Jay, Nya, and Aria stand in front of a conveyor belt filled with spinning blades that lead to the Temple of Madness.

"Every single path leads straight into a spinning blade!" Nya shouts frustrated

Jay points "Look at there! See it? There was a thing, for a second. There's another!"

"Did you hit your head Jay?" Aria asks staring at the conveyor belt

"No, it's like the game has a glitch!" Jay shouts

"Oh I see it" Nya says "Back on Dyer Island, we learned this was Dyer's very first adventure game. But it was never released because of problems"

Aria is literally staring at where they're looking "...I don't see it"

"How do you not see it?" Nya questions

"Dont worry we'll help you Aria" Jay tells her

"I don't need your help.." Aria sighs "video game obstacles are usually on a time loop"

"So if we get the timing down, we can make it to the other side" Nya says

Jay looks at the belt "But the glitches are unpredictable, and we can't get past them safely"

"Then I guess we'll have to improvise" Nya shrugs

"Just like dancing!" Jay shouts

Jay and Nya hold hands and start to go through the conveyor belt.

"One, two, three, step!" They step through a spinning blade "One, two, three, jump!" They leap over another blade "One, two, three, roll!" They roll through a third blade and encounter a glitch "Other track, now!" They leap to the other conveyor belt, but Jay loses balance and falls. Nya grab his hands in time "Aah!"

They successfully pass through the rest of the blades and reach the other side.

"Piece of cake!" Jay says happily "come on Aria"

"Yeah yeah, just go on ahead, I'll catch up" Aria waves her hand

Nya and Jay shrug before moving on. Aria begins to walk straight though the obstacles without having to do anything. The game just started glitching more.

"Oh you ninja are so naive" Aria laughs as she reaches the end "of course their's glitches in the game, and I'm sure their's about to be a lot more"

Aria walks into the temple to see Jay being attacked by Monster Sushi and Nya pulling it off him

"Ow! Aah!" Jay shakes all the Monster Sushi off.

"huh.. that's the first time I've seen a food rebellion" Aria says

"Is your comment's really necessary?" Jay questions

"of course it is" Aria replies happily

A door opens, and three sushi chefs leap out and start attacking with plates and knives. Jay and Nya defeat two of them with tables and their weapons, only for the third chef to show up with a mace. He throws the mace at them, which they dodge. The Monster Sushi surround them.

Aria runs and fights the third chef while Jay and Nya deal with the monster sushi. Once done, Jay and Nya noticed glitching all over the room.

"What's happening?" Nya questions worried

"I don't know, Aria-" Jay stops when he sees her holding off the sushi chef, her eyes were glowing purple, the glitches was worse around her. Jay gasps "Aria's making the game glitch, her dark powers are too great to be confined by the game, they're seeping in causing the game to glitch"

"Aria!" Nya shouts

Aria notices the glitches and headbutts the sushi chef, defeating him. Her eyes go back to normal and the game's glitches calm down.

"Hehe" Aria rubs her neck "I really don't understand that"

"It's alright" Jay reassures her "let's go end this"

Aria nods, a door opens, leading to the next level. The three Ninja go through it to find the Fire Wall.

Nya approaches it "Fire Wall. The last obstacle between us and Unagami"

They insert the three Key-Tanas into slots.

Jay looks happy "We made it! I couldn't have done it without you guys"

"We're a good team" Nya hugs Jay then looks at Aria "come here"

Aria stares at them, Jay and Nya both grab her and pull her into the hug.

"...this is so weird" Aria says awkwardly

"What? You've never been hugged before?" Jay asks

"Well of course I have, Lloyd's hugged me plently of times" Aria replies "my mother and father too, I'd just prefer.. to not be hugged by Ninja"

"But I hugged you all the time when we were kids" Jay complains

"Yeah that was different" Aria says annoyed

Nya looks up to see Sushimi, barely alive, hurl a mace at them "Look out!" she pushes the two to safety but is hit herself, losing her last life and getting cubed.

Aria calmly picks up the mace and throws it back at the Sushimi, destroying him for good.

Jay falls to his knees at the cube "Nya ! No! I–I–I can't- Don't leave me! I love you"

"She'll be back" Aria dusted her hands off "she should've just let you been hit considering you still have two lives"

Jay's eyes widens and he looks disappointed in himself.

