Bryan's POV:

She was unresistable, I can't stay away from her any longer. Those eyes, that piercing gaze when she looked at me and I felt like my world had stopped. I decided to get out of the house otherwise I don't know what I will do. After visiting the pack houses for our daily visits I smelt her. I was in my wolf form and it was too hard to control him. I started running towards her and soon I saw her talking with one of the guards on the territory border. I saw red.. Mine.. my wolf growled. She was carrying a bag in her hand.

She is leaving!! How can she?..she is too weak..I can't let her go..

I reached the spot and stood behind her. The guard looked at me and bowed. I mindlinked him to leave and he followed my orders. She turned and looked at me but fell on ground scared..she was shocked...

'Ofcourse she will be shocked to see a giant wolf..' my wolf spoke.

I tried to calm down and look less scary..but I can't stop my wolf . I got closer to her, she closed her eyes..I want to make her mine...she is my mate....but I don't want to scare her. I want her safe and at home...our home..I sniffed her which drove me crazy and licked her face..she opened her eyes in awe and giggled softly..those blue eyes..god..she is going to kill me. She looked at me confused and I dropped my body on the floor bowing in front of the beauty which is mine. I looked at her hand, she raised her hand shakily...what is she doing? I looked at her and she took her hand back...it seemes she wanted to touch me. I nuzzled her leg with my fur and she let out a giggle. I looked at her again. She was so beautiful and looked breathtaking when she smiled.

She raised her hand again this time and touched my face..she caressed my forehead and smiled. I closed my eyes enjoying the sparks she sent through her touch. It felt divine. Now i know, why mates are meant to be together. Nothing can part them. This...this is the thing which keeps them together.

'Bryan...we need you...there are two rougues in our territory!!'

Demon mindlinked me. I stood up immediately and looked around. I could smell them. I looked back at her. She looked scared by my sudden movement, my actions scared her.

I want her safe...

I looked at her and shook my head towards the house she followed my gesture and stood up and hesitated I nudged her towards the house but she was reluctant. I let out a howl and she started running faster.. I started running towards the rougues and joined Demon.

Elena's POV:

I ran towards the house. Something felt wrong. That creature was being nice to me but the look he had later and his indications showed me he wanted me safe. I ran faster after I heard a howl. Soon, I reached the mansion and saw Sue there...

"Sue...!"

"Elena honey..why were you out? are you okay?" she came towards me and holded me.

"Yeah..just...just that i was running..what is going on here?" I asked still panting heavily.

"Don't worry about it, my boys will take care of it." she said with a confident smile.

We were standing by the door waiting with some other people mostly ladies holding their childrens, some time passed, and I saw the same animal with brown fur returning with another one in black behind him. I went on alert and looked at them scared and saw Sue. She was calm and looked at them as if they were her pets. I saw back to them and the brown one was holding my bag in his jaw. I went towards him slowly and took the bag. He licked my hand startling me, still I managed to smile at him.

"Bryan.." Sue called. I looked around to see the person whom I saw in the room but he was nowhere. I looked at her confused. She was looking at the brown animal and he looked at her...

Wait!! What?? How is this possible. Is this dog's name Bryan too?

"Bryan..Demon..we need to talk... I will be waiting in the meeting room." Sue said. They nodded and went towards the forest. The brown one stopped midway and turned. He looked at me for a moment and then went away. I looked at them shocked. She is addressing those giant animals as her sons? Is she crazy, didn't seem to me though.

How is this possible?..those two were the same persons who were in that room earlier? Demon and Bryan? I can't believe this...does this world even exist? No..this can't be true..

"Elena? Come with me dear." Sue called me. I nodded and followed her inside.

I was speechless..what am I going to say to her. There are so many things happening around since yesterday.

"I know you must be very confused of what is happening around.." she said as we walked the stairs.

"Yeah.." I mumbled looking at her back.

"You will know soon..don't worry. You are safe here. We are here to protect you. Just have some trust." she said assuring me.

I nodded and followed her.

We reached the same room where I was before.

"This is your room for now. Why don't you take a shower?" she said.

"Sounds good." I said nodding. I looked at my dress it was a horrible mess.

