He lit the cigar and puffed when he heard the voice. He moved his neck to the source and lopsided grin adorned on his lips

“What happened DAD!” Arsenio asked while picking up the drug pack to sniff but stopped looking at Joseph’s he was inkling the some fishy stuff.

“Then why are you thinking about what matters?”

“Nothing happened, that's the reason to be worried Son. That Bastard was searching us like a hungry dog but from the last 45 days there is no such information I am getting. Also there is some suspicious activity happening in the mansion. It’s not good…..I have a bad inkling about it.”

“What Activity?” Now Arsenio was in alert mode and why not because it was related to Falcone.

“His ignorance or you can say slow down activities to search about our location and the security around the mansion. No one is allowed to go there. All gates were closed. There is a great security team he appointed but why? He is well capable of handling every kind of attack. My father trained him all these years to make undefeatable and unbreakable. He is super talented in every kind of fight and his animal brigade can easily hunt down thousands. Then what makes him insecure?” the lines on Joseph’s forehead didn’t also clear his curiosity to know the plan of Falcone.

“SO what ? What is there to worry about? He was searching for us to retribution” Joseph looked at Arsenio while sipping his drink.

“We betrayed him under his nose and when he knew everything we searched for safe shelter to save our asses. Suddenly he leaves to search us…incredulous!” Arsenio was also now thinking what could be the reason for this sudden seizing of search.

“it means ..he is distracted or something more important intrigues him or it can be trap so that we can become at ease? What other thing could distract him?”

“He loves nothing and nothing can distract him….except?”

“Except?” Arsenio showed his lack of understanding and then both looked at each other

“No way!She ran away the first chance she got. She hated him and Also she is mine to get.” Arsenio closed his eyes while sniffing the powder which took him to another world where he was the Boss.

“What the fuck Arse! You need to concentrate on the goal to kill that good for nothing leech Falcone. Because of him we are on roads asking for shelter. Moreover that girl is nothing but a walking destruction. When she was gone he became an animal and our years-long motive was revealed. He torchered us on that island.” Joseph growled but Arsenio was far from this reality check

“Whatever she is worth fighting for. A beauty with an innocent mind. I will make her my queen. First time in life I felt hypnotized, bewitched and intrigued. I will never forget a single day Dad. Promise me when we kill Falcone she would be mine. I will conquer her. I will find her in any corner of the world.”

Joseph shook his head with disappointment “I will kill that whore once I use her. She slapped me which cost her very badly.”

“Okay first we need to know the reason for his sudden change which has not even stopped for these years.”

“Capo! The task is completed. Every one is punished by their life. Those all were roadside goons. But we got to know something else.” Amber said meekly but Falcone, who was signing the papers , perked up listening to those words, but remained calm to listen further. But when he didn't get any single word

“Should I send you an invitation Amber. Don’t test my patience.” he blurted out without glancing

“Capo someone was asking for prin….umm Mrs. Alberto for a few days. Even looking around for her and..” he gulped but continue

“Who is he?” He asked, flipping the page of the file still looking into it. Amber was trying to read his actions and getting worried every second but he could.’t hide as it was really fr Nandini’s safety

“we…we.. we investigate and come to know that he is her stalker even mam doesn’t know. She got a few letters from unknown people but she didn’t give any attention. I..I..I think”

“Catch him…I want to see that Moron who dared to tense my Dini.” he gritted while closing the file and putting the pen in the pen stand. He looked at his Rino 24 wrist watch and smiled

“but she is here now in our..I mean your safe wings.” Amber cleared which made Falcone’s smile vanish, he pointed a look

“First she is the Queen and she doesn’t need any shelter. Your CAPO needs the shelter of her heart. Second, use your words wisely Amber. I was just two seconds away from cutting your not so innocent tongue and you know My Dini’s thought saved you. last but not the least…never try to intervene in the matter or decision where my Dini is related. Only I have the power to decide such trivial matters should start and end here.”

“My apologies Capo” Amber said

“Don’t repeat it.”

“I want full information and that person is alive here. My Aslan is hungry and frustrated by the regular food. You know he hates to eat the betrays' bodies….what about to serve him treat lover boy’s body….I am excited.” Falcone gleamed but Amber just shrugged hidden to Falcone’s eyes.

Amber looked at him in sheer astonishment. Suddenly the phone rang in his cabin and Amber picked it up. He looked tense but forward the receiver to Falcone who looked at him questioningly

“C..C..Capo!” Falcone stood up and waited

“BArk!” he said

“C…C..Capo!” now the tone made him little frown

“Just Bark lady or I should put all the bullets in your fucking throat?”

“N..No Mercy Capo! Sh..SHe..M..Madam..she is crying.” Falcone stood up in front of the chair and started to walk to his car.

“WHat? WHat hell are you all doing then? I am on my way home.” Falcone started to run to his car and AMber also accompanied him. They both sat in the car and Amber took the seat of Driver.

“C..C..Capo y..y..younger Master fell from stairs” Falcone’s eyes became red with anger. Now it was clear to him why Nandini was crying

“Oh my Devil! WHat all you doing there.?” he pointed

“Wait there I am coming.”

Amber and Falcone both ran ind=side and the scene broke Falcone. Aspan was already there and Dini was crying buckets.

“Sweetheart!” Falcone went to her slowly, watching her keenly. She was sitting near little Damien. Edwin and Faith were also crying.

