"God please save me from temptation because I know I'm gonna want to drink tonight and I don't want this baby coming out wanting Hennessy instead of breast milk." I mumbled to myself as I walked alongside Aijah through the dark club. A few red and blur lights illuminated the buildings and every section was full. People are here from wall to wall.
It was Rell's birthday tonight and we were all at this nightclub. I don't know how I'm gonna enjoy this night while i'm carrying a whole fetus inside of me and I can't drink nor smoke but if it gets too much I might just leave. I don't even like to be around this many people anyway unless i'm at work.
Ry, Ju, Rell, Mayah, Zion and Duck along with Ry's babymomma and Ju's "girlfriend" were already here.
Duck made Tasia stay home since she has a little under 4 months left in her pregnancy so she decided to watch Cee for some company I guess. I'm positive Duck is gonna end up leaving way earlier than
everyone else tonight so he can go be with Tasia. With the way he's been acting you'd think she was 9 months already. He's been treating my sis like a prisoner and shit.
"Where these niggas at?" Rell asked me and Aijah as we approached the section with 2 more bottles of Dussé. The only people we were waiting on were Eli, Thirty, and Samiron who had some shit to take care of apparently.
"They're on their way Rell." Aijah rolled her eyes since that was her third time telling him that within the last hour. I don't know what he's been drinking or smoking but he's been acting slower than usual tonight.
Me and Aijah sat down across from Ju's "girlfriend," aka his fuck buddy, while everyone else in our section was standing on the leather couch drinking and singing the lyrics to Maybach by 42 Dugg which
played loudly throughout the club.
Cash out, thick bitch from the Westside
Cash, dawg, no, this is not a S-Class
Maybach, I've been turnin' up for my city
I've been turnin' up for my city
Richie Rich, fuck her then I leave, bitch ain't no gimmie kiss
All or nothin', freak bitch call me Dugg and I don't call her number
"She finessin', 'Bae I need a dime'!" Rell's drunk ass yelled.
"Good luck with him." I laughed at Aijah who just shook her head.
"He acts slow when he's drunk. It's like talkin' to a toddler." She huffed before chugging some Hennessy Black Cognac. Surprisingly seeing all these people drinking around me didn't make me wanna drink as much as I thought it did.
Sounds like an alcoholic.
"Black people never show up to shit on time." Ry threw his hands up dramatically and we all turned to look at Thirty, Eli, and Samiron who had just walked into our section.
"Blame Thirty! Nigga don't know how to drive." Eli glared at him while going around and dapping all the boys up.
Thirty looked at him like he was dumb before coming over to give me a hug. "Nigga you wanted me to speed in a neighborhood."
"So? I speed in neighborhoods all the time. If there ain't no li' bastards on the street then there's no problem with it." He shrugged.
"Dumbass." Samiron shook his head and walked over to me. My breath hitched in my throat when he paused to look at me. His eyes raked over every inch of my body and stopped at my exposed legs.

"You look pretty as fuck." He commented and I gave him a smile.
"Thank you. You don't look bad yourself." He nodded and sat down next to me on the black leather seat.
Samiron and I still aren't on the best terms but it's only been a week since we laid everything out on the table. We haven't slept over at each other's houses, we don't see each other during the day, and when we do text it's mostly just about the baby and my wellbeing.
He's taking the whole distance thing seriously and I appreciate that even though I know how hard it is for him since he's gotten so used to being around me and vice versa. In this short period of time I realized how much I rely on Samiron and it isn't really healthy.
"You feel okay?" Samiron asked as he snatched the bottle of Black Hennessy from Aijah's hands, nearly dropping it, and poured some for himself.
"You're so fuckin' rude!" She huffed and I laughed.
"Yea( I'm good." I told Samiron and he nodded.
While he talked to Rell who was standing on the couch across from us, I took a few seconds to admire what he was wearing and I realized we were matching unintentionally. He was wearing some black Amiri jeans, a black Balmain tee and the black and white dunks that he got both of us a pair of a few weeks ago. While I wore a white Chrome Hearts dress that stopped mid-thigh and my black and white Alexander McQueens.
"Stop playin' with me, Juhon!" Ju's "girlfriend" scolded him. She's annoying as fuck.
Samiron turned his attention towards her and narrowed his eyes since he's never seen her before and he hates meeting new people for whatever reason.
"Who's that?" He tapped my knee.
"Ju's 'girlfriend'." I rolled my eyes slightly and he nodded.
She's been pissing all of us off since she got here. Rell wanted to be Mr. Nice Guy and invite everyone and here we were trynna have a nice time with muthafuckas we don't even know. She's the type of girl to find something new to complain about literally every 5 seconds.
"Bae why you lookin' at her like that?"
"Bae why did you just make eye contact with that girl? Y'all fucked before didn't y'all?"
"Bae why did you fill yo drink up more then
mine?"
"Bae why you breathing?"
