Since Tae was just getting used to chino hills I thought that I should show him around only if he was up for it. The last bell runs and I walk to my locker to put my stuff away and see Tae walking down the hall.

"Hey Tae come here" I say across the hall

"Of course" he says as I put my backpack in my locker

We make it in the car just as we're about to pull off Chanel realize she left some homework in her backpack so she went to go get that. Until I get a FaceTime call from my homie Dylan from back home

"Wassupp broski how chino hills treating you" he says

"It's alright it ain't that much like home but it's alright Chanel about to show me around here" his eyes widened with a mischievous grin on his face

"Wait what did you say" he ask

"Chanel is about to show me around"

"I'm not sure yet but- I paused as her phone started to ring

"WHO IS THAT CALLING HER" Dylan basically screaming at me through the phone

"Damnnnn chill it's just her boyfriend"Ima decline it since its hella loud" I say as I declined it

"What the hell why would you do that" he said slamming his palm on his face

"Becauseeee I didn't wanna hear it you good bro" I asked as I get cut off by the phone ring again so I declined it and look back at my phone only to see Dylan giving me a death stare

"Yessss and what are you gonna do about it hold on there goes Chanel I'll call you back"

I ended the the call and unlocked the car as she put her paperwork in the back and coming in the front

"Sorry if that took long"she say putting on her seat belt

"You're boyfriend called you two times I don't know if you wanna call him back or sum"

"I'm good if it's important he'll call me back" she responded a few minutes later he called again

"Wassupp bae" He says as I look out the window

"Oh hi Lamelo Ima call you back bye"as she hanged up I looked at her her

"Not really but I mean it's just like I don't know..."she sighs as she puts her car in reverse

Me and chanel were on the rooftop of a real high parking lot just a few minutes out of chino hills. Standing on top of the roof she looked so beautiful something out of a movie.

I always knew deep down I still had a huge crush on her. I never knew if she felt the same but one day I planned on telling her if she had a boyfriend or not.

"You don't know him" I started get tired of there secretive conversation I walked to her and and took her phone we're she couldn't reach it

"Chanellll your taking to long come onnnn" I say and hang up on him
