Narrator's POV

The Death Eaters had been summoned and they stood waiting in throne room.

The Inner Circle and Queen's Court stood to the side while the Outer Circle stood in front of the black throne.

The Dark Lord and his Queen swept into the room and the Death Eaters' conversations ended.

"My loyal Death Eaters," The Dark Lord announced "I am overjoyed to announce that our Queen has been brought safely to us!"

The Death Eaters cheered, for they had known of his silent suffering and were glad.

"But," Lord Voldemort added "I am disappointed to say that we have a traitor in our mist."

The Death Eaters hissed angrily, wondering who would betray their Lord and the cause.

"Claude Shepherd come forward." The Queen ordered, speaking for the first time

Claude came forward, the shaking man knelt in front of the throne were Lord Voldemort was sitting with his Queen on his lap.

"You have been accused of conspiring with Dumbledore and his Order, do you deny it?" The Dark Lord asked

"No, my Lord." Claude admitted

"You have been accused of repeating top secret information to Dumbledore and his Order, do you deny it?" The Queen asked

"No, my Queen." Claude answered

"You have been accused of endangering the lives of your fellow Death Eaters and myself, do you deny it?" Lord Voldemort asked

"No, my Lord." Claude confessed

"You have been found guilty of your crimes and are to be punished with death." The Queen said, throwing Crucio on him

Claude screamed in pain and the other Death Eaters laughed, for they knew betrayal, rape, and abuse was forbidden.

After Claude was dead and his body had been taken away, the Dark Lord continued the meeting.

"Do we have any new recruits among us?" Lord Voldemort asked

"Yes, my Lord, three of them." Lucius answered, looking at a list "Penelope Hase, come forward."

The woman came forward and kneeled in front of the throne.

"Why do you want to join my side?" The Dark Lord asked

"I am half Veela, my Lord, and I wish to join the Death Eaters since Dumbledore and his followers are trying to limit the rights of anyone who isn't fully wizard." Penelope answered

"Welcome to the Death Eaters, Penelope Hase: Outer Circle." The Queen said, and Penelope felt a tingle on her forearm where she now had a Dark Mark

"Bennie Schultes come forward." Lucius read from the list and Bennie knelt in front of the throne

"Why do you want to join the Death Eaters, Bennie?" The Queen asked

"I wish for a safer world for my children to live in and I would like to help achieve that anyway I can." Bennie answered

"Welcome to the Outer Circle, Bennie." Lord Voldemort said, as Bennie's Dark Mark appeared

"Lastly, Edwidge Hallman come forward." Lucius read off the short list

"Why do you want to join us, Edwidge?" The Dark Lord asked

"I do not agree with Dumbledore's beliefs, mostly his pureblood ideals, my wife is muggleborn, sire, and I wish for her safety." Edwidge answered

"The Outer Circle has gotten its newest member, Edwidge, welcome." The Queen said, and a Dark Mark appeared on his arm

"Severus, how many are in the Order?" Lord Voldemort asked

"The last count was 74, my Lord." Severus answered

"And how many are in the Death Eaters, Lucius?" The Dark Lord asked

"158 including the new recruits, my Lord." Lucius answered

"What is Dumbledore's plans for the Order, Severus?" Lord Voldemort asked

"Dumbledore knows that the Order is outnumbered two to one, sire, and that he is rarely getting anyone on his side since most come to us, so he is still trying to convince the Minister to join him against us." Severus answered

The Dark Lord thought silently for a moment before saying, "My loyal Death Eaters, in three days we will capture the Order's generals: Mad-Eye Moody and Kingsley Shackbolt. And, I will choose two of you to use polyjuice to disguise yourselves as them so we can easily enter and attack their base in four weeks to weaken their forces!"

The crowd of Death Eaters cheered and left to prepare...
