At 6:50pm Atsushi picked up En and Yumoto. Ryu was giving Io a ride. When Yumoto told Atsushi this, Atsushi inwardly groaned, knowing about Io's feelings and all. They went to the party and arrived at the same time as Io and Ryu. "How was the car ride?" Atsushi's eyes said to Io. "Annoying. He wouldn't shut up about Amelia!" Io's eyes answered back. They all walked into the house. "Oooh! Yay you guys are here!! I'm Amelia!" A cheerful red-head with freckles and green eyes told the Earth Defense Club. "I'm Io." "I'm Atsushi. It's a pleasure." "I'm En." "I'm Yumoto! I like your hair!" The Club members said to the bubbly red-head. "Ryu!!" She squealed, glomping him in a hug. Atsushi looked to Io. Io had a calm exterior, but Atsushi could tell that Io was boiling mad inside. The party dragged on. All the loud music, dancing, eating, all the stuff dragged on for hours. Atsushi noticed that while Amelia was hanging on Ryu, Ryu kept stealing glances at Io. Atsushi is good at reading people, and he noticed that Ryu was getting really annoyed with the giggly, shrill, overly-energetic red-head. His brain put two and two together. Just to be sure, he came up with a plan.

I have decided to continue writing the story instead of going back and editing the beginning. I hope that despite all its flaws you will still find my story enjoyable.)