“uumm!” She looked at him with teary eyes

“I am a bad mother. Look he is bleeding…my little tornado is bleeding because of my negligence” Falcone didn’t like it but he can’t do anything. His son was laying on bed with bandages on his forehead and elbows. He was not moving, just laid there with closed eyes. Falcone took Faith and Edwin in his embrace and consoled them. He asked Amber to take care of the both. He took them to their room. Kids denied but when Nandini asked them to have their food and sleep, they went.

“No Baby you are the best” Falcone took her hand in his and rubbed his thumb.

“WHat happened to him, Aspan ? Why is he unconscious?” Falocne asked to Aspan

“He hit his head pretty badly. Mr. Alberto and Rapunzel kids get harmed when they play. It's not your fault. He will be in pain if he wakes up so I gave him medicine to rest.”

“Aspan..My baby will be alright na?” she asked to him

“Of Course dear..He is just resting to attack you with double energy.”

“I will tolerate anything but not his calm.” NAndini said while a new stream of tears came out from her eyes.

Falcone asked Nandini to come out and let Damien rest. She nodded and kissed his forehead. She went to Faith and Edwin’s room , and found them sleeping.

She went outside in the garden and sat there. Falcone looked at her gloomy face and cursed himself. He took a wollen stole for her and went to her. He covered her shoulders with it and NAndini felt the presence of Falcone. She clutched the stole and said without looking at Falcone

“Dammy is in pain because of my carelessness.”

“It happens Sweetheart, he is fine Aspan told you.”

“I am not feeling good.”

“Are you fine?” he asked worriedly

“No, My baby is lying on the bed all wrapped in bandages. How can I be fine?”

“Don’t worry He is strong!” Falcone relieved

“Baby, have dinner please, you need to take medicine. Such tension is not good for you.” Falcone reasoned.

“What you get by doing all this?”

“Huh!”

Nandini was thinking of how to save her kids. Falcone was not a reliable person. She could not risk their life. Moreover this man thhought of them as their assets. She knew he was doing everything to keep them happy and it was fault that Damien was injured but she wanted to hurt him badly. Giving him stress makes her happy. She felt satisfaction by doing such things.

Falcone was looking at her but didn’t miss the thoughts running in her mind. Nandini saw him and was surprised that Falcone was looking at her deeply and with dark eyes.

“ I ..I …I am s..sorry “

“For what Dear!” Nandini closed her eyes listening to his endearment. Here Falcone wanted to know what she was exactly thinking , he wanted her to never hide anything from him.

“T..The n..n..nanny called you, you came to leave your work.”

“He is my son too, Dini. If he is in pain, how can you let me know?” Nandini chuckled and blurted

"Don't try to show your tights on my kids" she hissed

“Your every word seems so unreal. If I meet you now I will definitely fall for your words but I know this face is only to get my kids.”

“I want to get you Sweetheart. Believe me or not I am very much into it. But I don’t deny the fact whatever I did with you and never justify. But I never miss any single chance to woo you and accept me as I am.”

“I..I am hungry.”she said to avoid to prolong the discussion which had no end and she would not let her guard down.

“Sure babe!” Nandini cringed at his words but didn’t say anything which prolonged their conversation.

Nandini looked at his determined face and Falcone stood up. He forward his hand to offer his help to get her up but she stood all by herself.

Nandini looked at the table and found the dinner just like she wanted. These days Falcone cared for her a lot and made her diet balanced. He himself requests her to diet when she fusses about or declines to take anything.

He was taking all the responsibilities like a pro. Nobody assumed him as the Capo of the mafia world.

She looked at Falcone and took a deep breath. Falcone pulled the chair for her and she sat. two maids came forward and served her the food. This was his routine at the time of dinner he would be available and had dinner with her. Her clothes, medicines, toiletries and everything was taken care of by him personally.

It was not that he could not keep someone for her, but he wanted to do all his work himself. Nandini used to think many times that the person with whom she met first, was that Falcone real or this one?

They both had their dinner in silence. Falcone so want to this dinner should be full of laughter and love. But he already spoiled everything with his own. It was hard to make her believe but not impossible….and Capo in him loves challanges.

Nandini came into the room after dinner and laid on bed. Falcone came after to take a bath and changed his clothes. He came near her, kissed her forehead and said

“I am in the study room for some work. You sleep and be comfortable. Good Night.” Nandini closed her eyes but this habit fluttered her heart. His cologne amalgam with her breathing. It was his regular routine to bid her good night and go to study. In the morning she found him on the bed with her. There was a huge fight when she first time found him in bed because if medicines she was taking a proper sleep and didn't feel him laying beside her..

"Do you think me as your keep to enjoy it?" she spat without thinking and it wont took a second when Falcone pinned her to wall

Falcone fumed by her behavior but controlled and told her in a very deep voice.

"I will sleep in bed with you as my legally wedded wife and you also sleep with me. It's final and I won't appreciate your pretty mouth being punished for such mena words you used for yourself. So, please mind before uttering nonsense about yourself because I pretty much enjoy the punishment . So the choice is yours My Lady!" Falcone placed a mind numbing kiss just on her throat which made her gulp.

Falcone went to Damien’s room and looked at his tiny lying figure. He clutched his tiny fist in his rough hand. He kissed his forehead and his hand multiple times.

“Come puoi farlo? Tua madre ha pianto tanto per colpa tua e non mi piacciono le lacrime nei suoi occhi. Ma sei diventata la ragione delle sue lacrime. Vi Amo tutti ma vostra madre è la mia ossessione. Non permetterò a nessuno di voi di ferire il suo cuore. Allora figlio! preparati per la tua punizione.” He kissed Damien’s forehead once again and remove the hairs from his tiny forehead.
