"That's cute." Metri said from the other side of the phone. She was helping me pick out an outfit.

Tonight was me and Melos date. I been waiting for this day since he asked me. I couldn't stop stressing about this day.

I'm wearing a black halter type shirt with a white skater skirt. I put on my new black converse that I bought specifically for this outfit.

"When is he coming?"

"In 3 minutes. He told me he was five minutes away two minutes ago."

"Keeping track of time are we?" Metri said laughing.

"Most definitely." I said.

Just then I heard the door bell ring and I froze. "He's here."

"You look good don't worry." Metri said.

I hung up the phone and started my way downstairs. This would be my first date ever. I want allowed to date in middle school and to be honest I didn't have time to have a petty relationship with no boys.

I take a minute to breath and then open the door to find Melo in a red polo shirt and black joggers. He had on red and black 12s.

"You look cute." He said to me touching my straight hair that was in a half up half down style.

"Boyfriend you look sexy." I said laughing.

"I mean you already know what it is. Something light you feel me?" He said posing.

"Chill out. To be honest I would have thought you was gon show up with a big baller brand shirt on." I said. He made a face making me. "Yo ass got one on under that don't you?"

"Maybe. maybe not." He said not looking at me because he knew he had one on under.

"Come on let's go." I said. "Who driving? Who car this is?"

"Me." He said. "And its mine."

"Say what?"

"Got my license yesterday." He said holding up his license.

"Thats why I could come over yesterday morning?" I asked .

"Yeah. And this is why I wanted to go on a date with you today instead of last Saturday because then I could actually drive legally."

We start our drive to where ever we are going. In my head I'm wondering where the hell he's taking me cause we been driving for like 30 minutes.

"Where are we going?" I asked. We are like 10 minutes outside of chino hills.

"You'll see in another 10 minutes." He said looking at me. He placed his hand on my inner thigh and griped it.

"What's the picture for?" He asked slightly confused.

"It's a girl thing." I simply said. I don't know any girl who doesn't like when there mans grabs there thigh when he's driving.

"Girls are weird." He said shaking his head. "But we are here."

"Come on let's go start our date." I said pulling him Into the gate after Melo paid for our tickets.

"Kaylee. Smile." Melo said from behind me as I was pulling him.

I turned around and did as he said only to be greeted by the flash.

"Really?" I said with a straight face.

"I had to. Metri says we the tumbler couple so why not." He said.

"How do you even know what tumbler is?" I asked laughing as he threw his arm around my shoulder.

"Isabella always showed me tumbler pictures. She was so annoying. But hey I'm the end she low key helped a nigga out." He said.

"I want some cotton candy." I said.

We walked over to the Cotten candy Machine and we order a pink one for me and a blue for Melo.

"Awe kay you look adorable." He said after he took another picture. I had put the cotton candy in front of my face and all you could see was my Hazel eyes.

"So do you." I smirked. I had taken a off guard picture of Melo eating and looking off too the side.

"I look like a sissy dude." He said.

"No you look cute. I like it." I said. "Now go when me a teddy bear so we can be that tumbler couple times 500." I said pointing to the basketball court where you had to 10 threes in a row to win the giant penguin.

"Easy. I'm glad I play basketball." He said as we were walking over holding me hand .

"Who's up next to play hit ten threes in a row to win this giant penguin?! Any volunteers? any one?" The worker shouted.

"I got you." Melo said raising his hand.

"Are you sure you want to subject yourself to this? It's going to be embarrassing when you fail." The worker said taunting Melo.

He must not know who LaMelo Ball is.

"Uh yeah sure." Melo said.

"Alright guys everyone has to count how many he can get." The guy said talking to the crowd of people who came to watch.

"Ready Set go!" The guy threw melo the ball and Melo shoot and scored!

"1!" We all shouted. Melo was knocking them threes down. He was already only 6 and the guy looked lowkey scared that Melo was gonna win.

"Only 4 more lets see if you can do it." The worker said and started throwing Melo bad passes. Melo still put the ball in the net with ease.

"Lemme get my penguin please." Melo said as the bell rung for 10 points.

