We headed back towards council house from our short trip soon as Bryan was unusually furious within seconds of our intimate conversation. I guessed something had happened. I haven't seen him like this ever before. We reached the council house.

"Bryan, what happened?"

"Nothing that should concern you."

"Not again please...you know i don't like when you hide things from me."

"Elena please.."

"No..tell me."

"Fine.. let's just go inside. It seems Arnold and Almus could explain you better."

I nodded, but could feel something was wrong. What could it be? I have no idea..I can't even guess what's happening. We headed towards, grandpa's office. I saw Almus and Aunt Diana having silent conversations.

"Grandpa? is something wrong?"

Their conversation stopped as everyone turned towards me.

"Elena, my dear. Don't worry, nothing that should worry you."

"Ohh please..Grandpa..I know something is wrong. Are you going to tell me or i am leaviing this place this instant."

"As stubborn as her mother." i heard Aunt mumbling. I narrowed my eyes at her and she smiled amused.

"Grandpa, she should know." Almus insisted. Bryan and Aunt Diana agreed.

"Well, if that's what you all think then..i have no choice."

There was a moment of silence when Grandpa Arnold moved towards me.

"Elena.. your life is in danger."

I looked at him shocked. What does that mean? I am still not safe? even here? I have the strongest people here. I am with my family and i am a hunter for gods sake.

"But..why? what happened? Didn't you say i was safe here?"

"Yes i did my dear. Well, when you were out with Bryan today, some of the rougues tried to cross the council territory. We do have a tight security but it seems they have appointed someone to send us message."

"What message?" i asked looking at all. I saw Bryan still furious and gripping the side table hard, as his knuckles went white, same with Almus, he was looking dead scary. While, Aunt Diana seemed to be lost. I heard Grandpa sighing closing his eyes.

"They are coming to get you. They sent a letter through one of our security guards who they have injured badly."

I was numb...Who are these people? I can't understand why can't they leave me alone.

"So what now?" i asked him.

"To reach you they have to pass us first. We will peotect you." Almus said.

"Yes..you are our responsibilty Elena. Demon says we are ready for whatever they have planned. We all will fight." Bryan said promising me.

"If it's the matter of my security..then i should fight too!"

"I am not going to allow that." Arnold commanded.

"Why not? I am not going to sit and see how you all are fighting for me. I am different right? Then i must now why? I must know my powers."

I looked at everyone, they seemed to be in thoughts.

"I think she is right." Almus said.

I looked at him as he was proving to be my hope.

"We can work on it. Since she has changed, i haven't noticed anything. I mean any extraordinary powers, or anything that would hint us. But i think we need to find those." Bryan said.

"I will not allow her to fight!" Arnold stated.

"But Grandpa.." i opposed, he held a hand and then continued.

"but...I agree about training her. Let her know her capabilities. She needs to learn how to protect herself. " Grandpa continued.

"Master, when she was staying with my family. My brother and Alpha Demon, had personally trained her. I think she is not the person she was before. She is strong enough, we just need to discover her hidden talents." Bryan explained.

"If that's so, i will give her time. Diana and Almus will help her. Diana knows how well her mother was in her work and also knows the additional qualities she possessed. It may help Elena."

"I will be happy to help her Master." Diana said beaming at me. I smiled at her enthusiasm.

"You all may leave now, but Elena, remember one thing, you will not leave this territory without my permission. Bryan, you must wait, i want to have a word with you."

I looked at Bryan who gave me an assuring nod.

I left and headed towards my room. The moment i entered my phone started buzzing. I looked at the screen and smiled for the sweet distraction i would be having for few minutes.

"Ari!"

"Elle..how are you? You didn't call me? Have you forgotten that i am your best friend? What the hell is wrong there? Demon isn't telling anything, and is rushing with me and Sue to some place. They are not telling me..Gahhh..What the hell?" she said this in one breathe and i couldn't hold back my giggle, inspite of her worriend tone.

"Ari.. i am fine. Yes!! There are a lot of things going on here. I'll tell you once you come here."

"Wait..What?..Does this mean we are coming at the council house?"

"I guess so."

I imagine her glaring at Demon as he hadn't told her where they were headed too. I laughed softly imaging Demon the Alpha's face and all the blaming he is suffering by his Mate.

"Ari?"

"Ohh yes, i am here.. Okay..so you have to promise me you will tell me everything when i see you there okay?"

"I will Ari. I miss you. I will see you soon."

"Ohh Elle, i miss you too. See ya."

I glanced at my phone and turned back just to hit the hard chest of my love Bryan. He caught me instantly before i bounced back.

"What? Since where were you here?"

"A while." he mumbeld never losing my gaze. I blushed as his gaze settled from my face to my lips and in a whip i was on the bed and he was on top of me.

"Wil you ever stop scaring me like this?" i raised an eyebrow.

He cocked his head looking amused.

"I thought you must have got used to it by now. "

I rolled my eyes and stuck out my tongue to tease him.

He grunted and pushed his weight over me and started kissing and teasing me. I would never have enough of him, but that's what it means to be falling in love isn't it?

They were taking them away...my parents.

"Mom...no...Mom........." i was screaming. I could feel the fear, it was my own. I saw them taking mom away. I saw dad too.... fading..There was another person, partially transformed. He was injured too i saw him, he looked familiar. He had pity in his eyes, but he was fighting too. Everything went blank, i could see nothing, just when i was about to shout for mom and dad, someone pulled me, i pounded my fists on his back as he started walking keeping a tight hold on me over his shoulder.

Finally he came to a halt and threw me on a pile of dry leaves. I looked around and saw a house, an old one but not even a single light showed anyone would be there. Panicked, i saw the person who was now watching me. My eyes widened as i noticed, he was the same person, a wolf who had killed my mother and father, He growled loudly and pounced on me.

"No..." i woke up with a jolt. I was all wet, heavily breathing and scared. Hell..scared!!

"Elena..what's wrong?" I saw Bryan watching me cautiously. I dugged my head in his body and tried to calm myself. He holded me till my breath was normal.

"Bad dream." i whispered.

"You want to talk about it?"

"I will but not now. Let's go back to sleep. It's still late night."

He watched me and then nodded. Putting the quilts over our body, i slept in his embrace.
