Past. It's not just time that has elapsed. Past is actually memories that have the ability to become the greatest teachers. Memories that teach us to live. Memories that make us a better person. Memories that tell us how to act in the present and mould it into a beautiful future.
What's the point of suffering or facing difficult situations if we don't learn anything from them? What's the point of living those memories everyday when they are just ruining your present and future? Nothing and Taehyung had understood it all too well. He was not going to mourn over his past anymore. Instead he was going to learn from it. He was going to fight for himself and his loved ones. He was going to take a lesson from his past and then let it go.
Of course the pain from those agonizing memories would not fade away in a day. The pain of his mother's death would not vanish in just a day but it will get better gradually. His heart had told him to let go of the past and change for the better. It had told him to not just sit quietly anymore but instead fight for himself and he was going to do just that.
Sitting at the cafe he smiled as his hand gently caressed his stomach. It gave him comfort and confidence. He looked up when the bell jingled and saw the people he had been waiting for entering inside. Ji-ung and Seojun took their seats and greeted him with a warm smile.
"How have you been hyung?" Taehyung asked. His eyes now fixed on Seojun. "I've been great and congratulations on the addition to your family." The elder one greeted back. Taehyung thanked him and then proceeded to say. "Hyung I've called you here today because I want you to help me prove my innocence. I want your help in taking my father down. So please help me because you are the only one who can do that as of now."

Hearing him Seojun sighed and looked away. He couldn't look into those expectant eyes. "Don't ask for something that is almost impossible Tae. You know it well that I can't help you. You also know the reason." His voice was not confident due to his emotions. He so badly wanted to agree to Taehyung but he was not strong. He was not strong enough to fight a monster like Han-Gyoel.
"Then why did you send me the letter? If you had hidden it till now then you could have kept on doing the same. Why the change of mind now?" Taehyung asked. His voice stern this time. The man adressed took a deep breath and lowered his head in guilt.
"Your mother was my mentor. She taught me everything I know today. I had a very good bond with her Tae. She was like my elder sister and when she gave me that letter I was extremely hurt and sad. I couldn't imagine what you would feel on knowing the truth. You were just twelve for god's sake. I hid that letter from you thinking that I'll give it when you're a little older but as time passed I just couldn't gather the courage for the same. But now you're going to start a family yourself. I wanted you to know how cunning and dangerous that man is. He did not even show a single speck of grief when Ki-joon died. Do not involve yourself with him Tae. You've read the letter now and you know what he is capable of. So please stay away from him and also do not involve me in this fight." He looked at Taehyung with pleading eyes.
"Hyung I do not blame you for anything. I know what you might have felt and also you are a good person. You are not wrong in your own place but I can't do what you want. I have been like that till now. Haven't I? I've always tried to do things that would not piss my father off but my life still got destroyed. I still suffered. My loved ones suffered. So I want to change now. I've had enough. I can't just sit quietly anymore and I am going to fight." Taehyung's voice was confident. His eyes held determination in them. Seojun would have given in but before that could happen he stood up and said "Best of luck. I'll pray for your success."

With that he walked away from the cafe leaving the two behind. "I told you he won't help us. I've been trying it from so long." Ji-ung said breaking his silence. "I can try. That's the only thing I can do." Taehyung replied with a deep sigh. He was dissapointed but not surprised. He knew that the man was just trying to protect his family and he couldn't blame him for that.
"Tae do you want to really go forward with the next plan?" Ji-ung was sceptical. He just didn't want Taehyung to be in any danger. "Yes! I'm absolutely sure. I've thought about it the entire night and I will try." He said smiling.
"Why suddenly though?" Ji-ung asked with his eyebrow raised. "Because someone told me to listen to my heart. Our heart can never lie to us and it knows things we ourselves don't know. The path it asks you to follow might be difficult but it's worth it in the end."
Taehyung had such a big smile on his face that Ji-ung couldn't help but laugh a little. "You look like a teenager with a crush Tae. Just grow up already. You'll be a parent in a few months." He mocked the other while ruffling his hair out of adoration.
"Hyung you'll support me right?" Taehyung asked holding onto the other's hand. The said person nodded and looked at him with a face that held pure resolution. Taehyung's eyes twinkled at the response and he smiled big.
"Then let's visit my company hyung."

After spending an unsavory amount of time in hell, our protagonist finally manages to escape the place that had kept him captive for so long... again. Unfortunately, even after plotting and planning for years, he ends up in a place not much different from the burning and agonizing Tartarus he once had to call home. Guts, blood, and carnage start to reign over Earth as soon as he set foot in it, much to his dismay. What use is it to cry over spilled milk, though? Tired of the monotony of endless torture, he steps into the world intending to have as much fun as possible. While others might try to raid the Orc Lord with as many people as possible, why not challenge him to an arm-wrestling tournament? The power of friendship will surely be on his side. Why hide from the big, bad wolf in one of your houses if wearing camo in plain sight should have the same effect? Now, making friends and going on adventures would be perfectly fine, if it wasn't for the fact that he hides a few more secrets than one might think at first. This is a complete rewrite! Due to being unsatisfied with the previous version, I have decided to work the story up, beginning from the older chapters! Version 2.0 includes: - enhanced writing and editorial skills - additional information and aspects to characters - minor deviation from storyline and improvements
