《Capo☑️》Noah

Elena's POV

He's my everything, always and forever. It's always been just Miles and I. There is no way in the world I would have been able to take it if something happened to him. Especially because of that bastard.

"What's Noah to you?" Luca questions, following me into the bedroom.

"Absolutely nothing," I say turning around to face him.

"If he was nothing you would not have let out such a huge breath of air when I said he was dead," he states. I sigh. It's true though, Noah was nothing to me, but a piece of shit.

"He really is nothing to me," I say looking at him in the eyes.

"Okay, how do you know him? More so, how did the Queen of the Italian mafia get kidnapped by a gang leader from a street gang" he questions. I look at him, studying his body language, facial expression, those god damn beautiful gray eyes.

"We grew up together, bestfriends." I say, giving him a small smile. He looked at me and nodded.

"Why did he kidnap you then?" he asks.

"It's just, I, It's complicated" I shake my head and break eye contact. I don't know why, but I don't want him disappointed in me. Enough people already are and if not my men, Miles needs a warm bed to sleep in.

I was so engrossed in my own thoughts, I didn't even notice the human standing in front of me. He looked at me intensely, well I just stared at the wall behind him.

"Elena,"

"Helena," he says a little more sternly. I shake my head.

"Helena Grace," he urges. I shake my head more rapidly.

"I can't" I look at him in the eyes. "I can't risk it getting out. You know to much already. And Miles, he," I pull away from his gentle hold and let out a breath of air.

"Elena, I would never hurt Miles, hell, I've known the kid for about 4-5 hours and he already got me wrapped around his little finger, please, just trust me." he begs walking closer to me.

"He got bad, he got really bad. I couldn't go anywhere without him being mad. If I dared talk to a boy, the boy got the shit beat out of them and I got locked in his house, days at a time. My dad didn't care, or notice. The worst part about it all, was we weren't even dating. We never were a thing. He had this obsession over me and when I told him I just wanted to be friends, he flipped," I say, eyes clouding from the memory of that night. The night Are friendship changed forever.

"After that night he apologized like crazy, and really convinced me he changed. I believed him and we became bestfriends again. Then we went to this party, I was 14 and he was 16, I got really drunk and he tried to take advantage of that, but I had already started my gang two years earlier and fought him off long enough for someone to come and beat the shit out of him." I shook my head at that memory.

"I convinced my mom to let us move, and she obliged. That happened a couple times, a game of cat and mouse. Mom would come home right in time to knock him out and call the cops, or a friend would beat the shit out of him and take me to there home for the night." I refuse to make eye contact with him but his fists are clenched, knuckles white, pressed into his sides, so it was safe to say he was pissed.

"Then when I was 15 I was home alone, seated in my room, typing an essay for school. He got in through my moms bedroom window, let's just say the night didn't end well. He was so delusional, that the next day he went to make me breakfast. I called Cameron over to 'hang out' because I wanted him to be calm when he came. Long story short, Noah ended up in the hospital, an we ended up moving again," I say sitting down on his couch, he took the seat right to me.

"Then about 1 month later I got shot in the leg by a rival gang and ended up in the hospital. When they told me I was pregnant I seriously thought Andrew was playing a trick on me or something. When they showed me the tests I freaked out. Passed out for two weeks. When I woke up, everyone in my gang was in the hospital. If they weren't crammed in the room, they were in the waiting room. They really are my family." I said, leaning my head on his shoulder, one stray tear falling down my cheek.

"After the pregnancy, we made it till Miles was 2 before Noah found me again. We had come to the conclusion that if he did so, the child was Loki's little brother, that's why he called me mom. So when Noah took me again, this time I had a kid to fight for, so I fought like fucking hell against him. What I didn't know was they took Miles. They made him watch as Noah and 4 other of his men beat the living shit out of me, hence the nightmares," I let a couple tears fall.

"After that incident, we made huge security changes, and a safe room for Miles. I had to move his stuff to my room, because he had nightmares every night, and I never dared to tell him that Noah was his dad, I don't know what Noah did to the kid well he was there, but he had enough trauma," Luca wipes my tears and I lay my head on his lap, exhaustion finally hitting me from todays events.

"But how did he always get to you, your THE Italian mafia?" he as confused, well playing with my hair.

"I don't know how he always found me, but he did use the fact that I would never kill him, to his advantage. I never loved him more than a bestfriend but he was like my brother and I did care for him no matter what he did. I'd try to talk to him and he just would press a gun against my head and force me out of my house, the only reason I don't make ruckus is so Miles doesn't wake up and come out, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if something happened to him," I say, my eyes automatically making my way to Miles sleeping form.

"I won't let anything happen to Miles or you. Tomorrow I will show you the safe house incase anything happens and you will be staying here, don't even try arguing with me," he says calmly. I just nod because I know it's what's best for Miles.

"Mommy, when do I go back to school?" Miles questions, as I place a grill cheese, cut into triangles in front of him.

"Next week baby, they know about the house fire, so they said it was fine," I say, kissing him on top of his head and continuing my adventure of making grill cheese for the 36 men and women who live in this house, on top of my 5, who I for one know eat like pigs. I have made at least a 1 1/2 gallons of tomato soup, and over 100 grill cheese sandwiches, when two men walk in.

"Oh, Miss Torres, what are you doing here?" one asks, fear evident in his voice. The other just nods.

