'hey guys!' i said as me and richie reached the quarry.
'hey y/n!' stanley said.
i jumped off richie's bike and went to beverly and hugged her.
'i need to tell you something later.' i whispered in her ear, quietly so only she would hear.
before she could say anything, i pulled away.
'so, should we jump in or what?' i said.
'l-l-let's do it!' bill said and everyone started taking off their clothes, leaving everybody in their underwear.
beverly was the first one to jump in, yelling 'sissies' (is that how you spell it?) as she flew in the air. next was bill, then stanley, ben, and eddie. me and richie were left alone on the cliff.
i looked back at richie and saw that a smirk was placed on his face.
'don't you dare fuckin push me this time richie!' i said as i put my arms in front of myself.
'don't worry, i won't.' he said as he walked up to me and put his hands on my waist.
i turned a looked down the cliff.
'come on! what the hell is taking so long?' i heard eddie yell.
'don't worry we're coming!' richie yelled as he picked me up and jumped down the cliff down the cliff, with me in his arms.
once we came back up to the surface, i hit him in the chest.
'i said to not fucking push me!' i said.
in response, he just splashed water right in my face.
i scoffed and looked at him, and splashed even more at him, which caused everyone to join in.
we were all spalshing water and laughing and it was so much fun.
richie suddenly stopped and walked over to me and kissed me.

'that's how you get aids!! stoop!!' eddie yelled which caused us to break apart.
'shut the fuck up eddie!' richie yelled which causes me to laugh.
'let's play chicken fight! (is that what it's called? idfk but let's just pretend) i call dibs on y/n!' stanley yells.
'fuck yes! you're going down richie!' i yelled as i climbed up on stanleys shoulders.
'no, YOU'RE going down y/n!' richie yelled as he climbed up on beverly shoulders.
'FIGHT!' eddie yelled and me and richie started pushing each other.
after 10 seconds, i managed to push richie off beverly's shoulders.
'YES!!' i yelled as i threw my arms up in victory.
i jumped off stanley's shoulders and gave him a high five.
richie looked at me with a pout on his face, so i swam over to him.
'i'll beat you next time' he said and winked.
i wrapped my arms around his neck.
'i wouldn't be so sure about that.' i giggled and kissed him passionately.
we got cut off by someone tapping me on the shoulder. i turned and saw beverly standing next to me.
'i need to talk to you.' she said, as the swam away to a rock, and i followed.
'so what do you want to tell me?' i asked.
she lifted her eyebrow.
'the question is what do YOU want to tell me?' she asked.
i squinted my eyes, then i remember what i told her earlier.
'right! okay so last night, me and richie..' i said.
she leaned foreward.
'you and richie what?' she said, desperate for an answer.
'you know...' i said, making it clear what i was trying to say.

she gasped.
'no! y/n are you serious?' she said putting her hands over her mouth in shock.
'yes!' i exclaimed a little bit too loud.
'did you use a condom?' she whispered loudly.
'yes, duh i'm not about to become pregnant!' i answered.
'hey! do you guys wanna get up and go do something else?' eddie suddenly yelled to us.
'yeah, sure we'll come!' i said and linked arms with bev and walked up the hill to the rock where everyone were already sitting.
ben had brought his boombox and he was playing music, and me and bevvy decided to lay down and suntan for a while.
when we we're laying down for a while, i noticed that the boys we're staring at us. i sat up quickly which caused them to turn other ways and pretend like they weren't just staring, everyone except richie, who just smirked and winked at me.
'hey guys, i went to the library yesterday and found out some weird stuff about this town.' ben suddenly said.
'you went to the library? on purpose?' richie asked.
i rolled my eyes.
'i w-w-w-wanna see' bill said and ben handed him a pile of paper.
'i wanna see!' beverly said and sat down next to him.
'come on y/n!' she said and i sat down next to richie and he put his arm around me.
the paper came to us and i started to flip through the pages, richie leaning over my shoulder to get a better look.
'why is it just about missing kids and deaths?' i asked.
'it turns out, people die or disappear six times a national average. and that's just grown ups. kids are worse, way way worse.' ben said.
'i've got more stuff, if you wanna see it?' he asked, and both me and eddie shaked our heads.

Kind’s Kiss
MAGIC DOESN'T KILL, NOT BY ITSELF. IT NEEDS A LITTLE HELP. Jessica DeRidder is a substitute teacher and mage in hiding, her daughter Ellen a killer on the run. Their next job lands the mother-daughter team in Hellhole, a small town in the middle of nowhere. All they need to do is their job. For Mom to identify the problem, and for Ellen to... fix it. Easy. Simple. But not this time. The pair find themselves caught in the struggle between the Man-in-White and the Wicked Witch of the West. A mysterious image and the theft of a deadly flower lead the pair to a score of dead prisoners, magical drug dealers, and red-eyed assassins falling from the sky. And somehow it all seems to be related to Ellen's murky past. All Ellen wants to do is do her homework, eat ice cream, and protect her newfound friends (not necessarily in that order). She'll go all-in, guns blazing. But when the smoke clears there may be nothing left but a stranger's past and a lonely future. --- 'Kind's Kiss' is a light, modern-day fantasy, easy on the magic, heavy on the snark. Though complete it is still a work in progress. One reviewer described it as 'Buffy meets Sabrina, as done by Tarantino'. I'm still not sure if I should consider that a compliment or hire a hitman :-)
