We arrive at my house and I unlock the front door walking straight to the kitchen.
"You guys can stay downstairs and I'll be back down in a few!" My mom walks upstairs to her room.
I open the refrigerator and I grab some shredded cheese and butter.
"Are you hungry?" I asked LaMelo.
"A little bit," he says while sitting in a bar stool along the kitchen counters. "Are you going to cook something?"
"I'm making myself a quesadilla, would you like one?"
LaMelo nods in response.
Before I start cooking I walk to my room and change into some sweats and a sweatshirt. I throw my hair into a messy bun and I also throw on my glasses because my eyes start to hurt.
I walk back to the kitchen and LaMelo sits there in shock.
"You wear glasses?" He exclaims.
"Yes," I say while walking to the pantry grabbing paper plates.
"Let me see!" LaMelo says while hopping off of the stool and walking over to me.
He reaches for my glasses and I dodge his hands.
"What, why?" I asked still avoiding him.
"I want to see how blind you are!"
I take my glasses off and I hand them to LaMelo.
"Oh you aren't that blind!" He states while he takes off my glasses handing them back to me.
I ignore him because I don't know what to say to that and I put my glasses back on.
I continue to make quesadillas and LaMelo sits back down scrolling through Instagram on his phone.

After we both eat, LaMelo and I sit in the living room watching Spongebob.
"What's your favorite episode of Spongebob?" LaMelo asked randomly.
I think for a second.
"The one with the chocolate," I giggle to myself while I think of the crazy guy who chases Patrick and Spongebob around for all of their chocolate.

I glance at LaMelo and I nod my head at him.
"What about you?" I asked.
He smirks before laughing. "I love the chocolate episode too!"
We both begin to laugh.
"It's the best one!" I say.
"Chocolate!" We both say mimicking the crazy fish from the episode.
We laugh even harder before we stop and it becomes completely silent.
"So..." LaMelo says trying to break the awkward silence. "You have any siblings?"
I shake my head no.
"How about you?"
"I have two brothers," he says.
"Older or younger?"
"Older, I'm the baby!"
"Oh that makes so much sense!" I say while smiling at LaMelo.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"Oh nothing!" I smirk to myself and LaMelo groans.
He shoves me and I fall on the floor.
I hop up and I smack him.
LaMelo laughs and he hits me too.
We begin to play fight and we somehow end up on the floor.
I get on top of LaMelo and I grab his wrist making him hit his face.
"Why are you hittin yourself!" I say repeatedly as I make him hit himself.
LaMelo laughs and he flips us over so he's on top of me.
I let out a squeal and LaMelo laughs.
"Why are you hitting yourself?" LaMelo asked as he makes me hit myself.
I laugh and I try to stop him.
He begins to lean down towards me and I stop laughing.
"Wha-"
I hear my moms room door open and she begins to walk downstairs.
"Alright children, lets go!" I hear her say.
LaMelo immediately gets off of me and he clears his throat.

Silvergates: Northworld (Book 1 complete)
Five years ago, the first Silvergate was found. At first, they called it a hoax. But since then, more and more people have entered the alternate dimension called Northworld, received their Interface, and going on to real adventures. As it gained momentum, they called it a problem. Now, they call it a crime. But for nearly a half a million people, it's now their real home. Yearning. Escape. Duty. The reasons to go are many. Despite the criminalization of the Silvergating, people still seek out their ticket to Northworld. But for new Gaters Jasper Hill, Erika Haglund, Henry Esteban, Northworld has surprises in store. Not every rumor are false, not every conspiracy theory is stupid. When the veil lift for them, showing truths about Northworld that no one suspected, they may have a hard time making themselves heard. And being trusted may mean the difference between life or exile forever. Northworld is a litrpg story where people enter an actual world, submit to an RPG-type Interface, and discover an alternate reality. You could describe it as a reversible Isekai since people alternate between Earth and Northworld. The characters are usually casual about it, which means casual talk and the not-infrequent profanity. Four letter words dropped in conversation (or internal monologue). Warning: one potentially horrible theme and one implied sex scene. Book 1 is complete, as the title says. Book 2 is expected to start in 2022 (hopefully).

