《Toxic || Lamelo Ball》27

I was laying peacefully in my bed when i heard a loud ass bang coming from my front door. I got up and looked through the peep hole. Nothing.
I see this shit in scary movies. The girl opens the door thinking someone's playing a joke on her but in reality, the killer somehow makes his way in
I thought to myself. I opened the door and Lamelo popped his fat ass head Infront of me.
"DELIVERY!!!!" He yelled as he held up a bag of McDonald's. I jumped a little and pushed him.
"What I say about yelling in this damn complex?" I dragged him inside.
We sat at the island as he pulled out food from the bag.
"I got our favorite. 2 sausage and cheese McMuffins two vinilla mocha frappes and two hashbrowns" He geeked.
I smiled cause and unwrapped the food.
"Thanks albino monkey"
He put his hand on his chest shocked at what I called him. I laughed and he flipped me off.
"SO, what are our plans today?" He asked.
"Our?"
"Yes, our because I want to spend time with you" He shoved the McMuffin in his mouth.
I thought long and hard. What did I want to do today?
"OU!!! There's this football game tonight that I want to go to how about we go together?" I told him.
He nodded his head, and we ate in a silence.
I watched Jada as she was changing for the day. I've missed the way her clothes hugged up on her skin. I've missed just feeling it near me.
"Nigga you good?" She asked as I stopped daydreaming.
I rolled my eyes and left the room. A few minutes later she threw a pair of clothes at me.
"Put it on"
I did exactly what she said and then realized we were matching.
"Why are we getting ready so early?" I asked as she did her hair

"Were going shopping cause this house needs food and other items. By the time were done with that it should be time for us to head to the game" I helped her tie some shit in her hair. I never understood why girls took hours to do hair and makeup when they would look perfectly fine with a bonnet on or something.
I grabbed my keys and we went downstairs to the car.
She connected to aux (like always) and started playingby Faith evans
"WHEN I LOOKED INTO YOUR EYES I DIDNT SEE ALL THE THINGS I USED TO SEE" I sung
"what's going on?"
Jada took the next verse and ate ts up
she was feeling that part
"YOU CAN'T KEEP RUNNING BACK TO ME WITH ALL THOSE BABY BABY PLEASE" we sung in sync
We jammed out until the song was over.
"Wasn't that something" I said laughing as she looked for another song.
"I listened to that song when we first broke up" she told me. I nodded and said the same thing for when she kissed Zo.
I like how were able to speak on the past like it was nothing. That's a huge accomplishment for the both of us.
We arrived at Target and started grabbing food and cleaning supplies. She grabbed 7 different candles. SEVEN!!! Then she grabbed a few pictures/frames to hang up. Our cart was already full, and we JUST got there. We paid for everything and went to Walmart.
There she bought a Swiffer wet jet, a broom (she already has one I don't understand why she need a new one) and two trash cans for the bathrooms.
"You are acting like you moved or some shit" I said ready to leave.
"My house feels eh, so I need new shit to spice it up cry baby" She huffed at me.
I rolled my eyes when she said crybaby. I'm not a cry baby. I swear.

We paid for our tickets and sat on the bleachers.
"So, who we came to watch?" I asked looking around as people saw we were there.
"My homeboy Jeff. I knew him since we were little, and he has no clue I'm here" She cheesed. I gave her a weird look. 'homeboy' sounds suspicious but I'm not going to start anything.
A few fans begged us for pictures and shit, so we talked to everyone till the game ACTUALLY started.
We were barley 2 minutes into the 1st quarter when no. 12 scored a touchdown. I'm assuming that's Jeff cause Jada jumped up and started screaming.
I was bored as fuck because she was paying no attention to me. This game was Hella boring cause the other team wasn't scoring at all. They barley cared to tackle.
"Basketball's better" I mumbled. She glared at me and put her attention back on the game.
I went on my phone until someone spilled something on me.
"What the fuck?!" Me and Jada yelled in sync. Nothing happened to her, but she doesn't play when it comes to someone she cares about.
"My bad nigga chill" Some white wanna be black boy said. Jada took more offense to that than me.
"Watch your damn mouth lil boy" She got up in his face. Then some girl that looked REAL familiar pushed him to sit down.
"Starting problems already" she said. Her voice sounded familiar too....
I looked at Jada and she was still mad, so I grabbed her hand and sat her real close to me.
The girl sat behind us to I turned to see her face and it was...
"JADA- that's Ashley" I whisper yelled. Ashley couldn't hear me over all the yelling.
Jada turned her head then snapped it back at me with wide eyes.
We both busted out laughing as the halftime buzzer went off. She grabbed my arm and pulled me off the bleachers so we could go get snacks.
"Why do we always run into your ex's everywhere we go melo?" She asked playfully as we waited in line.
"Don't ask me!!! At least she didn't realize it was us" I said as we saw her walking to stand in line.
Me and Lamelo tried our best to blend in, so Ashley didn't see us. Lamelo's dumbass ended up sneezing which caused everyone to stare INCLUDING her. She was surprised to see us cause her face turned white.
I punched Lamelo's arm and he mouthed 'I'm sorry'.
"Hey guys.... didn't expect to see you here" she said as she played with her fingers. She should've minded her business and stayed where she was at but NO.
I nodded as Lamelo was trying to hold his laugh in.
"You look great Jada" She spoke. Lamelo lost it and started going crazy. I pinched him as he tried to catch his breathe.
"Something funny?" The white boy asked.
Lamelo put his arm around me and answered. "Why you Tryna act so tuff?" I nodded signlaing i was wondering the same thing.
Before he could answer Ashley cut him off. "It's just how he grew up. We don't want no problems seriously." She threw her hands up in defense.
We ignored them till the game was over. I lied about having a friend named Jeff. I just wanted to see if Lamelo would feel some type of way which he indeed did. I didn't even know the people playing!! Lamelo's to stupid so he never caught on. We went back to my crib.
"Can I stay?" Lamelo questioned.
I stared at him debating on if I should let him have a lil sleep over with me.
"I guess"
He ran inside and jumped on my bed. After we changed, we both fell asleep.

The Yes-Mage
Plenty of people have stopped and asked what it'd be like to simply have everything, and Sylvain Henry Camille Johansson was no different. He was a man who had a lot of things going on, with a name that'd make a supervillain blush and a family who'd make even the useless of their rank into someone important. It was a shame, then, that he was slapped with a dreadfully unfortunate condition that kept him from living up to any of those already low expectations. Stuck living a life where magic is everywhere while he's left working with nothing more than a moderate intellect, a little bit of whatever influence he could get from his family, and a lifetime's practice at making himself the ideal subordinate for his bosses' boss, Vane was still beating the odds and slowly working his way up in the world. When the cunning yes-man finally got a chance to really make a name for himself, he leapt at the offer, taking his first real step onto a road he knew he was always meant to walk. His goal?
