The Resistance continue planning how to save Ninjago.

"Even if we were to get 'em alone, none of us stand a chance against his power" Lloyd says

"well I might" Aria says as she walks over "My powers are stronger then his as long as he doesn't steal them"

"and what are the chances that he can't steal them?" Nya asks

"I don't know" Aria sighs "I haven't tried fighting him with my dark powers for the reason that he might absorb them"

"That's right, you used the golden power to fight him last time" Misako says

"..." Lloyd and all the elemental masters all look at Misako and Aria

"Misako" Aria looks at her

"...that.. I didn't mean to reveal" Misako says "I apologize"

"I thought the golden power disappeared after the Overlord stole them" Lloyd says

"Well they disappeared from you" Misako explains "the event of the Overlord stealing your golden power has made it hypothetically unable to be used again by you in fear of corruption, Aria however.. can use it.. because the First Spinjitzu Master used his power to reincarnate her when she first died.. making her partially his descendent"

"I also believe he's my godfather" Aria adds

"he is" Misako confirms

Lloyd looks at Aria "what is with your messed up family"

"Yours isn't any better" Aria looks away

"Anyway" Misako intervenes "their's a chance that Garmadon can absorb Aria's power, but their is also a chance that he is unable to because she is the rightful Dark Lord therefore her powers are far beyond his control"

"Taking a risk by using my powers against him is dangerous" Aria says "If I loose my elemental power of darkness then the chance of us regaining balance will decrease"

"So then that's out of the question for now" Lloyd says "we'll figure out another way"

Lloyd sighs "We can't risk an all-out assault. My father is too powerful"

Dareth runs in "It's an ambush!"

"Protect the base!" Lloyd shouts

The Sons of Garmadon rush in and they fight.

"And welcome to my foot!" Nya kicks one

"Take the son alive!" Harumi orders

Skylor runs to Lloyd "There's too many. We need to get you out of here"

"No! We need to fight!" Lloyd argues

"Get Mistaké" Killow orders

Aria created a gold energy ball and threw it at some, the elemental masters yelled as they dodged it.

"Be careful!" Neuro shouts

"You try learning a new element!" Aria shouts "If you get hit then walk it off cupcake!"

Lloyd looks around "We're losing"

Harumi goes in front of him "I missed you, Lloyd"

"And you'll miss me again" Lloyd says blocking an attack from her and running

Before she can run after him, Aria takes over and fights Harumi.

"Nya! Get Lloyd out of here!" Skylor shouts

"Come on!" Nya grabs his arm

"Aria!" Lloyd shouts worried before Nya leads him to an armored vehicle.

"Miss me Harumi" Aria says kicking her in the gut

Harumi smirks "of course princess"

"Ah" Aria is dropped in front of Garmadon "we're you raised in a barn or a castle"

Harumi shakes her head in disappointment.

"You captured many.. except for my son" Garmadon says

"That's because everyone would rather die then give up Lloyd" Aria comments

"Do you ever shut up" Harumi questions

"If I'm given food" Aria replies

"For a dark lord... you're less terrifying then me" Garmadon says

"More like I'm bored" Aria says sitting up "can I be put in a cell"

"You are pathetic" Harumi growls "this is why you fail as a dark lord"

"I'm not exactly going to announce my plans to the entire world you know" Aria looks at her "yeah I'm here, but a true Lord knows when to bow out and take charge"

"hmph" Harumi looks away "you're just a coward"

"put her in a cell" Garmadon orders "if I have to keep listening to her I'm going to loose it"

Aria smirks as she's taken away, was she annoying yeah, but is this what she wanted.. yeah. Did she get captured? Absolutely.. but was it cause she lost a fight.. or because she wanted to.

Lloyd and Nya blend in the city with disguises.

Gayle is on TV "What, by all accounts, looks like a devastating blow to the Resistance. The Green Ninja's secret headquarters has been raided with numerous arrests made including the Purple Ninja"

Lloyd pulls out his gi "Are you sure I have to do this?"

"I already got rid of the vehicle I spend forever building. We need to destroy everything that can give us away" Nya tells him

Lloyd looks at it "But this. This is who I am"

"That suit never made you what you are. It's what's inside of you. From here on out, we have to hide our identities. They'll be looking for us, and wearing our colors will only draw attention" Nya says

Lloyd sighs "The Resistance never quits" he burns his gi

"Who's hungry?" Skylor and Dareth approaches them with food.

"You didn't steal that, did you?" Nya questions "We don't have any money"

Dareth points to Skylor "Oh, you're forgetting that she owns a noodle empire"

Skylor shrugs "Eh. And there are still a few kind souls who are watching over us"

"This place is kinda sketchy. Are you sure we're safe here?" Dareth asks

"For the time being" Nya replies

"What about our friends? My mother? Aria?" Lloyd asks worridly

"The word on the street is that they were all taken to Kryptarium Prison" Skylor says "well.. except for Aria... they say that she's been taken to Garmadon"

Lloyd clenched his fist

Nya placed her hand on top of his fist "They'll be all right. But will you?"

"I already lost my powers, now my friends and I couldn't protect them" Lloyd says angrily

Skylor sighs "It took us all by surprise. But we have to endure"

"Yeah, right. Endure. Living in squalor with the rats" Lloyd complains "I want to know what my dad wants with Aria"

"Even those who have nothing find the will to carry on, Aria would want you to stay safe" Skylor tells him

Dareth sees a rat "Ah! Rat, rat, rat, rat. Rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat, rat " he grabs a mop

"Wait! Stop! Don't!" the rat shouts

"Uh, is that rat talking to us?" Nya asks

"Yes. I believe it is" Lloyd replies

"Oh. I'm sorry. Sometimes I forget how unnerving this can be" the rat laughs "Uh, how about this?" it transforms to Mistaké "Ah. Much better"

"Mistaké?" Skylor looks confused

Nya blinked "Y-you were just—"

"H-how did you do that?" Lloyd asks

"Ooh, food. Ha-ha. I'm famished" Mistaké grabs the bag from Lloyd "Perhaps now is the time to tell you all who I really am. Or maybe after I eat"

Aria sat in her special cell humming to herself as she waved her hand around. Below her a pentagram began to form around the stone that held the golden energy. Luckily, Aria's cell was in the very building Garmadon resided in, which she wanted. She was using Garmadon's own power to fuel her powers.

The stone glows as it began to crack, gold particles flew around her. She was fusing her powers with the golden energy. She wouldn't have been able to do this in the city, she needed lots of power that she couldn't risk before. But now Garmadon's own power was being absorbed by Aria to use against him.

"just wait Lloydie" Aria hums "won't be long now"
