Narrator's POV
Hadrian had been acting very strange lately, in Tom's opinion.
His soulmate had been vomiting in the mornings and his temperature had been warmer than usual, but not warm enough for a fever.
His Queen has been experiencing a change in emotion in the matter of seconds and he was repulsed by his favorite foods, so the Dark Lord was worried about his Queen.
***
While Hadrian was asleep, Tom summoned Narcissa Malfoy, his healer, to figure out what was wrong with his beloved.
"What's been going on with the Queen, my Lord?" Narcissa asked, her voice a whisper to not wake Hadrian
"He's been vomiting, he has had mood swings, high temperature, and he's been avoiding food that he enjoys." Tom answered

"Have you and the Queen had intercorse lately?" Narcissa asked
"Yes, about a month ago." Tom replied, slightly embarrassed but his worry controlled it
Narcissa cast several diagnostic charms and smiled.
"My Lord," Narcissa said "I know what the Queen has."
"And it is?" Tom impatiently asked, worried
"He's a month pregnant." Narcissa answered
Complete shock covered the Dark Lord's face: he was going to be a father.
Then horror covered his face: he didn't know anything about children or pregnancy.
Seeing the shock, Narcissa soothed him, "I, myself, am not experienced with treating pregnancy or childbirth —past experiencing it myself — so I would suggest getting him a healer that specializes in pregnancy —one that specializes in male pregnancy if there is one. But I can tell you that he will have the most random food cravings, mood swings, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue. Also, he will have low self-esteem during the last stages, so give him constant compliments. And he will not give birth the normal way, the healer you choose would have to cut open the Queen's stomach to remove the baby, but an experienced healer can do so without leaving scars."
Narcissa left the room to floo home and Nagini slithered in.
If snakes could smirk Nagini was.
"Did I hear that you and your mate are having snakelings?" Nagini asked
"Yes." Tom answered
"It's about bloody time. You two go at it like the rabbits I hunt, I'm amazed he didn't get pregnant sooner." Nagini replied, curling up in front of the fireplace
***
Within a few days, the Dark Lord had found and contacted a healer that specialized in male pregnancy.
The healer, who introduced himself as Carlos Carrick, asked Tom and Hadrian what they already knew.

Tom repeated what Narcissa had said
"That is the majority of it," Healer Carrick said "but Hadrian's body, like all males, was not made to carry a child, but magic allows it to be so. Right now, the child would be using Hadrian's magical core to keep itself alive. So Hadrian's pregnancy will be more difficult than a normal pregnancy, so having you here, my lord, would be beneficial to both Hadrian and the baby's health so it can also use your core to relive Hadrian of the struggle for awhile. It has also been noted that if the non-pregnant partner during the pregnancy goes away for a long period for time the chance for miscarriage increases from a five percent chance to an eighty percent chance and the labor, if the baby survived the off one parent's core, would have a high risk of dying once separated from the womb, possibly even killing the 'mother'."
Tom's eyes widened at that; the death of your soulmate felt like ripping your soul in half, but unlike a horcrux, that pain would never fade.
"But as long as you don't leave for more than a few hours, my lord, all will be fine." Healer Carrick soothed
The healer than head to leave, "If any complications or any questions come up."
"We will." Hadrian replied
***
Six months later, Hadrian was seven months pregnant and his stomach proved it.
"I'm so fat." Hadrian commented on night while looking at the mirror
"If your stomach wasn't growing, love, I'd be concerned." Tom soothed, gently maneuvering his younger soulmate back to bed
"I know, but I look so ugly." Hadrian replied, cuddling against his husband
"Darling, I'd prefer to keep you like this: barefoot and your belly swollen with my child." Tom soothed, kissing his Queen's forehead
"I'm hungry." Hadrian said
"What would you like this time, my love?" Tom asked, summoning a house-elf
"Fish sticks and custard, pickles and chocolate and tomato juice with cream to drink." Hadrian answered
Tom was slightly disgusted by the cravings, but having a vase thrown at him in the earlier months taught him not to question it.
The house-elf quickly returned with the food and disappeared.
"We still haven't discussed names yet." Hadrian pointed out, dipping a pickle into the chocolate sauce and taking a bite
"I like Dante if it's a boy." Tom suggested
"I like it too." Hadrian said, taking another bite "If its a boy, he'll be Dante Valentino Riddle."
"And if it's a girl?" Tom asked
"Amelia. Uhhh, Amelia Claire?" Hadrian suggested, taking a sip at his juice with cream
"Amelia Claire Riddle, I like it." Tom replied
"What do you think it's found to look like?" Hadrian asked
"I don't care," Tom replied "I just hope it has your eyes."
***
Two months later on October 14, 2005, little Amelia Claire was born after a extremely long labor.
She had slightly curly black hair, Hadrian's green eyes, and a extremely adorable face.
Draco and Hermione were named her godparents and was a little hectic at first, but they got used to having the little one around.
***
But about a year later, Hadrian got pregnant again.
On June 28, 2007, Dante Valentino Riddle was born after an easier labor.
He had wild black hair, Hadrian's green eyes, but he had Tom's bone structure.
Neville and Luna were his godparents.
Sirius and Remus, of course, spoiled their godgrandkids and Nagini adored her little grandsnakelings.
The rest of the court, save Sirius and Remus, also had children of their own, thus giving Dante and Amelia lots of cousins.
And so, all was right with the world...

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

Uke in hand, Wesley made his way to the local branch of the Bard College to pick up a few levels and hit the road to travel the new world. This is the story of Wesley's adventuring party as they do their best to get him to fulfull his destiny.
