It was Saturday, I was certainly at the ball estate talking to Tina, Melo's mother. She is such a really nice lady, even if she's still going through a lot since the stroke. And can only say a few words, we had an amazing conversation.

I was waiting for Melo to get out the shower so we can go to meet the yerm at the inside basketball court gym.

Melo wanted me to go with him so badly, I don't know why. But he did. All i was finna do is sit there and watch, I don't play ball. But I not finna lie, I love seeing Melo in his element. But at least I won't be alone, Vin is obviously gonna be there watching Eli do his thing. So I cant wait to see her.

Melo and I have been hanging out constantly ever since he got back from his around break trip. Vin and I made sure we had time for each other too. We been planning to have a sleepover with Jaden, Gelo's girl.

Jaden seems cool, she ain't mean to me or nothing. So there ain't really nothing to not like about her right now. I'm just really close to Vin that's all.

Melo finally comes downstairs all dressed with his gym bag on his shoulder. I took a second to check him out a little.

"Once you done checking me out Scarface, we can hit the road jack." Melo says interrupts my thoughts.

I felt my face turn bright red and hot. Tina lightly hits me on the shoulder and laughs at me. I give her a playful eye roll, then kiss her goodbye on the cheek.

Melo and I walk towards the front door, Melo opened the door for me. I hit his arm on the way out and walks towards his BMW. He didn't wanna take his Ferrari today, I still can't believe this kid has a ferrari.

I got in the passenger seat and buckled up. Melo gets in the car, starts the engine, and starts heading over to the gym.

—-20 mins later—-

Melo and I walk in the gym. The yerm greeted Melo with the yerm signature hand shake which Ray taught me weeks ago. I did the hand shake with them as well, Pq flirts with me like always does.

Which makes Melo mad , then the yerm teases him about it. which makes him even more mad and irritated. But he doesn't really pop off. I walk over to the bleachers where Vin was sitting scrolling on her phone, she didn't even notice me at first. But when she did she gave me a big ass hug.

"Hey girlie, You look so fucking cute today. Omg can i please borrow that top sometimes?" Vin rambles.

I told her she can borrow my whole closet if she wanted, Vin is probably my first female friend that was real. I didn't really have friends back in arizona, nobody wanted to be friends with the poor girl i guess.

Vin and I started to discuss the sleepover plan and i realized Jaden wasn't even here.

"Vin where Jaden at?" I asked.

"Remember she lives in Texas and visits every other week?"

"Oh yeah, I forgot. My bad."

Vin just laughs at me and shakes her head.

"Girl, you always forgetting something I swear."

I gave her a stank face.

"Girllll, No I don't."

Yes, I do.

We stopped talking among ourselves and just watched the boys play ball. After the boys played ball and argued who won or not for 3 hours. Everyone was hungry and decided to go out to eat.

I had Melo's gym bag on my shoulders waiting for him to get out the boys bathroom. Melo comes out with his shirt off and a towel on his head. He was still kind of sweating looking.

"You didn't wash up a little nigga?" I look at him in disgust.

"Awe Scar you don't like seeing me sweaty?" He ask me while moving closer to me.

Our faces were now inches apart, I can't feel his breath on my face. We were about to kiss til Ray had to interrupt.

"Aye bro bro- wait.. did I ruin a moment?" Ray asks with a smirk

Melo moves back away from me and turns to Ray with an annoyed look on his face.

"Yes you did bro, now what you want nigga?"

"I was just asking if i can ride with you, Gelo getting on my nerves." Ray explains

I jumped in and told Ray that he could ride with us.

"Ight bet, give me your keys nigga. I'll be waiting in the car."

Melo tossed Ray the keys.

"Y'all can go back to y'all moment now." Ray laughs headed towards the exit.

Melo looks down at me with an apologetic look, I stand on my tippy toes and give Melo a kiss on the the cheek. His face starts to turn red.

"You ready to go? I'm starving." I held out my hand for Melo to take it.

He takes my hand and intertwined our fingers together.

"let's go eat!"

We walked hand in hand, I never wanted to let his hand go.

Man, I think I'm falling for Melo.
