When that name came out of Caine's mouth I felt my body freeze. And my wolf was running out of control inside of me.

"Take me to her, now" I let out my wolf's growl and I watch Caine strength up a little bit and his eyes grow dark. I know he wanted to snap her neck as much as I wanted to. But this was my responsibility.

He nodded before he opens the balcony door. We both go into the warm room and walk past Aurora who was still sleeping soundly in the bed. We both look her way before leaving the room.

"And if that happens, I swear I will come and kill her myself because I know that you are into their little plan to send more girls over to your cold country". Lena was still on the ground, her eyes looking at her hands. Elijah walks over and grabs her by the arm, pulling her up. I watch as two other guards join him and take her down the dark road to the cells.

I turn to Caine and Aurora as he is still holding on to her. She had a frown on her face.

"We will go and talk to her tomorrow" Caine breaks the silence.

"No. I told you to let me handle this".

"But she-"

"I SAID I WILL HANDLE IT!" My wolf took over and spoke for me. Aurora took a step back before Caine came face to face with me.

"I get that you are upset because you can't kill her at this moment, and your blood-thirsty wolf is asking for blood, but you can't just talk to Aurora like that. We all need to get information from Lena. She knows where Aurora's father might be at and we need to find him so we can find out where those girls are at! Shit Thaddeus! Control your wolf" Caine threatens.

He was right. We needed her alive. But my wolf wanted blood and I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to hold off if I stand in front of her. There was a reason I was always calm and collected. "What if I don't want you to kill her, maybe she had her reasons Thaddeus"

"Aurora. She set up all of this, alongside your father. She wanted to kill you. She wanted you dead! And anyone that threatens my family, my pack and my Luna, will die. I need you to understand this".

"I do Thaddeus. I want to know where my mom is and where those girls are at, more than anyone right now. But we need to go in with a clear head"

"I've made my mind Aurora. It's the way that my family does it, it's also my way" I said as I look away from her. Before heading inside the house. "I would do anything for you, and that means taking out anyone that threatens your existence. I would fight the Moon Goddess for you Aurora. Let me protect you, the only way I know how to"