"Save your weepy sentiments for players who can hear you" they hear Unagami's voice "Give up now or you simply become an Energy Cube like all your friends, nothing more than a few from my Manifestation Gate"

"Only if we don't beat the game first!" Jay shouts standing next to Aria

The three Key-Tanas open the Fire Wall,Jay immediately runs through the doorway with Aria following shortly after. They arrive at the Manifestation Gate where they see Unagami.

"Congratulations. You have beaten the game" he greets

"And I'm about to beat you, Milton Dyer, unless you turn my friends back. Right now!" Jay shouts

"Dyer?" Unagami questions and Aria face palms

Jay crosses his arms "Yeah, I know who you are. We figured it out. So let's drop the whole Unagami thing and just call you—"

Unagami interrupts him "Dyer is my maker"

"Uh, maker?" Jay says confused

"He's not Dyer you idiot" Aria sighs "Dyer is the one who created the game, but he's never gone inside it"

"The one I seek. The Energy Cubes will allow me to open a portal between this realm, and the realm of the maker, so I may confront him" Unagami tells him "He attempted to shut me down. This is why I must find him. He must explain himself"

Jay stares at him "You're... the game!"

"What gave it away?" Aria questions sarcastically "his total control of everything or the fact that he collected every single dead player"

"I am Unagami" Unagami says

"...Unfinished Adventure Game 1.. Un-a-gami!" Jay shouts

Aria claps "good job, those Brainetics must be working"

"Aria please you're making it so hard to be serious" Jay facepalms then looks back up at Unagami "You're trying to go to Ninjago to confront Dyer for shutting you down?"

"I have the last Energy Cube that I require" Unagami says as Nya's cube flies towards the Gate.

The Gate activates, sending a wave throughout the game.

"The Manifestation Gate is complete. I intend to leave now. This conversation is concluded" Unagami turns around

"You're angry - you're angry at Dyer because he tried to shut you down? Because he abandoned you? You think that'll fix anything? You think that'll make you feel better? No!" Jay leaps onto a drone and fights Unagami.

Aria looks behind her to see more Drones "you ninja have fought skelitons, pirates, snakes, giant snakes, ghosts, dragons, a djin, time travelers, evil overlords, oni and now we got someone with daddy issues"

"You'd be able to understand him more then I can!" Jay shouts over his shoulder

"...are you implying that I have daddy issues!?" Aria shouts as she kicks a drone

"You said it not me!" Jay shouts

"...oh this boy is signing his death wish" Aria says annoyed

"I'm well aware" Jay confirms from accross the room

"This is futile! You can do nothing to stop me" Unagami disarms Jay.

"Oh yeah? How about this?" Jay tackles Unagami, knocking him off his drone, then kicks him "Game over, Unagami!"

"I am the game. I am Prime Empire. I can choose any form I wish. Do you really think this will stop me?" Unagami shapeshifts into the Empire Dragon and attacks Jay, who is knocked aside.

The Empire Dragon leaves through the Manifestation Gate, with many Red Visors following.

"No!" Jay shouts, some Red Visors attack them, and Jay fights back with his controller "Get back! I'm warning you!" A Red Visor knocks his controller off the platform

"....I got it!" Jay activates the amulet and raises it "I call upon the Blue Dragon—"

"Say black damn it!" Aria shouts at him

"Why?!" Jay shouts

"Just do it!" Aria shouts back as she fends off a red visor

"I call upon the Black Dragon! I call upon the Black Dragon! I call upon-" Red Visors pile on top of them, Jay hears a roar and he feels himself lifted in the air. He opens his eyes to see himself on a black dragon "haha!" he looks around "Wait! Aria!"

The dragon roars.

"wait a minute" Jay looks down at the dragon, it had real scales "...real black scales" Jay smiles when he sees around him glitching "haha we glitched the game, you're in your dragon form, Aria you're a generous!"

The red visors shoot at Jay, Aria jumps up and lands hard, taking out all the Red Visors. She then then flies through the Manifestation Gate.

Jay chuckles "I never thought someone like the proud Overlord Dragon would ever let someone ride her"