Like lil' does she know my cousin doesn't even fuck with her like that. She's here for his "entertainment purposes" as Camille would say. I don't condone my cousins's actions but at this point, every girl they interact with should know that they ain't shit. It's not my place to let 'em know.
"Why they send the caucasian bottle girl over here? Someone go tell them I said black only." Ju said and we bussed out laughing while his "girlfriend', who I didn't care to learn her name, glared at him. "Why you want a black bottle gi-"
"Oh my goddd, shut the fuck up!" Aijah cut Ju's girl off and I couldn't hold back my laugh. Mayah turned her head the other way to avoid laughing.
"This doesn't have anything to do with you girly." She cocked her head to the side.
"I don't care. Your voice is way too squeaky and high pitched for all the talkin' you've been doing tonight." Aijah told her and I heard Thirty, Zion, and Rell snort. She rolled her eyes and turned her ass right back around.

"Why you not drinking Mari? You always drinkin'." Eli furrowed his eyebrows. Well, shit.
Is he trynna say I'm an alcoholic..?
I saw Aijah look at me through the corner of her eye. "I drove." I quickly said and he nodded.
"Look at yo light bright ass!" Ry shouted and we all looked over to see Reece walking into the section. I noticed Aijah shift in her seat awkwardly but I ignored it.
"Shutcho ugly ass up bitch. Don't you got a warrant out for yo arrest or sum'?" Reece retorted making Ry frown.
"Not too much on my cousin sir!" I put my hand up as Reece came over to give me and Aijah a hug before dapping the boys up.
"Not my fault yo cousin likes bein' incarcerated." Reece shrugged. Him and Aijah made eye contact but quickly looked away hoping no one caught it but Samiron and I definitely did.
"Fuck they got going on.." Samiron mumbled, taking a sip of his Henny. I shrugged in response and eyed Rell who was still rapping his heart out wit' Ju, clearly not paying attention to the awkward tension between Reece and Aijah.
I got a lil bitch from the hood I call her, "Gang," she don't play with that bae shit
I be fuckin' this NBA nigga bitch 'Cause she know I ain't ever gon' say shit
New contract big like I play ball
Lil boy, I ain't nothin' to play with
I told her, "Pull up," she told me she can't
Her nigga be sharin' locations
While Sharing Locations by Meek Mill played through the club's surround sound speakers and everyone in our section threw money at the dancers in front of us, Samiron leaned all the way back onto the leather couch and adjusted his hips into his seat. It took everything in me not to turn around and stare at him but I had to remind myself that i'm trynna practice some self control, especially when I'm around him.
"I hang with the hitters who train the killers who send all the niggas on store runs." Me and Aijah sang along to the lyrics while she recorded us.
"I got me a check and I brought me a 'Cat and I went on the block and did donuts." I heard Samiron and Thirty rapped from behind me.
I looked up and seen a few bottle girls walking over to our section with a sign that said "Happy Birthday, Latrell" and a few bottles of 1942.
"Whoever told them to put Rell's full name, you fed as fuck!" Duck bussed out laughing with Aijah, who I'm guessing was the one who told them to put Rell's full name on there.
I looked over and seen Rell's drunk ass staring at the sign in confusion. Niggas get drunk and forget how to read?
"Aye, am I trippin' or do that say my full name?" He slurred and looked at us. A few of the boys bussed out laughing while Aijah palmed her face.
"How they know my full name?" Rell asked again, growing increasingly concerned by the tone of his voice."This is too fed for me. I can't be here." He jumped up from the couch, almost tripping over himself.
Zion snatched his arm making him fall back to his seat. "Sitcho dumbass down."
"Nigga slow!" Reece laughed, shaking his head.
The rest of the night went by pretty smoothly. Ju, Ry, Eli, Rell and Duck were sloppy drunk within the next hour.
Samiron, Zion, Mayah, Aijah and Reece were a lil' tipsy but for the most part their common sense was still intact, can't say the same for the rest of 'em. All while lil' ole me watched everyone get wasted all night.
Rell and Ju attempted to smoke sometime during the night but Samiron "accidentally" dropped the blunt and stepped on it after they passed it to him. Ju and Rell were too drunk to care if we're being honest. I just found it funny how Samiron wasn't letting anyone in our section smoke since I'm pregnant and all. When Thirty or Duck tried ordering a hookah or a tray Samiron would have the employees send it back without the boys noticing.
At this point it was well after 1am and the dj was starting to play slower music for all the drunks that needed to calm down a lil'. Most of the sloppy drunks were gone though, expect for the ones in our section of course. The only people who were 100% sober were Ju and Ry's "girls" and Thirty. Practice by Drake played throughout the half-full club.
All those other men were practice, they were practice
Yeah, for me, for me, for me, for me
Girl you look good won't you back that ass up
You a fine motherfucker won't you back that ass up
Call me big daddy won't you back that ass up
Girl who is you playing with, back that ass up
Aijah, Mayah and Ry's "girlfriend" gave their boyfriends lap dances while Eli was passed out on the couch. I felt Samiron, who was still leaning back on the couch, snake his tattooed arm around my waist and pull me back towards him to where my back was on his chest.