The Depths of Magic
Synopsis It's the year 2052 and the release of the new next-generation full-dive VRMMO game called The Depths of Magic is hitting the world by storm. The game's technology will surpass all other games before it and shock the masses. Hector who goes by the name Locke inside the game is an experienced player of the genre. He is looking to continue his goal of enjoying gaming as well as the competition that goes along with competing for the top ranking spots. Novel Summary The Depths of Magic is a LitRPG novel focused on a Fantasy VRMMO setting. This is not a harem novel. In-Game systems The Depths of Magic features state-of-the-art technology never before seen in Hector's world. The key system the novel will bring up often is the Second Brain. The Second Brain system is more like a guidance AI for the players in the game that acts as if you had a second brain assisting your every action. How much guidance this AI will give is based on its experience or mastery skills a player will receive in the game. The guidance is seamless to a point where a player won't even realize they are being assisted, it's will feel like what they are doing is something they could always do. However, once they leave the game it will become quite apparent that they were receiving heavy guidance. The purpose of this system in a writing sense is to explain why a player can realistically become more powerful, more agile, or more skilled than they would otherwise be able to as a human. To give an example if someone could move faster than a bullet, how would a normal human brain be able to perceive and control this movement properly. Or how could a player who has never held a sword before become as experienced as someone who has trained with the sword all their lives? The magic system will be another focus of this novel. I don't want to spoil anything here but it should be an interesting one. The hope is that the system I have made will spark discussion between the readers on what combinations will do what. I already have most of it, but it will be fun to read as the author. Side notes My general focus for this novel is to attempt to make the in-game systems make sense. To give a vague example I have read a lot of novels of this genre and some have the habit of just creating such powerful items that it just breaks the system, and somehow the MC keeps finding challenging situations even with those items. What tends to happen when I read a novel like this I just ignore the stats of the items he is getting because the numbers don't even matter anymore. Release schedule: The chapter release schedule due to real-life complications is to release as I write them. Patreon setup: 1 chapter early release/discord access. Free content up to the current chapter includes an excel sheet that contains Locke's current stats at the end of the chapter. This is extra information for those that are interested.

Heroic Chronicles Volume 2: Dawn of the New Beginning
Volume 2: Dawn of the New Beginning. [A High Fantasy + Non OP MC + Worldbuilding + Harem Novel] [This story is written in a Light Novel style] Heroic Chronicles tells the tale of a 17-years old protagonist, Claude Leonheart, a lowly Initiate of the Brotherhood of the Sun whose whole world became one of many trials, and challenges after saving the Kingdom's only princess. As he becomes a hero, a new world now awaits him. Follow his adventures of epic proportions (maybe not) as he encounters various adventures upon adventures and meeting new people during his journey as his life would then be shaped by these encounters for better or for worse. Take the journey with him as he learns his power and responsibilities that comes with it. Becoming a hero is not just about saving girls and slaying monsters. The cover is commisioned and done by: Artist: FatCatInTheBox ***** Before you lot bashes me up with my English etc., consider this: 1. This is my first novel. First conceptualized and written some 23 years ago. Only until last year that I did some improvisations and improvements to what I had kept in the dusty corner of my room all these while. This story sees the light of the day because I challenged myself, that's all. 2. English is the 6th language that I speak. And in RRL, I'm using British English mostly to write my story. 3. Easier said than done. Rather than subjecting me to subjective comments/reviews about the language, point it out and suggest an alternative. One or two would do just fine. It goes a long way. The Pledge - This story shall continue till it ends properly.

Wulfgard: The Hunt Never Ends
In the civilized world of humans, 'monsters' have all but passed into legend. But when something goes bump in the night, when people begin to disappear, when a dark mystery begins to haunt even the most peaceful villages, there is only one organization to turn to: the Hunters. The Venatori. Having lived a life of discipline and service, former soldier Caiden Voros finds something even worse than the wars of humans: the monsters that hunt them. Horrors yet unknown even to him and his many scars await in the claws, talons, fangs, and mysterious powers of creatures so far beyond humans that he must dedicate himself entirely to the art of slaying them. Harboring a secret of his own and in a constant struggle to find answers while maintaining his sanity, however, Caiden begins to ask the age-old question... Who is truly worse, the monsters or the Men? Wulfgard: The Hunt Never Ends is an episodic collection of stories, each of which stand on its own, but they also build upon each other in a consecutive order, bridging a gap between a novel and short story collection. These stories follow monster hunter Caiden Voros and his partner Gwen Vergil as they embark on tales of mystery, horror, and adventure to track down monsters - the living dead, beast-men, shape-shifters, spirits, and many more - that would do harm to innocent lives and, by whatever means necessary, put a stop to their terrors. Their motives, however, are not always what they seem.