"Dont worry..I have the wardrobe in that corner full with clothes of your size." she said grinning.

"Uhh.. what?"

"I figured you would need them so I went for a little shopping."

"Thanks Sue..but that wasn't needed."

"Ohh it's nothing dear. Just be comfortable here. I'm sure you must be hungry. I'll ask someone to prepare some food for you." she said thinking about something.

"Thank you Sue..that's really nice of you." I said sighing. She nodded.

"I'll see you later, we need to talk too..but let me finish this meeting with the boys first." she said winking and went out of the room.

I sat quietly for sometime absorbing the events happened in past few hours but everytime I thought about it I ended getting more confused.

Finally i decided to shower. After i thought i was clean enough i wrapped a towel and went to open the wardrobe, i just hope there's atleast one proper dress for me but i was shocked when i opened it, there were so many casual outfits.

How did she managed this all?

I went through few of them and decided to wear jeans and a white t-shirt. After dressing up i dried my hair and made a side bun.

I didn't hear from Sue even after so much time. So, I decided to explore the mansion on my own. I went out and descended the stairs.

Just when I was descending the last few steps, I heard a scream of a kid which caught my attention and I skipped a step, expecting a pain in my butt i closed my eyes horrified but a firm hand gripped my sides. Well, atleast I didn't fall. I opened my eyes and saw him..Bryan...he was holding me in his arms.

This was the first time I was this close to him. I noticed his features sculptured face, squared jaw, tanned skin, I could feel his toned abs. He was tall and handsome, and those eyes, the same of that creature, deep brown...and he smelt of those flowers and woody musk...the same. I looked at him like I am looking at some model out of a fashion magazine..he cocked his head to oneside and I blinked embarassed. He helped me stand on my feet.

"Thanks.." I mumbled looking everywhere but at him.

"Elena..." he said and stopped.

I looked at him..my name seemed soo beautiful in his voice. It's weird..

Why am i feeling this?...

"Yes..." I asked looking at him.

"Come with me." he said and holded my hand taking me towards a door on the left. I didn't hesitate. His touch was sending shivers to my body but I felt safe.

He opened the door and I saw it was the kitchen. I was so happy to see food on table. I realised i haven't ate anything since yesterday's breakfast.

I looked at him grinning and he smiled at me...ohh my..he looks so handsome when he smiles.

"Is this for me?"Ii asked surprised. There were so many dishes. I can't eat so much.

"It's all yours." he said.

"Thank you." I said tugged my hand but he didn't let go. I looked at him and he had this weird staring thing on his face. I cleared my throat and he blinked and squeezed my hand before letting me go. I ignored the feeling and took a seat on the dining table. I placed few items of food which I liked and started eating.

Hmm..this are delicious..and I was hungry as a wolf.!!

I almost finished everything on my plate just when i remembered that I was with Bryan..

"Umm...you are not going to eat?" I asked embarassed by my behaviour.

"No...I am not hungry. You want something else?" he asked.

"Umm..do you have tea?"

"Tea?? At this time after your lunch?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

"Well...umm..yes..I like tea and I drink it everyday after lunch." I said looking at my empty plate.

He let out a smirk.

"I'll make it for you." he said and started working on it. I just looked at him, the way he was moving, the way his muscles were...

Ohh my..since when was i interested in men this way..i don't remember ever noticing Luke like this...

He looked at me suddenly..and caught me staring. I quickly looked down at my plate.

"Sugar?" he asked.

"Two spoons." I said.

"You like it sweet huh." he smirked mumbling.

I shrugged.

He nodded and after sometime placed a cup in front of me.

I smiled at him and took a sip. Hmm.. I sighed

I looked at him and saw he was looking at me expecting a compliment I guess.

"It's really good...thank you ..why don't you have a cup?"

"I don't like tea." he said and took a chair beside me.

"But you made it really well." i said.

He nodded and shrugged.

There was a long silence between us. I felt weird. This silence was getting awkward. I finished my tea and kept the plate and cup in sink.

I stood there awkwardly unknowing what to do next..

"We need to talk." he said breaking the silence.

"About?" i asked.

"Everything?" he said raising an eyebrow.

Well ..Now...I'm nervous...