"Girl you working with some ass yeah, you bad yeah. Make a nigga spend his cash yeah, his last yeah. Hoes frown when you pass yeah, they mad yeah. Couple thousand on your bag yeah, fuck yeah." Samiron sang in my ear.
I looked across from me to see Aijah smirking at me and sticking her tongue out making me roll my eyes. She swore I was gonna forgive Samiron for the shit he did a few weeks ago and let him off the hook but definitely I haven't. No matter how hard it's been.
I tried to scoot back up but Samiron tightened his grip around my waist and pulled me closer to him. I'm trying to stay mad at this man but he's making it extremely hard.
"Girl you look good won't you back that ass up, You a fine motherfucker won't you back that ass up." He sang in my ear again and I smiled like a god damn school girl.
Samiron sat up on the couch and moved his arm from around my waist to around my neck, keeping me glued to him while he continued to sing the lyrics to me. His lips brushed my ear or jaw every few seconds and I could feel my second heart beat thumping. This man knew exactly what the fuck he was doing. And my hormones been all over the place too? I hate it here.
He's still going home with blue balls tonight.
"Y'all ready to go?" Zion slurred, standing up with the help of Mayah. "Nigga are you?" Reece retorted, making Zion flip him off.
We all started getting ourselves ready to leave, checking the couches for anything we might've dropped. Samiron clutched my hand and walked directly behind me as we made our way through the club. Every few seconds he would rub against my butt and I just know he was doing that on purpose.
Once we got outside, the sober people of our group helped their drunk significant others into their cars. Rell could barely stand and I could tell Aijah was irritated as fuck trynna damn near carry his heavy ass. I guess she was drivin' him since she only had a few drinks earlier in the night.
"C'mon. You're riding with me." Samiron nudged my arm and I side eyed him. "Uh I drove Aijah's car."
"And now she's driving Rell back so c'mon, don't be difficult." He said and I rolled my eyes but followed behind him towards his Hellcat before stopping in my tracks.
"Are you drunk?" I raised my eyebrows at him.
"I'm not a lightweight, shorty. A few cups of Black Hennesy a few hours ago didn't do me shit."
"And plus, you think I would put my babymomma's life in danger?" He pinched his eyebrows together and I snorted. "Yea okay."
"So come on." He held my hand again and dragged me towards his Hellcat while we said bye to the rest of the group. He held the passenger's side door open for me and helped me in before walking over to the driver's side.
"You're takin' me home." I reminded him and he sucked his teeth as he backed out of the club parking lot.
"Your home is my home and my home is your home so I guess we're goin' to my house." He shrugged and I snapped my head at him.
"Come on now, Samiron. Let's not make this harder than it has to be." I sighed. He's been persistent with trynna get me to stay over his house for the past week, for at least just one night.
Of course I miss being under him and sleeping with him every night but like I said, I need to practice some self control. I don't wanna jump back into his arms when he basically admitted to not trusting me last week.
It was cute playing house with him for the past few months but space was very much needed in this relationship. I could tell that we relied on each other a lot because the lil' bit of space I put in between us had Samiron acting way more territorial than usual towards me.
"I'm not makin' it harder. Is it so bad that I wanna lay with you? After we haven't been together together for like 3 weeks?" He retorted, glancing over at me causing me to break eye contact and look out the window at all the street and building lights we were speeding by.
"If we even sleep in the same bed together, without even having sex, all that time that I said you needed is goin' out the window. You and I both know that. We have no self control around each other." I looked back over at him.
He sighed irritably, knowing there was truth to what I was saying. "I don't want time. Not away from you, not in this relationship. I know what I want and it's you." He said and I looked back out the window, not really knowing what to say.
I can't stop reminding myself that he literally doesn't trust me, and he's admitted it. Of course I wanna be with Samiron but he's makin' me feel like giving him the opportunity to trust me is so bad.
The rest of the drive back to my house lasted about 10 minutes. We sat in silence, both deep in thought. I found myself occasionally glancing over at Samiron and admiring how the veins in his forearm would flex every time he gripped the wheel or switched gears.
Eventually we pulled in front of my dark townhouse and I unbuckled my seatbelt. I looked over at him and grabbed my phone out of the cup holder.
"I love you." I told him. He stayed staring out the window in front of him so I turned to open my door.
Before I could, Samiron wrapped his hand around my throat and pulled me back towards him. He brought my lips to his and didn't hesitate to smash our lips together, swirling his tongue in my mouth before I could protest— not that I wanted to anyway.
"I love you too shorty." He muttered, sucking on my bottom lip as I pulled out of his grip. I smirked and shook my head, getting out the car. Nigga always finds a way to get what he wants.