"No body else could do it." The guy said in disbelief. "How did you?"

"because I'm LaMelo Ball." Melo said quoting BdotAdot the basketball impersonater. He did a impersonation of Melo and when someone asked him how he got 92 BdotAdot said 'because I'm LaMelo Ball.'

"You're LaMelo Ball!" The guys said. "I know who you are."

"Oh for real?" Melo asked. "You wanna picture?"

"Yeah of course." I took the picture and gave the guy his phone back.

"Can I have my penguin now?" I asked and they guy nodded.

"Boyfriend I'm in love with this penguin." I said making Melo hold it.

"Why? It's just a penguin." He said not understanding my infatuation with it.

"Because it's so fluffy!" I said in the agnes from despicable me voice.

"Wow. You watch to many movie." He said .

We ride a whole bunch of ride and take a lot of pictures.

"It's finna close lets go on the fairest wheel before we go." Melo said taking me to the big circular ride.

"Where will be put maylee?" I asked talking about my penguin. We named her maylee because it's our ship name.

"Well tell the worker person to hold it." Melo said.

We walk to the ride and wait our turn to get on. When it was finally our turn we gave maylee the penguin to the worker and got into the cart.

"Melo you said you didn't like height when I first meet you. Why are you getting on a fairest wheel exactly?"

"Because you like them so imma have to suck it up. And plus we gotta take a picture at the top." He said.

"You so cliche." I said.

"You love it though so it don't really phase me." He said shrugging.

We get to the top and it's beautiful. All the lights and stuff make life's problems seem to lowkey go away.

Shut the hell up with yo stupid ass. Do ever say that dumb shit again.

"We gotta take out pictures now." I said.

In the picture Melo grabbed me by my waist and kissed my cheek and I had my eyes closed and I was laughing cause he was tickling me.

Then we took one on his phone we were both just smiling. Then another one of us kissing. Cliche? I know.

We walked out of the park with maylee in my arms and I'm in Melos.

The drive back was a comfortable silence until we got back to my house.

"I had fun tonight mocha." I said smiling up at him.

"Good. I was trying to make our first ever date special." He said shyly.

"Awe well it worked." I said.

We stopped talking and just stared in each other other until our lips meet. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist. His hands creeped down little by little bit I really didn't mind.

"Awe omg!" I hear. I look over to the right and see my Metri. She took a picture of us.

"I had a good time baby. I'll see you tomorrow at 24." I said walking into the house.

"I love you." He said backing up.

" I love you more." I said closing the door. I slowly turned around and me and Metri started jumping up and down like crazy people.

"That was so cute!" She said showing me the picture she took. It was of me and Melo kissing. My arms around his neck his were basically on my ass. Maylee the penguin was leaning on our legs.

I showed her the pictures we took tonight and we fawned over how cute we were .

"As I always say y'all are a tumbler couple." She said. I shook eyes my head at her and got clothes to take a showers.

When I got out it was 11:17 and I laid in my bed next Metri. I posted the pictures of us from my least favorite to my favorite . But it was hard because they were all my favorite.

The order was the off guard of Melo then the one I took of me smiling and him not smiling them the one of him kissing my cheek and then finally the one of us kissing at my doorstep.

"I'm glad Instagram made this multiple picture post thing." I said to metri who was texting Gelo.

"Oh yeah me too." She said looking at me. "What the caption gonna be?"

"I don't want a lovey Dovey type caption but I do want them to know that's my baby."

For the caption I put 'Issa boyfriend😻💍' and posted it. I saw Melo post a few pictures from tonight.

His caption was 'two of yo favorite lightskins💘💍'

"Y'all are cute. But me and Gelo cuter." Metri said showing me some pictures of them first when they hung out today.

"If that what you wanna think. But I have a question."

"Ask."

"Why you in my crib?" I said confused. I didn't think to ask when she opened the door because it's normal for her to be at my house and I don't have a problem with her here but I'm just wondering.

"I came from the Ball residence and didn't wanna drive all the way home so I came here." She said turning to face me.

"Oh I was just wondering." I said laughing at her choice of words.

"So tell me all about yo date girl." She said.
