Han-Gyoel entered inside the empty Jeon mansion and grinned in joy. He had been keeping an eye on Taehyung today and knew very well that the boy had gone to search for his lover. He went upstairs searching for the particular room. Not long after he found it. Entering inside he looked around and smirked.
The man took long strides towards a side table where a glass of water was kept. Then he took out a powder like substance from his pocket and quickly poured it inside that glass. "You are becoming a pain in the a*s now dear son. I can't let you live anymore." He whispered to himself. Suddenly the door to the room opened and in entered Taehyung.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" The boy shouted with anger. His mind was already a mess and looking at his a*shole of a father was not helping him at all. "Easy there son. I was here to meet you. It's Christmas Eve after all but the things do not appear to be fine to me." Han-Gyoel taunted.
"Everything is fine. Just get out of here." Taehyung spoke with a cold expression. "Really?" Han-Gyoel looked at him questioningly. "Is that why I see divorce papers here?" He pointed towards the documents kept on the bed.
Taehyung couldn't say anything. It was the reality afterall. "He's leaving you isn't he? No one wants your worthless self Taehyung. I was the only one who took care of you and if you decide to come with me and behave just like before I'm ready to forgive you. I'll forget everything." Han-Gyoel made him an offer. He just wanted to make things easier for himself.
"You should think about saving yourself at the moment. I'll soon turn twenty five dad. You know what that means right?" Taehyung was not going to let his father have the satisfaction of scaring him. He was going to show the vicious man that he was no longer scared of him.

Han-Gyoel scoffed hearing the confidence in Taehyung's voice. He immediately left the room before his son could humiliate him more. Taehyung sighed in relief once the man left but the sight of those cursed papers filled his heart up with sorrow. He walked towards the table and took hold of the glass.
Hungrily he gulped down the liquid from it to soothe his dry throat. Things had turned a one eighty degree in a matter of seconds. It was not something he had expected. The boy slowly made his towards the window and looked at the moon intently.
He didn't know that it would be his last time seeing that beautiful white wonder of the night sky.
Jungkook was sitting against the wall holding his head. His tears had become a permanent partner. "I shouldn't have left him alone. He would have been a..alive if I had talked to him instead. I did that to h...him. It's all because of m..me." He had been chanting this line ever since he saw the video.
Everyone had lost their hold on the ground after watching that video. Taehyung had been killed right inside their house and no one could do anything about it. The clips clearly show how much Taehyung had struggled. The boy had been writhing in discomfort while sleeping. If someone had been with him they could have taken him to the hospital on time but that did not happen.
They had left all him alone and were now regretting very ounce of it. The ravenette was wallowing in extreme guilt and heartbreak. "Jungkook what are we going to do about it?" The sudden question caught all of their attention. Jungkook too looked up from the floor only to find Ji-ung looking at him with his blood shot eyes.

"It was my fault hyung. He di...died bec....because of me." Jungkook stuttered. His voice breaking with his heavy emotions. "SNAP OUT OF IT! WILL YOU!" Ji-ung shouted. He was beyond raged now. "It was not your fault Jungkook. Han-Gyoel killed him. That bastard killed our Tae."
"But hyung I left him alone. I didn't trust him." Jungkook whispered looking at him with his broken soul. Ji-ung shook his head. He walked towards the ravenette and crouched down next to him. "You are a human Jungkook. You have your own ways of handling your emotions. People say this all the time. 'You should have done this. You should have done that.' But that's just the ideal reaction to situations. This is the real world Jungkook. Nothing is ideal here. We can't blame people for handling situations according to what makes them comfortable. You leaving Taehyung alone was not a crime. Anyone could have been in the same situation. Yes you could have thought about things a little more but this is what life is Jungkook. Blame yourself for not talking to him. Blame yourself for not trusting him but do not blame yourself for killing him. You did not do it. You can never even think about it. We all know how much you love him."
"Hyung the anger and hatred I had inside made me blind. My wish for taking revenge took everything away from me. I don't want to repeat the same m..mistake." Jungkook spoke with his shaky voice.
"You don't have to take revenge Jungkook. You have to give your lover justice. He was killed by a ruthless monster and you have to make sure that he gets the punishment he deserves. Taehyung deserves to get justice. We have to make sure of that." Ji-ung had a fire in his eyes. He was not going to spare the man who took away his only family from him.
Jungkook too felt a new surge of resolution flow through his body. He couldn't change the past but he could definitely do something for his Taehyung now. Something that would make his angel proud of him. Slowly he got up from the floor and walked towards the wall that had a big photo of his lover hanging on it.
"You'll get the justice you deserve love."
