《Off Camera / A Treegan Love Story》Red Roses

Today is Valentine's Day. To be honest I've never really cared for it much. Although Keegan has insisted he wanted to make me feel really special today. He's taking me away for the night. I don't know anything expect Keegan's mom will be staying at our house tonight and watching our dogs and Dan.
I'm standing in our bedroom figuring out what to pack when I hear Keegan walk in. Before I can look up he starts talking. "Don't look and close your eyes." He says.
"Keegan..." I try to fight him but don't get anywhere.
"Stop complaining. T, I'm trying to make this day special for you."
"Fine." I say sarcastically. I can't help but start laughing.
I hear Keegan walk over to me. He takes my hand and puts something in them.
"Open." I open to find I'm holding a huge bouquet of roses. I'm speechless. He is really trying to make me feel special today.
"Babe. I love you." Tears spring to my eyes and I pull him in for a kiss. "Thank you." I say after we break apart.
Keegan takes a picture of me and I hold the flowers in front of my face. I hear him laughing as he takes the picture. When he shows me the picture I crack up along with him.
I continue packing and so does Keegan. Around 4pm his mom arrives. We sit and have a snack with her before we leave.
I'm just grabbing my suitcase at the front door and handing it to Keegan when I feel someone tap me on the shoulder. I look up to find Keegan's mom Jone standing there.
We hug for a couple minutes.
"Have a lovely time sweetheart."
"Thank you." I say when we pull apart. "He really outdid himself today." I say as I think back to how he brought me breakfast in bed earlier. All day he had been showering me with love and tonight I planned on doing that for him.
Jone nods her head and smiles.
"His dad was a very loving person..." Tears spring to her eyes and she talks about Keegan's dad who died four years ago. I hug her one more time before I leave.

"Call us if you need anything. We'll see you tomorrow." I say to her as I wave bye and make my way out the front door.
Once Keegan is driving I realize I still don't know where we're going.
"What's the plan for tonight? Where are we going?" I ask him.
"You'll see."
About twenty minutes later we arrive at a beach house. No cars are parked in the three storey beach house expect for us. I get out and look at our surroundings. Even though it's mid February the sun hasn't gone down completely yet. In the distance I see a welcome to Malibu sign.
I walk around to the trunk and grab my overnight bag and Keegan grabs his. When we finally get inside we leave our bags at the front door and I don't waste any time before I lean in to give Keegan a passionate kiss, pressing him up against the wall. He reaches his hand up to remove my hair tie letting my curly hair fall all around my face.
Troian takes my hand and leads me up to a bedroom on the second floor. She pushes me down on the bed and begins to unbuckle my pants. We continue removing each other's clothes until we are both completely naked.
A few minutes later I am ontop of Troian trailing kisses along her stomach all the way to her lips. The scent of the floral perfume she is wearing really turns me on and makes me want her even more. I feel myself stiffen and then I can't take it anymore. I need to be inside her.
Like she knows what I'm thinking she pulls my head towards her and opens her legs. "Troian, you're so beautiful..."
A few thrusts and I'm inside her. It feels like heaven.
Even though Keegan has been with me in this way before, each time feels more special. More perfect. When he collapses on me he lays his head there for a little bit. The window in our bedroom is open enough that I can hear the waves crashing against the shore. After a little while we both fall asleep.
The next morning I wake up and pull back the curtains covering the window. There is a door that leads out onto a balcony and I open it. I quickly grab my robe from the bed and put it on over my night gown. When I go outside the weather is beautiful and sunny. I squint my eyes because the sun is so bright.

A few minutes later I feel hands wrap around my waist. Then I feel a kiss on my neck. I start laughing because it tickles me.
"Good morning." He says to me. I turn around and kiss him. "Good morning." I reply with a smile. "Are you hungry?" I ask him. He nods his head.
"The fridge has some food in it. I stocked it before we came here last night."
Five minutes later
After admiring the view overlooking the beach/ocean we decide to head inside. I start making us French toast and scrambled eggs. As I'm making the French toast Keegan can't keep his hands off me. He puts them around my waist as I'm making breakfast. We both start laughing as I struggle to flip French toast in the frying pan.
"I don't think you want this burnt..." I tell him.
"It's hard to keep my hands off of you when I'm around you...you drive me crazy!" I start laughing and then the next thing I know I turn around to kiss him passionately. This guy is so romantic and sweet. I don't feel like he has to try too hard. It's my favourite thing about him. When I turn around I see that the French toast looks more like burnt toast. Therefore we decide to take a drive into downtown Malibu to stop and get something to eat after we shower.
After driving for almost twenty minutes, we finally reach a place along the beach that we decide we both want to try. We go inside and order fish tacos and take them outside so we can sit and have a view of the ocean.
"I think I'd like to live here one day." I tell Troian before I start eating.
"Really?" She asks looking surprised. I nod my head. "Well I guess it makes sense. You love swimming. I could get used to it. Would you want to live right on the beach?"
"I at least want to be close to it." I reply as I picture what our life will look like one day.
After we finish eating we take a walk along the beach. It's only 11 am yet people are starting to come and set up picnics, some people are swimming and others are playing frisby with their dogs. I hold Troian's hand as we walk along the water. We both walk barefoot holding our shoes in our hands so we can feel the water on our feet. It feels refreshing. After a little while Troian leans her head against my shoulder.
"Hey Keegs?"
"Yeah T?"
"Thank you. For planning the special night for us. I love you."
"I love you more." I reply as we continue our walk.
Around 7pm we finish packing up the car and head home. Earlier when we had gotten home from the beach we spent the day cuddling and watching movies. A lot of that time was spent making out with each other. It was perfect.
I roll down the window so I can look out at the beach passing us by. I laugh as the wind blows some of my hair in my face. About thirty minutes later we arrive home and I help Keegan get our things from the trunk. We walk hand in hand to the front door.
"We're home!" We announce happily once we're inside. Jone turns around and smiles at us before getting off the couch to come and hug us and welcome us home. We tell her about our weekend and then we head up to our room.
After putting my over bag down on the bed, I tell Keegan to close his eyes. I walk over to our large walk in closet and I grab the brand new guitar with a red ribbon wrapped around it.
"Open." Keegan opens his eyes and his mouth drops. He looks so happy.
"Troian....you didn't have to."
"Shh. You needed a new one. I'm lucky enough to have a fiancé who writes beautiful music and I want you to be happy." Before I can say anything else Keegan picks me up and spins me around. I start to laugh. Keegan puts me down and kisses me passionately. Afterwards we stand there holding each other close.
"I'm so lucky you're mine!" He replies with a smile.
"Me too. Thank you for a lovely Valentine's Day!" I tell him.

