Today is the four month anniversary me and Melo's relationship. I was getting his gift ready, so I can go over to his house.

"What do you think he has planned?" Mo asks. "I don't know, I don't really care if he does something big, I just want to see some effort."

Back to when we had our first anniversary in Hawaii, I told Melo that I don't care what we do, just as long as he remembers.

I text Melo to come open the door, as I walk to his house with his gift. "What's in the bag?" He opens the door.

"You don't know how to properly greet someone?" I walk inside, "And it's a surprise." I greet Lavar and Tina, then we make our way to Melo's room.

"Are you gonna tell me what's in the bag?" Melo raises an eyebrow. "It's just a little something to show my love." I give him his gift to open.

"Oh shit Dom, this is cool." I bought him a phone case a ps4 controller customized with his MB logo.

He holds onto me, and gives me a kiss, "What's your reason for giving me this?"

"Wait, wait, hold up." I take a step back, "Do you not know what today is?"

He looks stuck for a moment, but then his eyes go wide. "How could you forget?"

"I'm so sorry it slipped my mind." He scratches his messy ass head, "Why didn't you remind me?"

"I shouldn't have to remind you LaMelo!Besides you're always gone and you act like your phone is broken so you can't call,text, or FaceTime me."

"You can't say we don't spend time with each other when I'm home though."

"Actually I can say that, because we literally never have alone time. Lately,whenever we're together it's with a group of people."

"I'm sorry for that, but I'm busy traveling and training."

"Don't forget inviting girls to basketball games." I roll my eyes. "I told you I didn't invite her. Denise did so they can hang out."

"Why would Denise want to hang out with her? You must still have something going on with her."

"Nah you not finna start with this shit." He scoffs, "You're always hanging with Daijon and Shareef."

"I stopped hanging with Shareef so much so we can work on us. Plus they're both friends and only that."

"That didn't stop you from fucking Shareef. Are you seeing Daijon on the low too?"

"Really LaMelo? Don't act like you didn't tell me Ashley was only a friend and you cheated on me with her.Maybe you're still seeing her since you're hardly with me."

"You cheated too!" He yells. "Only because I found out that you were cheating! Especially with the girl you told me not worry about."

All my anger turned into tears. My body was hot, and my head was hurting. "I can't keep doing this."

"Babe we're just having an argument. We're working on us remember." He takes hold of my hands.

"We better our relationship if we keep bringing up old shit."

"What are you trying to say?"

"I'm saying that maybe we should-"

"Break up?"

"Yes...maybe. I don't know. We're just no the same anymore. I miss when you were my best friend." I confess.

"So is this the end of us?" He looks at me with sad eyes. "No, just give me time to think." I kiss his cheek walk out his room, leaving his house.

"Dom are you okay?" Mo knocked on my bedroom door. "No, and I just want to be alone." I locked myself in my room, and I've been in here all day. "Please talk to us."

"I can beat him up if you want me to." Dominic offers, but I can hear Mo telling him no. I love that they care for me, but I don't feel like talking about it.

Daijon has forgiven me, and I'm glad that we can continue to be friends. I grab my keys, put on my shoes so I can leave. "Where are you going?" Mo and Dominic follow me down the stairs.

"I'm going over to Daijon's house." I try to walk faster. "Uh uh, I thought you wanted to be alone?" Mo crosses her arms.

"I just want to talk, and he's a good listener. That's it."

I pull up to his house, remembering the last time I was here. I still feel terrible about what happened, but Daij and I are on good terms again.

I ring the door bell and Daijon's tall ass opens it, "The princess has arrived." He takes a bow. I flip my hair and walk in, "This princess is looking for a prince." I laugh walking to the studio.

He walks in behind me with a smirk,"And why is that." We sit down on the black couch, "My so called boyfriend forgot our anniversary and we got into a fight."

"Was it really your anniversary if y'all broke up?" He says sarcastically. "It doesn't matter, he still forgot it." I roll my eyes.

"You know I would never forget a special day like that." He rubs on my thigh. "Yeah because you cheated before we could get to that point."

"Why won't you let me have another chance? You always talk about how Melo doesn't communicate and how he leaves you wondering."

I sigh,"Yeah but I know he's trying." No matter what Daijon won't stop pushing his issue. "Is he really?"

"What are you trying to say?"

He resumes to rub on my inner thigh,"Just give me a chance to show you that I'm a better boyfriend." I shake my head, "What would you do with that chance?" I straddle his waist.

"I'll treat you how you should be treated, never ignore you, love you," He leans in, kissing on my neck, "And anything else you want me to do."

"Daijon you know I can't do this." I pull away from him. "Yeah," he removes his shirts and lays me down on the couch, "but you want to." He kisses me.

I take off my shirt and give him a smirk, "Give me what I want then."
