Narrator's POV
Hadrian and Rowan apparated into Riddle Manor, Hadrian jumped into Tom's arms he laid eyes in him.
"You may leave, Rowan." Tom ordered, holding his Queen bridal style, but Rowan stood fast: the Queen's Court answered only to the Queen
"Go, baby brother." Hadrian ordered, and Rowan did so
"I missed you." The Queen whispered, kissing Voldemort's cheek
"I missed you, as well." The Dark Lord replied
"I'm tired." Hadrian mumbled, burying his head into Tom's shoulder
"Then sleep, my love, I'll carry you to bed." Tom answered, kissing the top of Hadrian's head, relieved that his love was ok
"I love you, Tom." Hadrian sleepily said
"I would hope you knew by now, but I, of course, love you, too." Voldemort replied, carrying his sleeping Queen up stairs to their bedroom
Before sleep took Hadrian, he thought about Tom's loving words, the kind of love it had could not only not be denied, but eradicated the idea that it could have ever been a doubt.
I, of course, love you, too.
It wasn't a simple gesture of affection, it was a fact.
Hadrian smiled as he fell asleep in his soulmate's arms.

The Dark Lord wanted revenge for what the Potters and the Order did to his beloved, and he decided that death was too good for them.
So, he wrote to the Ministry to have them arrested, but he would have to word it carefully, for laws forbade the Ministry from taking sides in a private war unless citizens were caught in the crossfire.

Upon receiving his letter, the Ministru sent a group of Aurors to arrest Lily and James Potter.
***
Once they arrived to the courtroom where Lily and James were to be charged, Hadrian, Tom, Sirius, Remus, Verity, and Rowan sat next to the Malfoys —save Lucius— and Hermione.
After they had seated, the LeStranges —save Rodolphus— and Lovegoods entered and sat with them on the first row.
Across the room, Dumbledore, the remaining Weasleys, as well as another girl Hadrian didn't recognize, though he'd guess it was Ellen.
Ellen was not that pretty of a girl, she had plain and frizzy brown hair, light brown eyes, and she was wearing a green dress.
After that the jury, judge, plaintiff, defendant and Aurors arrived dragging in Lily and James Potter
The jury, which was made out of: Nymphadora Tonks, Eliphas Doge, Lucius Malfoy, Rodolphus LeStrange, and four grey wizards and one grey witch that Hadrian didn't know.
"Good morning, everyone." The judge greeted "My name is Scott Wayne and today we're going to see if Lily and James Potter are guilty of these charges: preventing four children from learning who their soulmates are and neglecting there three children while simultaneously favoring a fourth."
Lily and James were chained to seats in the center.
"Mr. and Mrs. Potter, how do you plead?" Judge Wayne asked
"Not guilty." Lily confidently answered, she was sure Dumbledore was going to get them out of this
"Well then," Judge Wayne said "administer the veritaserum."
The Aurors, as ordered, forced Lily to drink the potion.
"What is your name?" Judge Wayne asked Lily to make sure the potion worked
"Lily Ann Potter née Evans." Lily answered emotionless
"You can't do this!" Dumbledore shouted "The Ministry can't interfere with private wars!"
"That's true, while the Potters and the Preverells are on different sides of your war now, these crimes are for before the Preverells joined the Dark, while they were minors." Judge Wayne explained
"So they found a loophole?" Ellen asked
"To say it plainly, yes they did, Ms. Potter." Judge Wayne answered
"Mrs. Potter, is it true that you prevented —fully knowing that it was illegal— four children: Neville LeStrange, Luna Lovegood, Hadrian Preverell, and Hermione Franqui, from learning the identities of their soulmates?" Judge Wayne asked
"Yes, we knew if Neville found out about his heritage that he'd leave us, so we covered Luna and Neville's arms; if Hermione learned that her soulmate was a Malfoy, we new she'd leave us; and if Harry found out that Voldemort was his soulmate we definitely knew he'd abandon us." Lily answered

