every rhythm of my poems,

every song that i know,

every word that i spoke,

it somehow finds a way to connect with you.

everytime you hold her hand,

everytime that you pass by,

and suddenly we meet eye to eye,

can you hear the shattering glass,

they told me to be careful,

yet i still split my skin in half.
