"Y/N! It's so great to see you! I want you to tell me everything I've missed." Mom said right as I entered Masons apartment, hugging me.

"Hi mom." I said, hugging back. "Sorry about this, I messed the dates up-"

She laughed. "Don't worry. You always do. Now that you're here, tell me right away, when can I meet that boy."

"Clay?"

She smiled and nodded.

"His family is also here, that's why I was at his place, but I'll ask him."

The rest of that day was spent with me and my mom cooking and watching TV together.

We have always had a really good relationship, and I was really greatful to have her. She was there for me, and if she needed me I was there for her.

She was also really accepting of my sexuality and during my last relationship with that girl.

My dad on the other hand could be a real big asshole. I was never physically abused but oh god did he not hold back eith mental abuse.

All from My looks to grades, nothing was enough.

He also got angry and ignored me for a whole month becouse I didn't wanna take over the business.

But now I don't see him much anymore, Erich was great for my mental health. Turns out he was also cheating on mom with my stepmom.

~5 days later

Today we decided on meeting up. We as in my mom and Clays family. (Minus Sap, he was in England again.)

We were going to a restaurant, 5 star to be exact. Me and Clay decided on it, since I've made 50k in 4 months, which is insane, and he's already a millionair.

When we got there, in separate cars, mom had a bit of a hard time with her English but it wasn't that bad.

"You are Clay, am I right?" Mom asked with a big smile and her heavy german accent.

"Thats me." He smiled as mom pulled him into a hug. He was a lot taller than her, but they managed.

"Y/N told me so much about you. I've heard you've been nothing but nice to her this entire time. Oh and she wasn't lying about your height. Evelyn, how tall do you think their kids will be?" She asked Evelyn, who she talked to before Clay since he was parking, and she giggled.

"Oh they're gonna be giants." She said. Me and Clay just looked at each other and giggled, both thinking about that pregnancy test.

After interducing each other we got in and sat at our table.

"Y/m/n," Kristn said, looking to mom. "I've heard you were in this industry before. Was it nice?"

"Oh, yes, it was. I was the one who came up with the idea for it, my ex husband worked for me. Sadly we had to sell it after the divorce." Mom said. She was over that restaurant by now, unlike dad.

"Oh, that's really sad to hear. We heard it was doing really well." Evelyn said.

"It was." Mom said, before the waiter came.

We ordered, and not long after our food came and it was delicious.

"Clay, tell me, have you gone to college?" Mom asked, out of pure interest.

"Oh- well-" He looked over at his parents who were laughing, knowing damn well he's been skipping school since the start. "I haven't." He said.

Mom smiled. "Don't think that's a problem. I'm just curious. I haven't gone to college myself."

Drista and Bennet were having a little fight, whilst me and Clay talked, so did out parents.

We went back home after two hours, and so the day ended.

~2 days later

Clays parents were going home that day, and so was my mom. We stopped by Clays house to say bye, before continuing to the airport where I said goodbye to mom.

When I came back to Clays house, he was alone streaming upstairs so I decided to watch the stream downstairs, since nobody knew that we were dating, now that I ever stepped foot in his house.

To my surprise he was playing genshin.

So I decided to donate.
