Narrator's POV

Using his reputation and pulling a few strings, Dumbledore managed to convince Minster Fudge to pass a bill in the Wizengamot.

This bill would cut off vampires and werewolves completely from having the the little rights they had.

Lord Voldemort and his Queen, still happily on their at-home-honeymoon, decided to make sure it didn't pass through the vote and they needed to get Fudge out of office soon because he was starting to cave to Dumbledore's desires.

Rita Skeeter sat at a table in the Leaky Caldron.

"Good morning, Ms. Skeeter." Hadrian greeted, sitting across from the woman and removing his hood

"Good morning." Rita said, sipping at her coffee

"I have something for you Rita, something that will shock the wizarding world and I want you to write it." Hadrian said

"What is it?" Rita asked as he handed her over the story that he wanted published, and she read through them and when she got to the end she gasped, "I can't publish these, they're about the Minister."

"The juicy truth that the esteemed Minister has kept hidden, it's about time the public learned the truth." Hadrian chuckled

"But I will be hung; Fudge is one of the most powerful people in our world." She exclaimed.

"One of them yes, but there are people who can challenge Fudge politically which would be the only way he could attack you." Hadrian explained as she laughed in disbelief.

"Who could possibly challenge Fudge politically, he's Minister of Magic?" Rita asked

"I can." The Queen answered

"You, please. You would have to be Lucius Malfoy to have any chance of challenging Fudge." She snorted

"Obviously if you don't want to tear into Fudge, I'm sure I could find someone else-," Hadrian said, reaching for the paper

"NO!" She cut him off, holding the paper close to herself

"So you will publish these, after all you do have a rather unique flare." Hadrian said

"Why would you want these published?" She asked him

"I have a lot of secrets, Rita, just like yourself, and it wouldn't do for any of them to be coming out now would it?" Hadrian warned

"Of course not, I'll begin immediately." Rita assured

He drew his hood back up, "And Rita," she looked at him and his Killing Curse green eyes flashed dangerously at the Daily Prophet news reporter, "This meeting never happened did it?"

"What meeting?" She said weakly, as she picked up the parchment and left

Barely seventy-two hours later, this newspaper came out.

Cornelius Fudge, our current Minister of Magic, has had many private conversations with Albus Dumbledore, known leader of the Order of the Phoenix.

It is suspected that Minister Fudge has chosen to side with Dumbledore in the private war the Hogwarts Headmaster has set against You-Know-Who and his Death Eaters.

But, we all know that it is stated in Amendment 14, Section 5 that "If a war between two private factions begins, the Minster of Magic and the Court of Judges cannot take a side because of the favoritism that would be shown. And the Ministry cannot officially take a side unless neutral citizens are caught in the crossfire, in which this event takes place, the Ministry has to join the side that had not caused the endangerment."

And documents state that no neutral citizen has been harmed by the Death Eaters, thus making Minister Fudge's choice illegal.

A source that wishes to stay anonymous says that Dumbledore as bribed Minister Fudge with items that would force his hand.

Possibly proof that he was cheating in his wife, Millicent Fudge, with his young secretary.

Judge Scott Wayne has said "This is not the first time that the Minister has believed that he was above the law. Several years ago, he ignored the Stature of Secrecy and performed magic in front of a Muggle. The Muggle was of course Obliviated and put back into Muggle London, but when he was confronted to receive punishment for breaking one of our most important laws, he simply payed off the arresting Aurors. Since Fudge has tajen office, the Ministry has been at its greatest amount of corruption. I for one believe it's time for a change of Minister, I think we should elect someone new and make Fudge face the consequences of his actions."

Minister Fudge was arrested yesterday evening by four Aurors, including: Rufus Scrimgeour, the Head of the Auror Department; Amelia Bones, the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.

He will be put on trial at the yearly Wizengamot meeting and if he is found guilty the Lords of the Wizengamot will vote for a new Minister.

Albus Dumbledore and any known members of the Order of the Phoenix will not be allowed at the meeting and Lucius Malfoy will act as Chief Warlock until a new one is elected.
