These are very similar to sub drops but happen for different reasons! So instead of feeling vulnerable, dominants can have the drop and feel very guilty, like they were too hard on their submissive and they feel like they've made a mistake. The submissive's job would be to coax them out of that headspace gently. Rub their back, hold their hands, cuddle your dom, give them water instead. Let them know you're okay. Communication is a HUGE part of dominant and submissive relationships and the dominants also need proper care and attention. Please PLEASE care for your dominants as they care for you. They are not objects and deserve just as much babying as you do.
