Janella continuously pace around the balcony while waiting for the other line to answer after three rings "Janella!" Someone slurred from the other line

"Argus!" Janella gritted her teeth "Your drunk once again leaving a fucking remark on that stupid podcast!"

"I'm stating facts Janella" He said and inhale deeply "Masyado kang mapaghangad but your not even good in that industry"

"I'm done with this conversation"

"Well, I'm not yet done!" Nangigigil at pasigaw na sabi niya "I don't understand kung bakit pilit mong pinagsisiksikan ang sarili mo sa industry na yan instead of being a good mom and do your duties inside the house" he demanded habang nagpakawala ng mabigat na paghinga

"While you spend your free time drinking and fooling around like a teenager ganon ba yung gusto mong mangyari?"

"Janella Listen-"

"Shut the fuck up!" Janella cut him off "don't you dare put the blame on me because we both know who ruin this relationship" she tightly grip her phone "We both know who cheated in this relationship"

Natahimik ang dalawang tao sa bawat linya ng kanikanilang telepono tanging malalim at mabibigat na paghinga lamang ang naririnig ng bawat isa.

Janella glance at her wrist watch, pasado alas dose na ng madaling araw at katatapos lang ng shoot niya nang matangap niya ang balita mula sa kanyang talent manager na nagdagdag pagod at bigat sa kanyang katawan

"What do you want me to do?"

"Release a proper statement, tell them were good as an individual and we separated for almost a year"

"Jea i'm sorry" He whispered softly "Please-"

"No pagod na ko sa ganito" she bites her lower lip to stop it from quivering then she clears her throat "Release the statement two days from now," she said and hung up

A great tremor overtook her. She couldn't hold it any longer, she sat on the floor and hugged her knees as her grief poured out in a flood of uncontrollable tears. It feels like something is tearing her apart piece by piece and even though her heart is already empty the pain that gets inside, eats her confidence, her passion, and her dreams.

No natter how hard she tried, how tough she beat this shit out of her system still his words made her weak and kneel on her knees, and everything that she loves becomes her reason for pain.

"Jea" Malamyos na pag tawag ni Jane dahilan para maputol ang kadiliman na bumabalot sa kanyang isipan.

She look up and met her gaze "What's wrong?" She asked while she kneel down and trying to meet Janella's gaze but instead she mumbled incoherent things through her hands and choked on her sobs.

"Jea look at me" Jane gently said and cupped her cheeks at nang magtama ang kanilang mga mata she saw the pain and anguished swirling inside her brown orbs

"I'm i not worthy enough to be an actress?" She asked between her sob

"No" Jane immediately reassured "You deserve all the goddamn award for being a good actress, for putting all the effort on your character, for the passion that you have when you stand infront of the camera and for genuinely loving your fans" She tucked her hair behind her ears "Jea remember this if you don't recognize your worth, it will start to decline, that's why as much as possible don't question yourself because your doing great" she wiped her tears "Your doing great sweetheart"

Janella throw herself in her arms while she buried her face on her neck. Jane couldn't explain the heart break that she felt as she held Janella in her arms. It breaks her heart that people always see her as a high maintenance woman with her tight and guarded personality but they never tried to look what's behind her walls because for them the only thing that matters was to reach her standards and it pained her so much. They stayed there a little longer and she embrace her tightly

"Thank you" Janella murmurs on her neck while sniffing Jane's citrus scent. In her entire life this is the first time that she had her feelings reassured simply by a tight hug.

For the past few months ang tanging naririnig niya sa mga taong nakapaligid sa kanya ay ang panghihinayang kung bakit

nagka-anak agad siya ng maaga, ang iba naman ay pinupuna ang desisyon niyang bumalik sa pagiging artista. Kahit ang sarili niyang ina ay paulit ulit na ipinamumukha sa kanya ang mga pagkakamaling nagawa niya but this woman who hugs her tightly while caressing her back was the only one who saw the cracks that she's trying to cover up for almost a year. For the past two years she receives a lot of encouragements from her friend but this woman who only knows her for almost a month was the only one who reached her heart in a gentler way.

"Hindi ako natangap ng thank you" Jane playfully replied when she felt that Janella already calm down and her thoughts were confirm when Janella detached their bodies and mischievously grinned "Anong gusto mo kiss?"

"Ewan ko sayo" Bahagya siyang tinulak ni Jane at tumayo upang kumuha ng Jacket sa kanyang maleta at inihagis ito sa kanya "Isuot mo yan, aalis tayo"

"Saan tayo pupunta?"

Jane held out her hand and smirk "Do you trust me?"

"Siguro?" Natatawang tugon niya kaya naman agad na binawi ni Jane ang kanyang kamay pero mabilis niya itong nahabol at pinagdaop ang kanilang mga palad "Gagalit agad eh! Oo i trust you"

Janella felt liberated as she lifted her hands and squealed freely, allowing the cool breeze to rush through her. Jane chuckled at her, probably thinking how insane Janella was at the time, but she didn't seem to mind.

The car's foldable hood was down, and they were driving at just the right speed through the streets of Bonifacio Global City, lights from buildings and restaurants flashing at them, the moon was full, and the stars shone brightly.

"I'm still wondering kung papaano mo nakuha ang susi ng kotseng to" natatawang sabi ni Janella as she look at her "Kapag nalaman to ni Direk for sure sesermonan tayo nun"

"That's why you need to keep your mouth shut at wag na wag mong sasabihin to kahit kanino" Jane said as she meet Jea's eyes and pulled the break ng dahil sa traffic

Janella grinned and nodded "Okay i like that we have a little our own secret" then she look at the open stalls and restaurants while she sing along with the car stereo "Cause I love her with all that I am and my voice shakes along with my hands, cause she's all that I see and she's all that I need and I'm out of my league once again" She looks at Jane and winks at her but Jane ignored the teasing as she simply admired Janella's beauty, and then she smiled as she imagined doing this more often with the older girl.

"Jea" Jane mummbled

"Hmmm"

"I don't know the whole story" Jane shifts the gear then she reached for her hand and intertwined their fingers "but I just want you to know that i'm here"

Jane wasn’t exactly sure when it happened Or even when it started, Maybe the during the first take where she slip and fell on her arms or Maybe when her eyes meets those chocolate orbs or Maybe when Joshua admits his feelings and she felt the need to claim her. She really don't the answer. All she knew for sure was that right here and now, she was falling hard and she could only pray that she feels the same way.
