Chanel was a week in already with college and things were going better than expected . She was currently in the library picking up some books

"You don't need these heavy ass books "She said to herself

"Yeah but I'll need it" She said comfortably responding back to herself

"You know I been seeing you around and every single time I see you you're talking to yourself" a voice said as she saw a boy sitting on the table

"And what about it" she snapped back

" Oh nothing... just shows how close you are to insanity" He said right back which made her happy to see

"No it means that you been watching me for the last week and you need to mind your business"

"You always have a response don't you" he said smiling

"I wouldn't have to if people left me alone" I said searching through the books

"See I like that about you"Seeing a boy acting like this towards her made her uncomfortable so the way she reacted was being defensive but obviously he thought it was cute

"I don't care what you like about me. Just let me get my stuff"

"Sheesh calm down it's to early to be getting upset" before she could say something

"Hey aren't you ummm Londyn Anderson roommate"he said

"How do you Know" I asked finally looking away from my books

"Thin walls" he shrugged. At this point I don't even know how the conversation was still happening

"I'll see you around my name is Zachary you could call me Zach " He said extending his hand for a hand shake I stared at him and realized he didn't go to this school. And that I've seen him before

"Aren't you 21 from LSU from the basketball team" I asked with suspicion running through my mind

"Yeah"he chuckled feeling proud that I knew him

"So why are you here" I asked

"I can't be at a Library that's open to the public on Wednesday"He said

"It is" I asked confused

"Looks like I know more about your school than you" he laughed

"What's your name"

"Chanel"

I said pleased seeing he didn't know me

"I'll see you around Chanel" he said

I told my roommate about the encounter earlier with Zach and she hesitated to respond.

"You said he goes to LSU" she questioned with a weird expression on her face

"Yes Londyn for the thousandth time"

"So how does he know that I'm your roommate" she said

"And the library has never been open to public"