"Oh it's just Elena," I say. I was about to continue but was cut off.

"Oh dear Miss, I'm so sorry, I have no Idea who's kid this is but we will get them away from your presence immediately," The other man says reaching for my son.

"That won't be necessary," I say, "He is just fine, go tell the men to fill up the dining room, I have lunch." I say. They both nod and leave.

"Momma," I hum in response.

"Can I help you take out the food?" Miles asks. I nod and he smiles. I hand him a plate with two grill cheese, and myself, grab four other plates with soup, well nodding towards the maids to grab the rest. When I enter the dining room it is so noisy I can't even hear myself think. So I do the only logical thing.

"Miles, sweetie," I yell crouching beside him, he nods.

"Take the knife out of mommies boot and throw it at that glass vase in the middle of the table like I taught you, okay," I tell him, he just nods again. He takes the pocket knife from my combat boots and opens it carefully testing it out in his hands. I watch him as he half swings it, then let's it go, letting it fly right into the vase, shattering it.

The room goes silent.

Everyone looks over at us, then the kid. Then they notice that my hands are full and that there is one plate with two grill cheese sandwiches on it, sitting in front of Miles. His hand is still outstretched but he draws it back in when he notices everyone is looking. They all looked shocked when they realize he was the one to throw the knife.

"Great, now that we have your attention. Everyone, this is Miles, my son. Miles this is Luca's family." I say nodding to the huge group of men and women looking at us, still in shock, except Luca, who is smiling.

"Miles, would you like to tell them what we got for lunch?" I ask. He nods eagerly.

"Momma made cheese sandwich, and tomato soup," he says picking up the plate from the floor. A maid rushes over to the table and picks up the broken glass and sweeps the table off fast before scurrying off again. I smile and shake my head. I place all the dishes in front of the men and the maids do the same. I walk back inside and grab Miles, Luca's and my plate and walk out. Miles pulls on my sleeve to I crouch down.

"Hmmm?" I question.

"If I ask, can I sit by Mr. Luca?" he asks me quietly. I smile at him.

"I'm sure you can, but ask nicely," I say standing up and ruffling his hair. He nods and runs off over to Luca. He says something to him and Luca smiles before picking him up and placing him in the seat next to him. The room goes deafly silent but I ignore it.

"What do you say Miles?" I ask, walking his plate to him.

"Thank you Mr. Luca," he says. Luca just chuckles.

"You can call me Luca little dude," he says smiling. I place Miles plate in front of him and kiss his cheek. I place Luca's plate in front of him and was about to walk off when Miles taps my arm.

"Yes?"

"Doesn't Mr. Luca get a kiss on the cheek to?" he questions. I roll my eyes but kiss Luca's cheek, not before ruffling his hair though. Miles smiles and Luca glares, but smiles to. I was about to pull my seat around and make a spot by Miles when the door bell rang.

"I'll get it," I say, leaving the chair beside Luca. I walk to the front of the house and open the door with a smile on my face.

"Hi," I say to the girl outside, she had bright green eyes, a mass of blonde hair, and a pearly white teeth. She was wearing a, dress maybe, but it was covered by a huge winter coat.

"Hi, is Luca here?" she questions. I thought about it for two seconds, and decided on the truth. If she made it this far through security, he wouldn't mind seeing her.

"Ya, come in, I'll show you, he's just eating right now," I say, giving her a smile, opening the door wider.

"Here, let me take you coat," I say. She nods and practically throws it at me before tapping her foot impatiently. I place her coat in the closet and lead her to the kitchen.

"I didn't get your name,"

"Oh, it's Adella," she says looking forward.

"I'm Elena," she nods. I open the door and immediately, Luca looks at me. I give him my most 'I have no idea who the fuck this is, but here you go,' smile and stand there awkwardly.

"Luca, baby, I missed you," she says walking towards him. I raise a eyebrow at him and he give me a look begging for help. I smirk.

"Babe, what is she talking about?" I question. Luca looks at me weirdly but then catches on.

"Nothing sweetheart, she is just a ex-gang member who keeps thinking we were something or are something, which obviously we are not because I love you," he says standing up.

"You love me, my mom said so, cut the crap Luca," she says about to hug him. He picks up Miles and walks towards me.

"I don't love you, I don't care what your mom said, and there is no crap to cut," he says calmly, Miles sold the deal though, by resting his head on Luca's chest.

"Fine, Kiss," she says, crossing her arms. I give her my best 'are you stupid' look and turn around and kiss Luca, it wasn't a long kiss, but it wasn't a short one.

"Why did I have to do that?" I ask. She just huffs and roles her eyes.

"I am one of the most strong, fierce, independent women out there and you choose her?" she asks.

"Elena is who I chose, and I am not down grading your achievements by any means but she is who I love and who I will continue to love," Luca says looking at me smiling.

"We will see about that," she says, glaring at me and walking off.

"Don't forget your coat," I yell out. I get a grunt in response.

When I hear the front door slam shut I turn to Luca and glare.

"This is even for me cooking, and that girl, you need to figure out." I say pointing to were she walked out. I reach for Miles but Luca shakes his head.

"He's asleep, I don't want to wake him," he says, rubbing his back. I smile and nod.

Luca walks away out the dining room door and I turn towards the audience.

"Yes?" I question. They all go back to eating and I sigh.
