When the words came out of my mouth, I became deep in thought. I had never thought about the question I had just asked, but it might have been subconsciously laying in the back of my mind.

Why didn't Adrien ask me to be his girlfriend?

Or why haven't I asked him to be mine?

What the heck even were we.

Usually, the order would go from small crushes, to becoming friends and talking, to dating and becoming more then friends, then to confessing your love to one another.

But it seems we had skipped that whole process and have gone to being friends that loved eachother.

"W-We're whatever you want to be." He smiled, releasing his hood on my waist slightly.

"Well what do you want to be, Adrien?" I asked.

"Husband and wife." He said quickly. Causing me to blush and hide my face in his shirt.

"How do you just say that so openly?" I shuttered, keeping my face in his chest.

"I was being serious." He replied, his voice grave and deep.

He was being serious? I mean, Husband and Wife. The story is moving way to fast. When I have dreamt of Adrien and I'd relationship, I thought it be slow moving and not like it had been so far. So how was Adrien serious?

"That's moving quite fast." I stated, giving myself a grip and looking up at him.

"How? We already have made Love." He said, his eyes connecting with mine deeply. "Although I wouldn't mind making love to you again tonight." He whispered. "And don't forget how great it is to sleep next to you almost every night. We've been great friends for a while, and we already love each other."

"Okay, we have been friends for a while, but we haven't really experienced being in such an intimate relationship. We were used to it as friends, but being named something else... it changes everything. You can't be serious."

"But I am, Marinette." His voice and tone did not falter. "I want to marry you, make love to you, have children with you, grow old with you, have grandchildren with you. I want to do all of it."

"Okay, but that's all fast, I-."

"How is it too fast? We've already known eachother for years? If I asked you to marry me, right now, what would you say?" His hand brought my Chin up to look at him. "I need an answer."

"Really." I was now getting anxious, Adrien was being very persistent. "We have not been in an actual relationship. I feel like you should know my answer."

"I need an answer, just give it to me."

"No, I'm not giving it to you."

Adrien's grip on my waist loosened. "So it would be a No then? You would only not give me an answer if it would be a No."

"Are you serious Adrien, how do you expect a Yes. Marriage marks the celebration of two people in love and with a current relationship of built mutual interest. And we're in high school. How do you expect a married couple to go to high school!"

"Why are you getting angry with me? I just wanted a yes or no. Now I see how you think of me." I couldn't believe Adrien, he was acting like an idiot right now. I knew the word was harsh, but he clearly wasn't thinking.

"How I think of you? All I said was the I wouldn't get Married to you. If it really was a harmless question then you wouldn't have an attitude about my answer."

"Marinette." When he actually said my name, suprise was evident on my face. He was really mad at me now? Just hours ago I confessed my love for him, but now he's mad at me? "You just gave me a whole explanation, we're in the same bit here. You know, my ideas are great too. All I said was that we could get Married, but apperently you don't think that we're good enough."

"Adrien are you listening to yourself?"

"I can hear fine and dandy." He stated.

"You know, I'm done with this conversation. I'll walk myself home." I turned around quickly, strutting on the sidewalk.

"Marinette."

"What do you want!"

"Your house is the other way."

I felt my face become even more flustered before I blushed. "I knew that." My tone was clipped. I then began to walk the other direction.

A/N: I'm debating if I should end this story and write a book 2. Or write a new story about Marinette and Adrien as werewolves, or Adrien and Marinette having an arranged marriage. I need ideas. I have the rest of the story plot for this first book, which will end in maybe 5-10 chapters. Let me know.
