In the place between Heaven and Hell stood Elizabeth Afton who's been undecided on where her soul should go. William is in hell but a part of him escape to be Glitchtrap. Mis.Afton went to heaven since she regrets killing and ask for forgiveness. Michael went to heaven for a well deserved rest for putting children souls as well his family to the afterlife.

Elizabeth Afton POV

I stood here thinking on what I should do for I did much to escape the circus and to make daddy proud. The only reasons I killed Michael is to avenge Chris and use his corpse to escape. The way I see it I can't rest yet I will do recantation.
