone so he stood right in front of her. Mari looked up and immediately jumped up from the couch to wrap her arms around his torso. He chuckled and wrapped his arms around her lower back.

"I missed you." She mumbled against his chest.

"I missed you too, baby." He said against her hair. You'd think they hadn't seen each other in months but in reality it had only been a week.

"You smell good." She complimented, leaning back to look up at him.

"You look good." He retorted, bending down to kiss her lips as he grabbed a handful of her ass with both hands. "Beautiful ass." He complimented, eyeing her outfit down. She was wearing a light pink ribbed body con dress that hugged her thighs and waist perfectly with her Beige Burberry Furley Rubber Slides. She had on two rose gold 10mm cuban link bracelets and the 12mm rose gold cuban around her neck that Samiron got her for Christmas last year.

"Thank you." She gushed, leaning up to kiss him again.

"Dada, da!" They heard a familiar squeaky voice exclaim over everyone else's talking. The couple turned around to see Sani wiggling out of Rell's hold to rush to his dad. Before he could even reach his dad's legs Samiron scooped Sani up into his arms and kissed his little cheeks over and over again while he giggled. Mari cooed at the sight. She really couldn't have asked for a more perfect family.

"That lil' nigga got too much energy." Rell let out a breath, plopping down on the arm chair. "What you been feeding him Mari? Crack?"

Samiron bussed out laughing while Mari rolled her eyes. "How the fuck do you think I feel when I wanna go to sleep and he keeps tapping me talking 'bout, "up, up mama!" over and over again?"

Samiron looked down at Sani who had his arms hooked around his dad's neck, "You been keepin' yo momma up?" He asked him. Sani just smiled snd snuggled into his neck.

"Yes the fuck he has." Mari mumbled and sat back down on the couch.

"Look at the birthday girl!" She smiled, seeing Zariah walk in from the backyard holding Duck's hand. She was wearing a flowy white romper with hot pink buttons and some hot pink crocs to match. Duck had helped her put the little Birthday Girl tiara over her curly hair.

"Tee!" She cheesed and ran into Mari's lap.

"Y'all got some melatonin? I'm finna slip some in her applesauce or sum." Duck sighed as he sat on the couch next to Mari.

Rell started laughing, "Look at y'all muthafuckas! Having kids but can't control 'em. A fucking shame." He shook his head. Mari threw a couch pillow at him and he dodged it.

"They just too energetic." Duck shook his head. "Every time she holds me hand all I hear is, "huwwy dada!" like go in front of me then! The fuck." He huffed, making the three of them laugh.

His eyes followed Zari who climbed off of Mari's lap and stood in front of Samiron who was still holding Sani.

"Him?" Zariah pointed at Sani, wanting him to get down.

Sani smiled when he saw her and wiggled in his dad's arms. Samiron reluctantly put him down and watched as Zariah waited for Sani to steady himself before rushing to the backyard with him behind her.

"Aw, they're so cute." Mari cooed. She looked at the backdoor to see Thirty flinch and throw his hands up when the small kids ran past him.

"Too many fucking kids." He grumbled, walking into the living room and dapping Samiron up.

"Bye Thirty! Aijah was just tellin' me how you're gonna get her pregnant soon." Mari joked. In reality Aijah had no plans of having kids anytime soon. Her niece's and nephews were more than enough for her and she was already at the top of the list for spoiling them out of everyone.

"Who the fuck is "you're"? 'Cause I'm not gettin' no one pregnant." Thirty shrugged.

"Y'all know damn well y'all been fucking like rabbits so it's very possible." Mari told her cousin, completely forgetting that Rell was sitting right there. Even though it had been a while since they broke up, Aijah and Rell were still weird towards each other and that was mainly Rell's fault.

"Whatever." Thirty waved his cousin off.

Rell just cleared his throat and looked around the living room awkwardly. Samiron glanced over at Rell who was visibly uneasy. He knew Rell better than anyone and it was obvious that he still wanted Aijah. But he was well aware that he messed everything up the moment he started linking back up with his ex to fuck while he was supposed to be fully committed to Aijah.

Rell still wanting Aijah is what caused the disconnect between him and Thirty. Thirty heard from Ju that Rell still wanted Aijah. He didn't know if that was true or not since he didn't address him about it. But he peeped how Rell was always glancing or staring at Aijah, or how he watched her lips when she talked, or how his eyes followed her around the room. It was things like that that made Thirty almost sure that Rell still wanted her.

But if there was one thing Thirty was sure about, it was that Rell wasn't getting Aijah. It's true that one man's trash is a another man'a treasure and Thirty felt like Rell fucked his chances up with her a long time ago. If he really wanted her, he shouldn't have cheated.

So he didn't care that Rell would stare at Aijah openly and not bother hiding it— but if he were to approach her or try to disrespect their relationship, Thirty would make a few things known.

"Happy birthday dear Zari, happy birthday to you!" Everyone sang, gathered around the long table. Duck was holding Zariah with one arm while his other was wrapped around Tasia's waist.