"It also says here that you have four children: Ellen Potter, Hadrian Preverell, Verity Preverell, and Rowan Preverell, but you only have shown love to Ellen." Judge Wayne pointed out
"I do not have children by those last three names, their names are Harry Potter, Rose Potter, and Charlus Potter." Lily answered
"Not anymore." Judge Wayne shot back "Answer the question."
"Ellen is the moon of my life, after Harry was born James and I lost hope for normal children, but Ellen was a blessing, but then Rose and Charlus ruined it." Lily answered
Four children will be born to the Potter name, three of which will be the parent's shame.
"I'll say it again, ma'am, their names are Hadrian, Verity, and Rowan." Judge Wayne said, annoyed
"Ms. Preverell, would you mind donating a memory of your mother's crimes?" Judge Wayne asked Verity
"No problem." Verity replied, and a staff member pulled the memory out and put it into the screen
A six year old Verity cried as she heard arguing outside.
"I can't believe I gave birth to that little Death Eater!" Lily Potter fumed
"Lily, the child might side with us if we show it kindness." Dumbledore soothed
"The prophecy says the brat will side with the Dark anyways, we should probably just kill it." Lily grumbled
"The prophecy might not come true." Dumbledore added
"First you say Harry will go Dark, but this one is fine, make up your mind, Albus." Lily retorted
"Harry is Voldemort's soulmate, it is too late for him, but Mary has a chance." Dumbledore consoled
The memory ended there, many of the jury and the Death Eaters started yelling at the Potter matriarch.
"ORDER IN THE COURT!" Judge Wayne yelled, slamming his mallet on his table
"Surly you see that this woman is guilty, your honor?" The Dark's plaintiff, Barty Crouch Jr, asked
"All I see is that a woman offered to kill her child, but her guilt is to be determined by the jury, not me." Judge Wayne answered
"Damn." Rowan mumbled under his breath
"Give Mr. Potter the veritaserum, please." Judge Wayne ordered the Aurors
The Aurors forced James to drink the potion.
"What is your name?" Judge Wayne asked James to test the potion
"James Charlus Potter." James replied, emotionlessly
"Did you assist your wife in hiding the identities of their soulmates from Mr. Preverell, Ms. Franqui, Ms. Lovegood, and Mr. LeStrange?" Judge Wayne asked
"Yes, for the reasons she said before." James answered
"Did you neglect you children: Hadrian, Verity, and Rowan, while favoring Ellen?" Judge Wayne asked
"Yes, Ellen was our only normal child, we wanted to raise her in our home, but Dumbledore decided to train her himself at Hogwarts." James answered
"Mr. Hadrian Preverell, will you give us a memory to prove your father's crimes?" Judge Wayne asked
"Yes." Hadrian replied, and a staff member took the memory and put it onto the screen
A five-year-old Hadrian tugged at James' shirt asking, "Daddy, can I go pway outside?"
James shook the child's hand off, "No, go back to your room."
Hadrian sadly walked up the stairs while James mumbled "Bloody Dark Lord's little whore."
The crowd of Death Eaters and the majority of the jury was seething with anger, the choice of the Potter's innocence or guilt was obvious.
"Jury, you may now make you decision." Judge Wayne told the jury, who left the room
***
"Jury, do you have your decision?" Judge Wayne asked, as the jury took their seats
"Yes, your honor," Lucius Malfoy said "we find both Lily and James Potter guilty of neglect of three children and preventing four children to find out the identities of their soulmates."
The Order members sent apologetic looks to Dumbledore and the Potters.
"Well then, Mr. and Mrs. Potter, I sentence you both to ten years in Azkaban, upon release you will be Obliviated and will have your cores bound and will live the rest of your lives as Muggles. And, Mrs. Potter, as a muggle-born like myself, you should know how hard it is to survive in the Muggle world without a high school or college education. But, by the mercy of the court, you will both be allowed to remember each other. And all Potter lordships, vaults, and properties go to Hadrian Preverell, your eldest child; what he does with it is up to him." Judge Wayne punished
Lily cried into James' arms as two Aurours snapped their wands and dragged them away.
No, it was not as severe punishment as the Dark had wished, but it was not a severe crime either, at least it removed two generals from the Order thus greatly weakening them and it took most of their bases and funds.
***
As Tom and Hadrian prepared to leave, Judge Wayne approached them.
"Even though my job forbids me from joining a side officially," Judge Wayne told them "know that myself and the other judges are rooting for you on the sidelines."
"Thank you." Hadrian replied
"I should be the one thanking you, good luck defeating Dumbledore." Judge Wayne replied, before being called away...

Tower of Somnus
When humanity first encountered alien life, we were judged and found wanting. The Galactic Consensus interviewed our leaders and subjected us to a battery of psychological tests to determine our progress as a society. They found us to be selfish, wasteful, impulsive, and boorish neighbors. Earth was blockaded and our collective encounter with our extrasolar neighbors rapidly faded from memory. All they left behind was a hypercomm relay and a handful of subscriptions to a massively multiplayer game that participants played in their sleep. The Consensus said that it would let us interact with our neighbors in a controlled setting. That it would teach us to be better members of the galactic community. The megacorporations that controlled Earth ignored the game until they learned that the powers earned from clearing dungeons were just as real when day broke. Magic, supernatural abilities and rumors exploded from nothing and a subscription to The Tower of Somnus became a status symbol. Katherine ‘Kat’ Debs doesn’t have much, but it could be worse. Born in an arcology, she was assigned a job in the megacorporation that raised her almost as soon as she could work. Despite the stability of her corporate life, she wanted something more.