Mud's Mission
The story begins with an elderly hermit mage living on the outskirts of a labyrinth town. Invoking spellwork that is trivial for a mage of his caliber, he creates a simple mud automaton to aid him in household chores. However, in the middle of his efforts, something goes wrong; his ancient heart finally fails. Now, half complete and with limited understanding of the world, an artificial being of mud stirs. Despite its limitations, it has a mission to fulfill. The last instructions of a dying creator. "Defend my home, and my possessions." To the mechanical mind of Mud, only absolute perfection is acceptable when fulfilling the orders of The Master. Mud will make sure nothing in the universe will ever threaten The Master's home! --- This fiction contains RPG elements such as skills and levels. The protagonist has an inhuman mind and acts on instincts and preferences that are completely different from those of a normal human, and may at times fly in the face of common sense. The general tone is lighthearted, but there are some scenes with disturbing content such as mind control and references to torture. Join our Discord to discuss the novel or chat with the author.

The Blight
Ten years ago, the Blight appeared. A beautiful forest, where the leaves and animals glowed brilliantly at night. It became a wonder of the entire world, and people began venturing from across the continent to visit it. No one took it any more seriously than that, not in the beginning. Then the disappearances started. At first, it was just farm animals and pets. Then, hunters and travelers close to dusk. By the time children started disappearing from villages, it was too late to do anything. The Blight was spreading, from tree to tree like a sickness, crawling out in all directions. The animals and beasts inside it changed as well. They grew larger, stronger, and more ferocious than anything seen before. Simple farm animals became horrific monsters, distorted to disgusting proportions and violently spreading chaos out from the forest. When the first reports came in of infected animals dragging people alive off into the forest... then the real panic began. Towns fell to the Blight, then cities. Armies were sent to push it back, and were overrun. Heroes and legends ventured out, to no avail. Soon, it was public knowledge to all: Those who entered the forest, never returned. ...So what happens when a young boy comes out of the forest, carrying nothing but a dagger and remembering nothing but his own name?

Keepers of the Neeft
The Indigo Empire has conquered half the world’s nations, their people, and their gods. According to its citizens, old and new, the rest of the world will follow. In the capital of the Throne-home, the Imperial Academy produces the next generation of great leaders to drive that expansion. Cadryn Bence knows he will be one such leader, he’s overcome his common birth, mixed heritage, and every other obstacle to be the top of his class. He dreams of glory on the southern front against the Gravanik States. He will not be finding it. Instead, if the glory he expects. Far to the north, lies the unassumingly named North-Eastern Extreme Frontier Tower, a backwater post if ever there were one. Through the machinations of the Emperor’s state religion, and a cult within it, Cadryn will find himself on his way to this first assignment. On the frontier, Cadryn will discover that neither his campions, nor the Neeft itself, are what he expects. Follow Cadryn on his journey to discover many truths: about himself, about the Empire, and about the very world he call home. ****** Keepers of the Neeft is a (bit dark) fantasy story revolving around Cadryn and his journey of discovery. There’s a fairly wide cast of supporting characters (his fellow Keepers) all with their own reasons and motivations behind how they came to be at the Neeft. Current release plan is to have part 2 completed, then fully edit up till the end of part 2. I am in the process of editing the earlier content as I complete the updates/re-writes. Apologies for any rough content in the meantime. My primary objective with Keepers of the Neeft is to work on developing content flow and establishing a community of people who enjoy my writing style. I write SF/F and horror as my primary genres, Keepers is actually my 3rd novel length work, but my current project. Updates of new Content will currently be in the form of one larger post on Tuesdays.
