(Emma's 5& it's about 5pm)

Adrien pov

"Please draw with me." I smiled and looked down at my daughter. Her front tooth had recently fallen out giving her the clasic 'little kid' look. Nobody had put her hair up today so her long blonde hair lay against her back as she held her hands up to clasp together.

"In just a bit Emma, daddy's making dinner so mommy won't have to." I squatted down to look her in the eyes. "It's mommy's birthday today and I think she would love it if you made her a picture all by yourself. I even put paper and crayons on the table for you."

"But I want to draw with you!"

"Maybe when food is done."

"Ok." She says sadly. I kiss Emma's forehead, sending her along and she begins to color.

I kept my promise and when the stir fry was done, I walked over to Emma and sat next to her, looking at her drawing.

"What're you drawing?"

"That's you, daddy, that's mommy, that's me, that auntie Alya and uncle Nino and that's my teddy." Emma smiled as she covered something in the corner of the paper.

"And what are you hiding?"

"Mommy says I'm not allowed to say," she says with a matter of fact tone.

The lock on the door clicks and Marinette calls Emma's and my names from the door. I reply with "in the kitchen" and she makes her way to us.

"Evening kitty." She says and I get up from my seat to kiss her.

"Good evening bugaboo." I smile.

"Hey baby, what're you drawing?" Mari says as she gently hugs Emma from behind, but Emma franticly flips the page.

"A birthday present but you can't see it yet." Emma's voice was pitiful as she defended her drawing.

"Ok Emm." Mari kissed her head with a chuckle and took a seat at the table as I get food plated.

I bring dinner over after moving Emma's picture and her crayons. We eat and occasionally tell about our day. When we finish Emma gets her paper.

"Happy birthday Mommy!" Emma yells, a wide grin on her face.

When I get a clear view of the picture, I see she had drawn two extra kids.

"Emma, aw, you even got our surprise for daddy there!" Mari laughs and smiles at me. "Surprise. Emma is getting two little siblings. I found out yesterday."

"What? How did I not notice?" I get up and pull Mari into a hug.

"How did you not notice I was Ladybug? Or when I was pregnant with Emma? To be fair, I have been wearing baggy shirts." Mari laughs as she hugs me back.
